  2. I hear the prize is , a complimentary weekend break , all expenses paid at Stobo castle , for 2 , paid for by Frankie , what a guy he is.....
  3. From the management right down to the youngest player , hats off on what has been a fantastic achievement so far , to have the Championship within our own grasp with 1 game left , and to display the attitude and desire , especially in the first 35 minutes when we scored our goals , really augers well , this never say die attitude and the new found hope that Craig Whyte's takeover of the club has brought will surely see us home and what a way to do it . From adversity hopefully comes victory and a magnificent number 54 , with 3 in a row , I will be off stateside but my heart will still be here , even better if I can get to to the big apple bears come Sunday morning ... Just remember we are the people
  4. congratulations to Bluedell , two 3 pointers tonight surely see's him home , well done mucker
  5. The funding in watties second spell can more than easily be wiped out by the sales of Cuellar and Hutton to name just two , how any fan of our club can still hang onto the fact that Murray was some sort of financial guru is beyond me , for over 10 years we have had the stench of debt not only hanging around our necks but nearly throttling us , in that time Murray ran away twice , at least this time he is gone for good . The legacy of Murray's tenure is one of a wasted opportunity of building a club and legacy so strong we could have dominated for years , he had every opportunity and advantage at his finger tips yet he wasted everyone on short sighted gains .Yes everyone will come back with " he gave us NIAR " however he was meant to see the bigger picture , unfortunately he dropped the ball , dont let the door slam you on the arse on the way oot Davie

    El-Hadji Diouf

Pace would be my biggest worry , that and his opinion of himself being far far far too high
  7. We dont have the money to start up our retail from scratch , one of the main drawbacks of this deal
  8. Amen to that brother , maybe meet up and crack open a bottle of bubbly
  9. Being reported elsewhere (££) that he will be making an appearance tonight on RR , hopefully if that is the case it will be an open Mic and not a stage managed appearance .
  10. Or just those from a desperate man
  11. Lets face it what we are witnessing here is the biggest game of "my dad's bigger than your dad ever" with the prize being Rangers FC . I have no doubt Dave King and Paul Murray are bricking it just now , they have had years to get this sorrted and now are panicking as Whyte has stolen a march on them , who has the best bid , who would be better for us god only knows . both seem to be shifting debt around , the HMRC thing is now hardly even mentioned , either way this cannot be allowed to go on much longer , I happen to think Frankie's route of an AGM would be the best route but only Murray can force that through (SDM that is ) but he is only looking out for himself .
  12. What is amazing that on all the other sites every "quoted" poster who has "sources" have gone missing , not a peep either way , very strange
  13. http://www.dailyexpress.co.uk/posts/view/244169/Rangers-takeover-deal-finally-sealed/ RANGERS £53m takeover will finally be concluded this week with Craig Whyte becoming the new owner in time to hand manager in waiting Ally McCoist a summer transfer war-chest. Documents relating to "working capital " which have delayed the sale have now been presented to David Murray and the Independent Board allowing the sale to be ratified to the Stock Exchange within the next 48 hours. Despite reports that the Motherwell millionaire was ready to walk away from the deal because of so called "stalling tactics" Whyte has agreed all the terms with Murray and Lloyds bank and, as exclusively revealed by express/star sport two weeks ago, will now provide £10m to McCoist to strengthen the squad. "All the working capital and investment required is in place and has been ratified. All the assurances needed by those that matter have been given so we expect the takeover at long last to proceed this week " said a source close to the deal. "At a stroke Rangers football club will be completely debt free, will have money to invest in new players as well as keep key personnel and cash to make stadium and training ground improvements. "Not many clubs in Britain can say that which is the legacy David Murray wanted to leave to the club and the supporters." The deal will mark an end to Murray's 22 year association with Rangers during which time they have won 36 trophies and 15 out of 22 League Titles as well as a UEFA Cup Final appearance
  14. Great performance and Naismith was excellent throughout , let the chase begin
  15. The current board sanctioned it though , dont let the big bad bank blinker the incompetence of some on our current board
  16. That will be the term that is displayed on banners held up by the offended support , not difficult to defend that one
  17. Brave tornado taking you on , possibly 4-6 the draw
  18. I think it depends how you calculate them Zappa , there are that many different companies that hold a % and basically he owns them all so in effect that's where I believe the figure came from , also I could be talking pish ......
  19. You have to give this guy credit , if indeed it does go ahead , as he's had every possible obstacle thrown at him , sectarian fans , HMRC bombshell , poor squad , no money etc etc etc , yet he still stayed the distance
  20. of course we can , there visits to Inverness and Hearts are not guarenteed 3 points
  21. Nothing to see here , move along now ...

    Today's Game

Yes but now those that were offended by everything before are offended that they have nothing to be offended about and it's all our fault , so we are getting reported to UEFA for a lack of offence , hope this doesn't offend anyone ......
  23. Lawell has already had it quashed , no action to be taken , stated that it showed up those that complained more than Lennon , you cannot beat that mob with a stick
