  1. I haven't totally lost faith like others (which is odd as I wanted Gio and Beale gone before many others)/ I think he has got his tactics fine past 2 games v them. He needs to figure out the games v the diddy clubs and show significant improvement in our away record. The transfer window movement will have a big part to play this month.
  2. Yeah its not as bad as i thought when i seen it in real time.
  3. It defo looked like it at the time, he initially came on to push the Celtic players away from Ridvan but then looked to had a swipe at him
  4. Sure it’s that wee mcdairmuird guy that always gives us nothing and needs VAR to give all the big decisions
  5. Not for me. Don’t need cover out wide left. We have Hagi, Bajrami, Matondo and Cortes. Unless one or more are moving on.
  6. Enjoyable. Same gameplan as the cup final has worked again.
  7. Igamane 🤦‍♀️ that was an easy through ball for Bajrami ffs
  8. There again Raskin and Mcgegor come together and only Raskin gets a card
  9. So Jefte gets booked for an accidental elbow but Johnstons elbow on the back of Hagi head is absolutely fine.
  10. These 3v3 type breaks are something we absolutely stink at. Need to do much better there Bajrami
  11. How’s that not a foul on Hagi after her gets the shot off😂😂😂😂
  12. Ok to elbow players on the back of the head in the spfl..
  13. Who knows really. Our club like to obfuscate fees spent and brought in for whatever reason. The point I was trying to make was that there is more value in young foreign talent than in the SPFL.
  14. I've heard sources say we paid well below that, 700k + add ons.
  15. A question that has been asked for some time now. Many of the players injured have been pretty much injured ever since they got here. Its bizarre.
  16. I think its debateable, but you put forward a good point. We paid less or similar for Igamane and Jefte who were both in contract and much better players. Therefore the behaviour being incentivised here is to go with cheaper foreign talent. Queue the usual suspects in the media: wHy dOnT rAnGeRs hAvE aNy sCoTtIsH pLaYeRs
  17. I think Aberdeen's complaints about the system are fine. However, this disincentivises us (and them) to sign players from other Scottish clubs on freedom of contract deals, and the players. If we were to sell Barron for 3 million in the summer (for example) we would end up paying circa 1.2 million, for a player who was out of contract and could have went a few miles south for far less. And got a nicer sign on fee and wage. Surely there needs to be a globally standardised framework for this, which allows clubs to be adequately rewarded to bringing through young players, but allows the players and clubs to move, who are out of contract and essentially free agents. Surely these fee's contradict any freedom of movement laws that allow out of contract players to move? I'd recommend the fee's are set depending on the signing clubs TV market share. It makes no sense that Rangers need to pay more to sign a player than Bayern, Man U, Real Madrid, Juventus etc. But I suppose the system works fine for those clubs. A reminder we signed Joe Aribo and Charlton got a development fee or around 200k-300k Agree, This could potentially put us off signing young Scottish players moving forward. Its cheaper to sign players who are in contract abroad like Jefte and Igamane. Seems like a very high reward for Aberdeen. They should get 'something' for developing a player but this seems excessive. If Alex Lowry(for example) signs for Aberdeen in the summer does that mean we get a similar package? Does this type of ruling then put the likes of Aberdeen and Hibs off from signing our ex youths?
  18. Bajrami or Baron at right back or go with King? Clement doesn't seem to have any faith in the younger lads so expect the former. Some great stats. Back up what I've been bemoaning about Dessers for a while.
  19. Not sure if I’m a fan of us letting them know Tav, Butland and Balogun are all out for tomorrow. Think it’s a bit amateur.
