Quite a large uptake in @Rangersfirst memberships today , upto 2099 members and thats before the offline media push thats coming up in January .Just for the avoidance of doubt the money for this new member push has been raised through donations and is totally separate to the rangersfirst membership money ok- 212 replies

You do understand that all the money raised in the share issues etc went to the parent company , ie its our own money

Brentford were one of the standout youth academies in England , infact they were getting so many scouts at their youth/reserve games they had to start limiting them , then the EPL brought in the outrageous rule on getting to cherry pick good youth players for absolute peanuts , so they were actually debating whether to close , or severely reduce the level of youth development they operate at .

The SFA know fine well that the MA is not only source of funding available to us , infact as already said he signed an under taking not to increase either his share holding nor his influence over the board , hes basically stuck 2 fingers up to them , then went and asked nicely for them to do exactly what he promised not to do , add in the charge that we are already up on , its the height of stupidity . Much as it was the height of stupidity for DK not to have bought any shares at all , and to continue his long game , how he thought that a section of the support would accept this is also baffling . I'm fed up of our club being the play thing of rich men , why as a support we cannot get behind either rangersfirst or buyrangers is something I will never understand , Hearts have over 8000 fans contributing m,onthly , yet we believe we are a bigger support and we believe a more passionate support and we cannot get anywhere near that figure , the apathy shown time after time is truly depressing , infact sometimes I actually think we deserve some of the idiots that we have found in positions of power at Ibrox.

Ashley should never have signed his initial agreement stating he would keep his investment to below 10% and give an undertaking not to have influence in the board room. Recent actions and emails have proved he intends to break those undertakings , I am not in the least surprised he has been blocked for now , what he does next and what damage he inflicts on us , because it will be the club thats hit with sanctions not Ashley , will be interesting . All this from a man who intended to bring the whole weight of his legal team to bare on us if Somers didnt back his deal and reject King

He was my hero at the time , a player who glided over the ground and as an attacking midfielfer , no one could touch him , not even Gazza , alongside Michael Mols , one of the great regrets is that we never saw him fully reach his potential. So so sad that it has come to this and in much the same way as Ally will always remember them as the players and not as the management.

All the very best guys , here's to Santa bringing us a new board , a great young manager , 7 fantastic youth players and joy and happiness through out the 4 packed out stands , ......sorry dreaming again lol

That will be the same fictitious figure the Easdale quoted before last years agm , for heavens sake Rab come back to reality , MA is not trying to do this for our sake but his own and the benefit of SD
-
The money wouldn't go to Rangers but to the people who owned the shares and we would still need funding , DK has always stated he would never buy out existing shareholders , dont know that I agree 100% with that stance , but he seems prepared to play the long game

Thanks to Frankie for the updates , how he managed to type is beyond me , I was up with Govanderriere and Forlanssister at the disabled section and it was freezing . Comical Ali aka Somers was an absolute disgrace today , surely his time disgracing the office of the Chairman of our great club , ( once great club ) must now be over , as for the rest just beyond parody , bomber brown going on again about Ticketus , wee heads up , if you have proof come out with it , this boy who cried wolf stuff is tedious , Paul Murray calling Somers disingenuous , ie a liar was quite amusing as was thbrothers grimm being called stooges and rats . Spoke with PM after and asked about Ashley and SFA approval , tomorrow is going to be a very interesting day , his group are far fromout of thius and have also been in touch with the SFA re Ashley and the undertaking he has promised or rather signed. Also asked about Lloyds and Donald Muir and he said they are the only 2 who have not been really named as of yet in the investigation into our take over/sale ,told me Donal Muir received £1 million for getting the deal done , which when I told forlanssister this , he also told me that that was why Muir probably voluntarily liquidated his company straight after the sale so as not to have to produce accounts. All in all yet another shameful day by those in power , quite what Derek LLambias thought god only knows

It's all down to the coaching and the training , when players are not challanged to be better and are allowed to wallow in a comfort blanket of mediocrity , what we see week in week out is the result , it ain't brain surgery
