Hes an absolute cock socket of a man , he continually backtracks on everything he has ever done , for god's sake he was on several tv shows stating his participation in getting UEFA involved and how they were using his column , now its a different story , it wasn't me it was a big boy that wrote it

Rangers run risk of three-year Euro exile if they lose tax case
rbr replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
4 A licence may be withdrawn by the licensor’s decision-making bodies if: a) for any reason a licensee becomes insolvent and enters liquidation, as determined by the applicable national law (where a licensee becomes insolvent but enters administration during the season, for so long as the purpose of the administration is to rescue the club and its business, the licence should not be withdrawn); This is taken directly from article 14 . see attatched link http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/Download/uefaorg/Clublicensing/01/50/09/12/1500912_DOWNLOAD.pdf- 20 replies

Pete anyone can write an online piece , they certainly wont pay a journalistic wage to get it done , most online reports are written by low level staff and checked by sub editors , the days of "named reporters " especially for sport is fast coming to an end
-
keevins stated on Saturday that the written press will one day wake up and realise the power they have over football , and that football needed them more than the papers need football , talk about a deluded fool , as already stated the written press is dying on its arse and if not for football , little arseholes like keevins , leckie , traynor and chico dung wouldnt be in a job
-
Football might die without media coverage but certainly not without the papers , the newspaper industry is on its arse , circulation is reducing month on month , sky tv , the internet , mobile phones etc are all killing the daily paper .

