Matondo looked far more comfortable out on the left I thought. Looks natural for him to cut in. Great effort from him in the second half that hit the post. Looked dangerous at times at hopeless at others but young players can do. He needs games.

IMO that's why we have such a big squad. So many injury prone players and players who need game time managed. Its so inefficient.

No way we get anywhere near what they value Kent or Morelos at with 6 months left IMO. Goldson, Tav about right, Lundstram probably slightly low. Barisic and Roofe too high.

Ah ok, I think they are being generous I'm sure it uses some sort of logic to work out the costs.

Who values our squad at 114 million? Nick Leeson? I think that's slightly optimistic.

Brugge have had a number of years in the CL recently and a much longer established player trading model. We can be like them but it will take time. I don't think they have to spend money on roof repairs, Edmiston house, Mike Ashley etc

The save from Salah in the first half was exceptional. When he cut in from the right and Barisic let him wander into the box and place a shot in the bottom corner. McGregor tipped it wide.

I’d personally put Morelos, Kent and Kamara out and never use them again. They don’t care. Time to move on sadly.
