Willie Waddell was working for a red top writing football news for years before becoming a European cup winning Rangers manager. If it fits it fits. -

https://www.rangersreview.co.uk/news/23145380.rangers-dealt-major-injury-blow-tom-lawrence-ruled-months/ The former Derby County captain has not featured for Rangers since August and missed the final weeks of Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s tenure as Ibrox boss. Rangers had initially hoped that Lawrence would be back on the park shortly after the World Cup break to ease the injury nightmare that plagued Van Bronckhorst throughout the campaign. But Herald and Times Sport understands Lawrence will now visit a specialist in London to assess his Achilles issue and faces an extended period out of action this term. -

People in glass houses.. This would have been under Kings watch no? https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/9811692/rangers-sued-hummel-judge-disclose-kit-sales/ RANGERS football club are being sued by a former kit supplier for more than £9.5million in lost sales. The figure is detailed in paperwork lodged by briefs representing Elite Sports Ltd, the company behind Hummel sportswear. Lawyers representing the Danish company started proceedings yesterday at the Court of Session in Edinburgh to have sales figures released to them. It’s understood the loss is connected with sales at stores on Argyle Street in Glasgow, a store in Belfast and online. The court was told how Rangers entered into the contract in September 2018 and a decision by a court in London just six weeks later resulted in the Glasgow club “not performing” in the agreement. During the hearing, David Thomson KC, who was representing the sportswear firm, told Lord Braid that his client is still unaware of “exact sales figures” but the judge has now passed an order forcing the Ibrox side to disclose sales figures. -

Mental to think he turned down Wolves and potentially hundreds of millions worth of talent to work in the SPFL but i respect the hustle. Shows he wants it. Lets go. -
The most controversial moment in World Cup history?

I remember vividly Maradona (the real GOAT) scoring at USA 94 v Greece i think and celebrating into the camera like a man possessed. My mum said at the time he looks like he is on drugs or something. He was banned after a positive drugs test a few days later. -

Same line of thinking as me. Not sure why they didn't offer it to him then. Was an ideal opportunity. I still think he would do well if he comes in mind. -

I've seen this take a few times. IMO its correct. I think if we dont go for him now he will soon be out of our reach. But thats where we are. We need someone on the up and will be lucky to get an established 'big' name. -

Listened to the BBC podcast with him on it last night. Talks a lot of sense and knows whats needed. That's not me backing him for the job just think he has a good grasp on things. Its worth a listen for anyone (despite being BBC) He also seems to get a lot of grief from our support at times which i cant understand at all. Always speaks well about us and clearly knows the club well. -
Really like the look of the #11 for Denmark.. 👀

Sorry I seen it plenty. Moving the ball from side to side then getting bored and having one of the fullbacks cross it in to Morelos against 6 defenders. -

He just comes across as a bit clueless to be honest mate, maybe I'm being harsh. Not sure what he done, what value he added. Seen a couple of interviews with him and he's dull as dishwater. -
