As much as I think we need to move them on we also need to replace them. Both regularly have played 50+ games a season for the past 6 seasons or something similar. Its a balancing act and moving them on needs to be worth our while.

I think we need to replace Bisgrove with someone who can vastly improve the ROI on our playing staff wage bill and coaching / medical staff bill. We are spending far too much on guys who are not good enough or always injured (i know stating the obvious). By the looks of things we are trying to course correct if the transfer rumors so far are anything to go by, we are recruiting from lesser markets where we can streamline wages. We need to stop bringing in guys like Lundstram and Lawrence who are on more money that any of the 3 Celtic midfielders. Otherwise, any of these commercial successes and great sponsorship deals are pointless. Its like getting a 5k wage rise but picking up a 10k per year cocaine habit.

I think there is more to it than that, the mentality to play for Rangers isn't there nor is the physical robustness.
