  1. A very decent post and the part now in bold is at the heart guts of it and has been for some time , he has been at the center of nearly every contentious issue since he first managed to weedle his way onto the RST board , but then maybe he is not the messiah ut just a very naughty boy ... Sorry just read this again , the point I made was not that she was a friend of MD but the board had never met her nor interviewed her , also this "petty financial" matter has been going on for 2 years and ended up costing the RST membership over £4500 in fees , and was something that this new treasurer was going to be directly involved with , and guess what when push came to shove she backed MD , now there may be nothing wrong with that but as far as I am concerned something stinks.
  2. Sorry but we are getting into a debate about a debate . All I wanted to know is if it is best practice to appoint someone , never having met or interviewed them , on the recomendation of one person . The fact that that person may or may not have benefitted financially seems to have dissappeared . I also dont believe that impartiality can simply dissappear if you have been close friends with someone for a numer of years . Just to reiterate I firmly believe in the aims and objectives of a RST run properly , this isn't it by some considerable distance ,and to some MD is now being seen as a saviour of the RST
  3. According to a RST board member the leak came from inside Rangers
  4. Getting back to the point , is it best practice to appoint someone without meeting them on one persons recommendation . Then for the new treasurer to back the same individual on a financial matter that has been debated to death over 4 forums for nearly 2 weeks . Just seems a bit too cosey for me that's all.

    Maurice Edu

This is only his third season as a pro , he above all others deserves a wee bit of slack

    Federico Insua

I was actually laughing at him throughout ,only because he had a very funny running style , almost like it took him about 10 steps to get his legs going , between him and their goalie taking kick's I was quite amused , mind you silly things like that get me .
  7. That may be the case , and under normal circumstances I would agree , but these are not normal times and to co-opt a friend into such a position just after being accused/cleared of wrong doing is rank bad decision making at best and pure arrogance at worst , only my opinion .
  8. Is there any truth that the new Treasurer elect for the trust , Alison Mueller , is in fact a very old friend of a certain Mark Dingwall .And if this is in fact the case doesn't this seem a wee it too close to home considering the recent debacle over his "forgetful" episode .

The blue order were excellent throughout , and to e fair the team responded with a very composed and disciplined performance , lets hope it keeps going
  10. Whilst it's completely off the subject, I can say that I was in contact with Ellis representative in Guernsey by letter, email and phone officially on behalf of the Trust and unofficially through an intermediary and I never heard of or received a business plan nor was one ever mentioned at an RST Executive or Board Meeting. That says it all , I was slaughtered at the time , however the guy who told me is still 100% about it , also as I stated MD both by phone and PM acknowledged that they had recieved his business plan .

According to the online ticket section of the clubs website there were only 5 sections that had decent availability , the whole of the Govan had less than 300 free spaces , though some people may have bought the 3 match package just for the Man utd game
  12. Sky had the attendance at over 49000 , yet the BBC had it at just over 41000 ?? I must admit I thought there were more than 41000 , any other guesses
  13. Point taken , I was trying to explain they work on a vouched system , and I got a wee bit ahead of myself
  14. Just out of interest what happened to the strips in question , and on who's wall do they now hang ???

Right we'll get it sorted this time , you bring a copy of the financial times and I will bring the racing post , sorted . You never know with those east coast types , the wind might be in their faces and their MPG might go to pot .
  16. If you want sponsored then let me know or MF , the idea is pretty simple they dont want timposters readiing and posting , unlike ££ which is full of them , there has never been a screen shot taken from VB which has appeared on any Tim site , its a regular occurence from ££ . also there have bee many posters who did go onto ££ and were aned almost instantly , then you get the " they never debate the points" pish , its hard when your banned

Looks like we can pick any phone box lol
  19. The reason for FF getting info first is quite simple , every hit brings in revenue , maybe not directly but the bigger the membership the more active the site the more money can be made , it aint rocket science
  20. QUOTE=wabashcannonball;222207]Haud oan a minit here, folks are playing hard and fast with the auditors signing off of said accounts, as far as I am aware he never classed the underwriting of the tables as a loan, anything but from what I read. So how come all of a sudden everybody knows better than the auditor, hope tae fek this isny turnin into another fekin "ellis sources told me" type of fiasco, and as sources and fiascos go.......that was the mother of all fekin fiascos... And since you bring that subject up , it has since transpired that I was correct re-ellis and his business plan being sent to the RST , the man at the center of this fiasco has since admitted to certain people that he did in fact recieve a business plan from Ellis , the only bit I got wrong was the courier part , but there you go . Seems mister Dingwall is everybit as good at smoke and mirrors as the mint
  21. Aye very good wabash , your getting dotery in your old age , it's the other wayround and boss is waying in with a few well placed killer blows as well
  22. That has to go down as one of the biggest skelpings ever dished out in any thread ever ,absolute genius and why I stay away from clever people
  23. Point taken , responded before you wrote your edit
  24. Oh come on mate , the paranoia that's being spread about the internet , they are all after us , it's a conspiracy , nothing to see here move along . There are a lot of good people in the Rst but MD is not one of them , why he was allowed to get to where he is baffles me , if this had been the previous board there would be that many disciplinary committees set up it would be like mother Russia under Stalin , that's all I am saying
  25. Sorry mate but how exactly does that help with any meaningful debate , the guys been asking questions of the RST ever since I started on here and has never been given answers , this continual " it's ok we know what were doing routine " doesn't do any one any good and the continual praise and refusal to accept that MD has been up to no good is staggering , this guy is the most unfortunate individual I haver ever heard of , ever since the late 80's when he first started getting a reputation it's is always been someone else's fault , someone else's problem never his . Wake up !!!
