    The success of this scheme will be to get up a head of steam and get behind recognised club icons , Gough , Numan etc etc , we have proved in the past when we actually can be arsed we are a force to be reckoned with (the support I mean )

    Not in this day and age and definitely not with this board , the whole selling point for me is the independence , and I dont think that the numbers and amounts quoted are unrealistic , especially if they get well known Rangers to get behind it , Gough etc

    To be honest Zappa , I feel entirely the opposite , the very fact that it is independent with a committee elected is what is appealing to me , the fact that in the past we have had Rangers schemes that have failed dramatically , whether its gersave , buyrangers or whatever proves that , also there is no way in hell at this present time with this present board that you will get 2000 never mind 20,000 signing up to anything official , but thats only my opinion

    This scheme seems , A . much simpler to set up and to administer , B. seems to be independent and any splits surely would be put aside as it would be an independent committee overseeing it , C. the possibilities seem fantastic

    You cant really blame McCoist for his attitude , Walter Smith never paid too much attention to tactics , in fact he once was quoted as saying " Tactics are overrated all you need is too have good players and give them a decent platform to play on " that was at the time we were regularly getting pumped in Europe by muppets

    I know you from various events , the last being the McColl/Murray hotel meeting , I know how much hard work you do for the good of the club and that you 100% believe in the RST and what it should be able to achieve , however people and not just me , many many supporters have brought up numerous times over a good number of years , the (and I'm trying very hard to use diplomatic phrases here) destructive influence MD has on the support , I first came across MD in the mid nineties when I stayed in the west end and it wasnt good even back then and it has just got worse and worse as time has went on. I have my own reasons and experiences with him , from being called a liar by him on a thread on ff before he banned me , which led me to receive emails and texts from then co-RST board members apologizing as they knew I was telling the truth and what I posted was 100%. I post under the same name on all forums , I dont hide behind kiddy on made up people that are used to back up other peoples arguments. [EDITED to remove acceptable last line]
