What is very clear from all of this is that certain board members positions are now untenable , and if they do put Rangers above their own self interest they will go and go quickly , hopefully something good can come out of this sorry mess. Listen I like David Edgar , I have liked what he has said in defence of the club and supporters , I feel sorry that his private life has suffered in any way . However he more than anyone should know how the press operate , especially this rag . He has done this piece for one reason . publicity for his book , which in turn equates to money. I cannot believe that he has for monetary gain published this in of all papers the NOTW , any respect I have had for this guy has just vanished , these fans could have been anyone , how he knows the packages were sent by Rangers fans is pure speculation on his part . Obviously she didn't appreciate the intricacies of FF life To answer a few points; No, I didn't get paid for it. The book is 80% about Rangers and 20% about me. The stuff they have focused on is around two pages out of two hundred. However, it all happened and it would have been wrong of me not to mention what was a huge factor in my decision to leave the RST. Every newspaper receive the same PR blurb and it's up to them to run it if they want, and choose which bits of it to go with if they choose to do so. The vast majority of threats I ever received were from Celtic/Sheep fans - for example, the meat package. Any questions, fire away, I am more than happy to answer them

After reading this thread I went back onto �£�£ for the first time in ages , and now I feel dirty , it's all deflect deflect deflect , nothing to read here ,move along now , until someone within the RST wakes up to this cretin and purges him from their ranks they will be destined to continue into obscurity and any hope of fan representation will go with them . Or perhaps they have realised that in the past they have published things that haven't came to pass , the guy behind this document is first class , believe me.There is a new belief that quality of work must come before quantity and maybe it time to cut them a bit of slack , though I still believe certain people, MD, should step aside first .

These are actually quite good , main points being the �£8million paid in transfer fees , this year's dealings should be near zero due to money in, Wilson will play a fewe games for Liverpool in the cups and at �£300,000 a time it will soon add up . C/L ticket sales were poor last year and hopefully a few thousand more bears at �£100 quid a package will make another dent , finally the money earned from bonus points last year wsas pityful two draws , hopefull if we can get a couple of wins and drop into the Europa league , another game or two could earn upwards of �£4 million once Tv and ticketing are taken into account . It's the great success question , the higher we get coefficient wise the more teams we get and therefore the points get diluted , and when those teams earn hee haw it only makes the situation worse , moving aleague start to an earlier date may help but I am not entirely convinced