Craig Whyte vows to sack anyone at Rangers who talks to BBC
rbr replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
This is the same AJ , who's entire business plan for taking Rangers forward was borrowing another £25 million -
As much as I bow to your much greater knowledge on these matters Bluedell , this isn't a normal company IMHO , whilst I agree totally that the bastard Murray was ultimately responsible , each and every director , executive or non , who had a detailed knowledge of how our club was being run is again only IMHO equally guilty by doing and worse saying nothing . This is not about a company dealing in pounds and pence , this company dealt in peoples dreams , hopes , aspirations and very way of life , this once great institution has now been reduced to the shambles we see ridiculed every day by a press gleefully enjoying every single moment , and what do we see of these stalwarts of the club , if they are not sueing us they are resigning in a huff because they are not being listened to , well nothing changes because Murray never listened to them either . I dont know Craig Whyte , I dont know if he has money . if he is going to rip the club to shreds or asset strip whatever is left , but I do know the club is in no worse position than that left by the previous board of Rangers men , may they forever hang their heads in shame . A, Johnstone ,M Bain , J McLelland , J Greig , D Muir , D McIntyre what a shower of utter arseholes each and every one , not forgetting the biggest charlatan who sips his finest wine in his chateau , the Bastard Murray .
-
With position comes responsibility , he was a director of Rangers Football Club and had responsibilities towards the club ,it's you im afraid who has the simplistic view , each and everyone of our previous board is equally liable IMHO unless they were absent when these decisions were taken , we've had 10 years of this situation , its not as if its just appeared over night . Our club is on the brink of administration , and CW is getting more stick than these charlatans who were in position , only in the deluded world of the Rangers support could the new guy get the blame .
-
That statement is absurd , he was a non executive director of the club and therefore had certain responsibilities towards it , you cant keep singling out people as being not responsible , they were collectivelly responsible and by saying and doing nothing are guilty of mismanagement . The only ex director to come out of the last decade with and deceny was Hugh Adam , and he was slaughtered at the time , hindsight is a wonderful thing , I was one of the ones slaughtering him as UI was firmly in the " it cant happen with SDM ast the helm " how easily he fooled everyone
-
Both of these guys were part of a regime which has taken us to the brink of extinction , with not so much as a public utterance against Murray ever , yet all the critiscism is against CW . These two join a long list , Murray , Bain etc etc all of whom were responsible for our present position no one else , AJ is another who should hang his head in shame , yes we may end up in administration but it will not be the present owners fault entirely , however I am sure the murrayites will do as they always do and rewrite history
-
How have they bled Rangersdry , they were non executive directors , patsy's maybe but that is all
-
I feel a degree of sympathyfor CW , however the situation is now his to deal with and he needs to start dealing with it , we can all point the finger at the old board and especially that bastard Murray , but due dilligence has been carried out and CW knew what he was getting into. Europe was undoubtedly a major financial blow and we do need to cut our cloth but this off field stuff needs to be brought to a head one way or another , we are going on 10 years of this continual depression , not even the success we have achieved seems able to lift it .
-
Aye but he spoke a load of tosh , and he let Chick Dung rant on and on without ever putting him right , if you go on these programs at least have the capability to say something of note
-
Zappa the only problem with your idea regarding the shares is that it was costing them an admin fee from the broker to buy the shares , and now direct sharedeal is gone , its around £12.50 per transaction ( approx), thats another reason they have trouble getting out the shares to new members they cant find a broker that will give them a discounted rate .
-
Frankie you may be right , however from when I remember his name being linked to the RST . there was a definite change in policy on ff , either way imho he is more a hinderance than a help . His recent performances on Tv and radio have been truly awful , his last with wee Dung on Radio Scotland was a total waste , the fact that others wont do it possibly doesnt help , but he is not cut out for the press .
-
double post
-
Thats a real shame if Kenny is lost to Spain , but good luck to him . With regards to the RST being a one man band , the ££ website for years was totally anti trust , then when Dingwallet was appointed over night people were getting banned for any decension , you start any debate on the trust and see who all come out to support him , the usual band , he may not be a one man band but he has them in his wallet , sorry pocket , christ , if it's not T shirts its podcasts to arranging do's abroad for fans at £5 a skull , how did we ever manage without him
-
Tannochside , I know how pationatly you love this club , but the RST will go nowhere as long as Dingwall holds it in his iron grip , decent guys like KP seem to have dissappeared from view and they had really really good ideas , even the team 2 meetings we attended have been ditched because someone decided he didnt want any more going ahead .
-
There have been so many things over the years I dont know where to start , from assaulting fellow fans , to using RFC as a cash cow , lets face it ££ is now so infested with taigs that people just dont go there any more , but rather than ban them , when it is proved they are septic fans, its the guys who complain that get banned . Its all about the hits with Dingwall , and as far as the RST goes , almost as soon as he got seriously involved the knives came out for , well ask Frankie what happened .
-
To the best of my knowledge the RST have never had a meeting with Whyte or any of the new board , also the trust's membership is way below 1500 , I'm also a life member but as soon as|Dingwall got involved that was enough for me
-
You really couldnt make this shower up , their necks are so fucking shiny , they get us into this mess along with that bastard Murray , then because Whyte hasn't sorted this mess out in a few weeks , bought 10 superstars , he's the one to blame, jeez oh
-
Just a small but important point , we cannot use the " but we only found out late on about the £2.8million HMRC bill" , that was the reason Murray reduced the price to £1 , it has been known about , however if the arguement is over the penalty payements and the fact that HMRC have not disclosed all the paper work ,then thats another matter
-
they are demented , now its MacKay http://twitpic.com/6jsk00
-
I say this again , this Peter Watson who is a partner at the law firm is also a Director of Media House our PR company , this could and should have been sorted out way before the media got hold of it , infact I am told it was and the Herald as I previously posted was told the bill was going to be paid the next day , the only arguement was about certain expenses , why the Herald chose to ignore this is a matter of personal choice and certain journalists at the Herald/Times group were openly questioning their editorial staff ....... Murray is still involved in this , Jack Irvine is one of Murray's closest friends and also he is very protective of Bain ,he is still"baw deep" in this mess
-
I still find it hard to understand how fans who sat on their arses for years watching Murray destroy our club , can now slaughter Whyte after 4 months , whilst he is trying to sort out Murray's mess , yes Whyte will make mistakes , but if this HMRC case goes against us we WILL be in ADMINISTRATION , it would be financial lunacy not to go down that route , why should we suddenly pay our debt plus Murray's mismanaged tax bill when we can pay a fraction and get out debt free , plus still probably finish second and get into the C/L qualifiers.
