  1. Its ok the blue tits would have saved us with , erm our money seeing as they had hee haw of their own to use
  2. One thing is certain , until this IPO is finalised , Ally will be remaining the manager , nothing and no one will allow the derailment of this share issue , no matter how bad the team plays , what happens after that ........
  3. The whole arguement is flawed as we will win this league this year , that we should be doing betterand playing better I will concede if come december/january time we are still rotten away from home , but this over reactiuon is ridiculous IMHO . This should be a time of rebuilding , however the whole structure of the club really needs addressing from the youths right through , but is the timing right , areweas a support ready for more emotional upheaval I'm not so sure . There are still major issue's to be addressed off the park , the battle against the corrupt SPL , the structure of Scottich football which needs our agreement to go into an SPL 2 to dig the idiots out osf a major hole and save the SKY deal .
  4. Adam resigned/left Rangers in the summer of 2000 , we didnt start using EBT's till after this , and also by his own admission he had been marginalized at Ibrox way before his departure
  5. Dr John Reid went on record just before he left stating that Celtic never used and EBT , he was lying , as did Celtic when they also stated that they had never used EBT's , they also never disclosed to the SFA nor the SPL that they used EBT's , which is the critical part
  6. Oh so now I disagree with you I'm an uber fan , also money has hee haw to do with anything , and what we have went through means absolutely nothing to you , fair enough I am at the opposite end of the football spectrum to guys like yourself , who's opinion is every bit as valid as mine . We will agree to disagree
  7. oh i could have trust me , you slaughter McCoist in isolation , you use arguements that seem only to apply to rangers when it suits , we are in a situation unprecedented in our history and possibly the worst is yet to come ,yet all you and your fellow McCoist haters do is come on and slaughter the manager . He may or may not be a good manager only time will tell but that time IMHO is not now.
  8. So using your arguement , Man utd should have sacked Ferguson after his second season , when they were absolute dross and getting tanked by everyone , instead they stuck by him . now i am not stating that McCoist is equal to ferguson but I do believe that he should be given time
  9. cant get it to play either .....mad
  10. So was it the Rangers fans amongst the scotland crowd that booed Black , or was it the small minority of hibs fans because it was easter rd that booed Black but ignored the current Hearts Captain , or are you just mental
  11. It really depends a great deal on how this share issue is formulated , ie will there be different types of shares ala the beasts with their preference shares and ordinary shares , Man Ure just did the exact same thing in New York where all the share's sold were non voting shares . I cannot see the consortium, who have put money into buying us just giving up control somehow
  12. I believe there are two Andrew Dickson's , the one on twitter and then this guy
  13. Roy Greenslade â?? Not Just a Republican Sympathiser? Posted on March 12, 2012 There was an extraordinary article written in the Independent by Stephen Glover today. In it, he exposed Guardian media blogger Roy Greenslade, as not simply a Republican sympathiser, but as a man with long standing links to Sinn Fein. The implication of the piece was that Greensladeâ??s denial of IRA involvement in a recent murder was too well informed, ie that Greenslade is actively involved in Sinn Fein, and therefore fully up to speed with the operations of the IRA. Glover went on to detail Greensladeâ??s connections â??Few people are aware that The Guardianâ??s media sage has affiliations with Sinn Fein. During the late 1980s, when he was managing news editor of The Sunday Times, he secretly wrote for An Phoblacht, the Sinn Fein newspaper, which then served as a propaganda sheet for the Provisional IRA. His pseudonym was George King. We know this from Flat Earth News by Nick Davies, a Guardian colleague and instigator of the journalistic investigation into phone hacking. When Mr Greenslade reviewed Mr Daviesâ??s book on his blog in 2008, he did not deny what some may regard as a pretty serious allegation. In a more recent blog, he described Mr Davies as his friend. The connections endure. Last June, Mr Greenslade spoke at a Sinn Fein conference in London on the 30th anniversary of the hunger strikes, and he wrote an article on the same subject for An Phoblacht . He has had a house in County Donegal for many years. One friend is Pat Doherty, from 1988 until 2009 vice president of Sinn Fein, who has been named as a former member of the IRA Army Council.â? Greenslade, of course, is the â??mainstreamâ? journalist who promoted his friend and fellow Donegal resident Phil MacGiollabhainâ??s website after the Hugh Dallas affair. http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/greenslade/2010/nov/30/investigative-journalism-scotland Phil has mentioned Greenslade on no less than six occasions on his blog. What are their connections? Is it simply a shared love of Celtic Football Club, or something far more sinister? I think we should be told. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/media/opinion/stephen-glover/stephen-glover-the-troubles-are-still-raging-for-the-guardians-media-pundit-7561788.html

  16. We now have a squad of 25 Goalkeepers : Neil Alexander, Scott Gallagher (2) Right Backs : Anestis Argyriou, Darren Cole (2) Left Backs : Lee Wallace (1) Centre Backs : Emilson Cribari, Sebastien Faure, Ross Perry, Chris Hegarty (4) Wingers : Barrie McKay, Andrew Mitchell, David Templeton (3) Centre Mids : Lee McCulloch, Kyle Hutton, Ian Black, Lewis Macleod, Robbie Crawford, Kamil Wiktorski (6) Attacking Mids : Dean Shiels, Francesco Stella (still to be confirmed) (2) Strikers : Andy Little, Francisco Sandaza, Kevin Kyle, Kane Hemmings, Kal Naismith (5) Should be more than good enough for the 3rd division plus cup runs . Also please note everyone , we are free to sign players out of contract as of 1st september next year and not as reported the 1st of Jan 2014 , yet more bad reporting by the press , its only players under contract that we wont be able to register .
  17. he is a celtic man
  18. What period in our history are you talking about exactly because all through out our exisrence we have had periods of abject dross when legends like Wallace , Greig were in charge , its easy to cherry pick from history but upon closer inspection it doesnt stack up

  20. Billy Davies , is that the best that can be put forward , jesus wept , and to back up gunslinger McCoist did indeed play midfield for spells when he first came to us
  21. these deals are good for the club but invariably bad for the support , its just the nature of the beast .
  22. We do this a lot , a boy comes a long shows promise plays well , all of a sudden hes the future of the club and he dissappears under the pressue
  23. You cannot play a 17 year old every game , messi he isnt though he is very very good
  24. Agree but that budget as a % of the population is pathetic , surely it needs looked at
