  1. That looks brilliant. Never heard of the producer but the quality of it looks great. Makes you wonder why nothing similar has been done before.
  2. Kent for the tireless running and goal. But could have easily been McGregor, Balogun or Lundstram
  3. Wouldn't mind a wee away trip so Braga and their tiny st mirren stadium is a no no for me. Barca or Frankfurt pls.
  4. Interesting if true. Goes to show. Cant trust them. get this cancelled.
  5. Aribo and his ability to hold on to or retain the ball will be invaluable tonight.
  6. Love Glen but that lawyer 🤮 Shame justice was never done.
  7. Was a little concerned about this fixture due to the missing bodies in midfield but the replacements stepped in and filled the gap. Sands and Ramsey done well yesterday. Another great game from Tav and a nice cameo from Lowry. For me Lowry needs to play the games at ibrox v the park the bus/10 men behind the ball teams as he has that something that can help unlock it. Nice to see Charlie McCann get his debut sure there will be more to come. Good to see the manager use his subs well On Sands, I've posted a few times how he looks like a centre back playing in midfield and felt the same yesterday. But that's not a bad thing in the right team. Think Marcel Desailly or Fernando Hierro. Not comparing him to them quality wise but the value that type of player can offer in the right team is often overlooked.
  8. Forgot to give big Balogun a special mention. Thought he was good last night defensively and holding a good offside line and the goal just topped off a good performance. Its hard for players who have been injured to give everything sometimes. Mentally they might hold back slightly. None of that last night from Leon. Felt he put it all on the line last night.
  9. Great performance again. Up against a team of if you look at their individual CV's are basically old journeymen but perform well as a unit. Usual suspects turned up for us again tonight, Tav excellent, Morelos superb. Kent a constant threat. Lundstram a standout. Not sure about the Kamara attacking midfielder experiment but lets see. Cant wait to see this team who look so good in Europe struggle in Dundee on Sunday.
  10. He'll replace Balogun/Helander well then. In all seriousness his injury record was well known. We will do well to get half a season out of him each year.
  11. True, this is probably a line being fed from their board to make this more palatable to the great unwashed. Its a smart thing to do. Our board however are miles behind. Its also another reason why i could believe this to be true.
  12. Rumour was the players didn't want to wear it due to our record with other kits (purple one) but its a bit far fetched.
  13. Same with Aribo/Kent/Morelos.. maybe time is coming too for Tav. We have a massive rebuild job in the summer and I'm not sure we have any resources to do it.
  14. What were the options? I see us bringing in 15 million (approx) for Patterson and Gerrard(&team). I see we spent 200k on a polish right back with a handful of games under his belt to backup Tav.
  15. You have also got to take into account the previous management team took a few bargain bin rough diamonds and polished them up (Kamara, Aribo etc) We still go into many games with a midfield that cost at most 50k.
  16. This guy is a grade A sevco moonhowler and should be ignored at all costs.
  17. Agree with this fully. As time goes by it looks more and more like we either don't have the finances for transfers or we don't have the ability to identify targets within our budget. Looks like we have also gambled that bids would come in for Kent, Aribo and Morelos hoping for big money when we will likely lose them for a fraction of that big money in the summer. Kent in particular I'm now thinking we will be lucky to make our money back on. Doesnt matter who manages the 1st team this area needs to be better.
  18. We got a fair few pennies in during the January window and spent barely anything. Brought in 3 loans who have so far hardly featured. Also we have far too many key players approaching the last year of the contract and our best defender in years walking out the door for nothing at the end of the season. Meanwhile the infamous Skov Olson who went to Bruges for 6 million euro has been tearing it up there so far. Serious questions to be asked of our board, DOF and scouting team. This is going to be a very big summer.
  19. Agree. Also chucking helander in at tannadice when he was clearly miles off it then trying Lundstram at CB a bit later seemed to be acts of desperation.
