Why , what's going on just now is pathetic

The sheer level of desperation amongst our own fan base has actually shocked me slightly , we make statements about backing our team and club yet at the first sign of a wobble it's full on panic mode . I am not comparison g MW to freguson but the simple facts are there , he was given 4 seasons to sort out the mess down there and backed by serious money , we have no money and it appears no desire to give him time either, next guy in makes the same mistake it's going to be the same again . You simply cannot compare where we are now against back then based on wages , the wages players are getting now is obscene IMHO, I was making the comparison based on the football and our competitors. Plus the football is decent , the end product maybe less so

After reading the threads on various sites after the full time whistle , I feel like I'm in a time warp , where the last 5 years have been airbrushed from reality and our support actually believe we were ever going to challenge or even win the league this year . Far too many seem to believe because we have sell outs and are back in the top league we are the Rangers of old , the reality is we are more like the Rangers of the early 80,s where cup runs and finishing a poor 4th were the norm before David Holmes arrived to sort the mess out . We have no money , no retail deal , litigation coming out our ears , yet there is a growing clamour to change regime ,what happened to " if the play on the streets we will watch from the pavements " but obviously only if we were winning . We will get back to the top , but it's going to be a hard road , mistakes will be made , there will be bumps along the way but we must stay strong to what we all believe in and want . We cannot deviate from the path that we are on , IMHO it would be folly , but it's only my opinion .

So w hats your answer , sack him with what , hire a new management team with what , buy new players with what , we have no money , no retail deal , litigation up to our arm pits , and with a new manager he would need to use the same players as WE HAVE NO MONEY . This is a year of transition and settling in , like it or lump it , we were never going to win the league this year , expectations amongst our support is absolutely mental .

We are playing far too open , we need what we needed last year , a midfield enforcer , hopefully Crooks can be that player , still only 2 points off second and we haven't gotten anywhere like into our groove , I'm not panicking and still have faith in this squad
