Now this taking from Paul McConvilles blog, so cld be a lot of piss........ Since Rangers fell into financial troubles, various possible “new Rangers” have appeared on the books of Companies House. However these usually turn out probably to have been created by fans, opportunists or jokers. Over recent months the following companies have appeared – Rangers Football Club of Glasgow Ltd Rangers 2012 Ltd Glasgow Rangers Ltd Glasgow Rangers Club Football Ltd Glasgow Rangers Football Club Ltd Glasgow Rangers Football Club 2012 Ltd' There is even a Celtic Ranger Ltd! However, I can exclusively reveal the most likely of these various pretenders to be the real “newco”. My sources (the Companies House website) disclose that on 4th May 2012 a new company was incorporated. Please welcome – RANGERS FC ACQUISITIONS LTD. You can read the incorporation documents at this link – Rangers FC Acquisitions Ltd Inc-1 What makes this more credible than the others? The sole shareholder is Atholl Incorporations Ltd and the Director is Mr Julian Voge. Both are based at the offices of Brodies, Solicitors, in Edinburgh. Mr Voge is one of the top corporate lawyers in Scotland. That does not mean that, necessarily, he is to have any role in the running of this newco, if that is what it is. One of the roles performed by Brodies is to set up companies for its clients, before the transfer of shares and directorships to the real parties. Brodies themselves are amongst the best commercial law firms in Scotland, and therefore it is less likely, although not impossible, that their client too is a joker. What would be most interesting of course would be to find out from Brodies if their client is Mr Bill Miller, or someone else entirely. If the latter then, as the company was only set up on Friday 4th May, the mystery would only deepen, as that would suggest someone confident that Mr Miller would not acquire the club. Brodies, in return for its expertise, would not be the cheapest place to go to buy an off the peg company. Therefore I believe this is serious. Now, has anyone seen Paul Murray, Brian Kennedy, or even Sir David Murray or Craig Whyte entering Brodies’ office recently? Brodies of course will not answer any questions about this due to client confidentiality, and rightly so. If it is Bill Miller, then at least one of the many tasks for this coming week can be crossed off his to do list! He has now a company set up. He still needs to turn it into a football club though, which is not as easy as one might think.

Can we make this a sticky/permanent please , just watched this again and again after a wee bottle of Rioja and the tears are running down my face
-
Bacause as already stated , the lease is generally over a decent time span ie 25 years etc and the money will be long gone before then , a bit like the kit deal its all about short term thinking. There is a massive difference to doing it when you are financially stable and the money can be invested and interest withdrawn as and when required
-
No never , and cant see it happening anyway
-
I wasnt talking about the football creditors rule
-
Frazer Wishart recently and also in the case of Portsmouth first admin around they had to sell players to get money to pay for players bought , its also on the UEFA statute somewhere
-
They can say what they want , football debt must be repaid in full
-
All football related debts , ie to Hearts etc will have to be paid , UEFA wont put up with transfer fees being left unpaid or even partly paid , the only good thing is that the major ones are not due yet
-
Sorry to all the TBK fans , but this guys laid his cards on the table 2 weeks ago and watched every other bidder shite themselves , all the so called Rangers fans wanted the club on the cheap and wouldnt step up so hell skelp it into you
-
ITs totally irrelevant now mate ,one owned an accountancy firm , one was a Barclays business manager ( very high end ) and the other is very well known but its in the past , to be honest I wish I hadnt posted it as I was never in a position to name them and I do hate threads like these myself , I can only appologise to everyone
-
How does it work if that assets are sold/transferred into a newco , what does CW hold 85% off
-
For what its worth, some of these guys including certain blue knights thought they were going to get Rangers for nothing , TBK's will only have themselves to blame , its easy to play on fans fears , hopes and the loyalty of a support , tell them all the right things , get on board with certain factions , but in this game only one thing counts the colour and size of your money . Now I dont know much about this Bill Miller but what cannot be argued is that he gave everyone else fair warning that if they wanted the club to put up or piss off , he stated what his bid was worth and waited and waited ,well hes got his reward now lets all calm down and see what transpires . There are a group of gentlemen who are of the opinion that Whyte has just pulled off the greatest scam ever , and in doing so have saved Rangers a fortune as well as securing their long term future all for the price of £1 . That part of my post I still believe to be correct as administration was coming it just took a bastard in CW to do what SDM didnt have the balls to do .

Every day I wake up and eventually log on with a renewed sense of optimism and hope and by this time each day I feel like I have had the emotional shit kicked out of me , deadlines here deadlines there , promises to do this appeals to do that , we give our money we go on marches we demonstrate and boycott , all to what end , so that arseholes like CW and to a lesser extent D&P can work me like a puppet , I've had it someone give me a call when its all over .

Press Release: ‘Following inaccurate media reports, the Blue Knights/Brian Kennedy Consortium wishes to clarify its position. Firstly, on Saturday evening 28 April 2012, we submitted a materially increased offer which will be confirmed by the administrators, Duff & Phelps. Secondly, and for the avoidance of doubt, our offer is conditional on a CVA and the delivery of Craig Whyte’s shares. If successful, this will retain the SPL membership share in RFC 1899. Probably because they know that Miller's SPL demands on no new sanctions , will not be forth coming. That would leave only TBK's and they would be in a very strong position , as Frankie has alluded to this has a long way to go yet
-
Amyone who actually believes that the SPL decision didnt delight both bidders is living in cuckoo land , TBK's have even halved their initial bid based on it , we seem to be heading for a newco , I cant even bring myself to write the other word
-
What is very apparent is that we have a very baldy support lol
-
What was just as pleasing was the reception that MD and the VB guys gave each other on the steps , not taking anything away from what was a brilliant day but that was excellent
-
Oh I can think of someone who would happily have pushed you , mind you there might have been a cliff involved lol
-
Just back , what a turnout , I ended up helping with the stewarding and when we were at the top of Prospecthill rd the last of the march was just leaving the park and that was 30 minutes into it , what an amazing turnout and everyone was so well behaved , even the songs were properly sung with no add ons
-
Any other gersnetters going , fancy meeting up
-
I think its the best weve had in years to be honest

This may have more to do with D&P,s ongoing court case with Collier Bristow than about MIH , could be wrong though . Remember they have an upcoming £25 million court case for negilgence /professional misconduct due to start in October this year.
