One of the biggest bugbears that has been levelled at Rangers teams over the years is our lack of movement both when attacking and defending , our inability to do this simple facet of the game has cost us dear over the years , however after watching this game back today , ( and I appreciate the league we are in ) , our movement and inter changing of position was exceptional . Time after time when attacking players interchanged positions and the covering of attacking players was brilliant , long may this continue

You cannot expect change to happen over night GS , this will need a few years for our youths to be ready , more and more of our own young players will go out on loan , you cannot expect academy kids at the U20 level to be ready to go straight in to the first team
