  1. United, we can be so powerful. This is the first thing that's lifted my gloom all day. VGB Statement 24 April 2012 PDF Print E-mail Written by Admin Tuesday, 24 April 2012 12:08 VGB admin would like to applaud the statement made today by Mark Dingwall which quite rightly pointed out the bias within the SFA. We would also like to applaud the work done by him and many others behind the scenes in ensuring that Rangers Football Club continues to operate as a football club. There is no point pretending any more that things will simply work out and that we will continue as normal. The situation is now so dire that Rangers FC are in very real danger of ceasing to exist full stop. Therefore we at VGB are making it crystal clear we will support any and all efforts by Mark Dingwall, The Rangers Supporters Trust, The Assembly and indeed ANY group who are fighting to save Rangers FC. All differences of opinion and strategy are being left behind where they belong. The only issue that matters is the safety of Rangers FC and we stand ready to do whatever is necessary to ensure we all have a football team to support for years to come.
  2. Frankie surely if we are liquidated apart from an official report into his actions he would also have Ticketus chasing him for £27 million , he would be fecked surely
  3. Keith Jackson was stating on RS that Whyte is making outrageous demands for his shares , in all probability this is the problem that is holding things up as suspected that wee shite aint going to go easily
  4. never doubted you mate , this whole sorry episode still has a long way to go IMHO

    Ticketus

If Ticketus can get Whyte's shares , then surely it would be in their best interests to buy the club themselves , why only get back £10 million when ultimately they could get the whole deal for £11 or £12 million
  6. If Ticketus changed or altered any part of any agreement the whole thing would need to be put on ice untilit was renegotiated
  7. The time aspect of all this has to be realised as well , we NEED to be out of Admin by August 4th ,14/15 weeks , the season ticket renewals need to be sent out , players contracts , (dont laugh ) but transfers in/out need negotiated , its a fecking nightmare and D&P have to take a lot of the responsibility they have been their 2 months now
  8. Agree , but it certainly puts a great deal more pressure on CW
  9. The sons did yes , and they tried to claim credit for convincing their dad to buy Utd , that also proved to be a pile of shite
  10. were the glazers lifelong Man ure fans , end off .
  11. Considering TBK's had next to no money and were relying on Ticketus as a bank , it's a no brainer if offered a deal by a consortium which were self reliant they would go for it plus get more of their money back , no brainer and shows how nieve TBK's actually were
  12. Still dont know who this mob are , they refuse any questions about who or where they came from
  13. Fs I have read a few of the blogs/articles on this site and (its only an opinion ) its a very very poor site
  14. I agree but everyone for the last few years including AJ and Lloyds have ACTED like we have lost , the £18 million debt was nothing on out turnover , in fact we had a well reported 20 odd year mortage on it , so why the desperation to get their money back and unload the club to any dell boy , one day we will find out
  15. Quite poor and the guy who wrote it looks about 12
  16. The debt has never been the problem, the problem was Murray wanted out , LLoyds wanted rid and anyone would do , what has killed us is the BTC
  17. I dont really know why everyone is getting het up over a tv listings page , I was too young to remember whether it was broadcast live all over the world , also there is the small matter of approx 6 hours time difference , come on guys ease up If you all look closely the tv programmes only go to midnight or approx 6pm in spain , possibly earlier .
  18. This may heve been asked but why no Naismith , when Aluko is included ? sorry just reread first post , but dont agree he should have been left out , he was sensational for us before the injury .
  19. I have never believed that the proposed share issue would bring in serious money , at a time of our greatest need when it was looking like we may fold I believe the saverangers fund topped around the £10-£11 million mark , I could be wrong on that amount . That is no where near enough and I dont believe if the club were saved and lets say it is TBK , that even 75% of saverangers pledges would be followed through , we as a support have been and are apathetic , the RFFF has brought in less than half a million and this again at our worst time . sorry but fans involvement is a serious no go for me , but then its all about opinions
  20. Even if we did get more tv money , it would only go into the spl pot
  21. If only the Murray park coaches could get our youngsters playing this way .
  22. dont see the point , unless you use gersnet as your one stop football shop , nothing wrong with doing that but IMHO it's not needed
  23. Bears I followed your wee exchange , teher is no arguing with them , it's TBK knights or bust , yet another "only show in town " I'm afraid , also your question about why the VB's filtered was class , the answer was pathetic
  24. I voted for the singapore bid , as I have no real faith in TBK's , there is no real money behind them , I dont believe that the fans will cough up enough through a share issue , and also the thought of someone like a certain chubby individual as a fans rep scares the shit out of me
  25. As long as it doesnt end up like Rangersmedia , the advertising on there is a complete switch off
