I think this is the mistake we have made in the past. By selling Raskin we may just be able to keep Dessers and Cerny. We need to learn to sell guys at the right time. The right time for Raskin will likely be the summer. I posted earlier he has one year left on his deal but I have seen sources state he has 2. If its 2 years left, he is 24 we sell in the summer. There is no reason we cannot command £15-£20 million for a 24 year old Belgian international.

I believe he is the 49's group football technical lead, and for any new club they take over moving forward will be placed at a club in a senior DOF type role for a year or so to lay the foundations then move on the the next 49's venture.

Good news for Raskin being the sole SPFL representative in the Red Devils. He has one year left on his deal come the summer, been here for 3 years, still fairly good age. The time to sell him is this summer and we’d hopefully get 5-10 million for him. He only cost us around 1 million so a good example of what we should be doing on a bigger scale regards player trading.
