29 pages of utter drivel over a nothing story , there were millions of tweets and retweets of equally simillar stuff in the days after the Paris attack yet this one retweet is getting so much space and time , get a fucking life , and I hope that offends some of you more genteel people

Stuart McCall officially confirmed as new Rangers manager
rbr replied to chilledbear's topic in Rangers Chat
I would much preferred they advertised it and saw what came in , alternatively if they are going to offer the Dir of Foot gig to Magath then it has to be someone he can work with , I just hate rushed decisions they rarely work , and if he is only going to be here till the summer , who makes the decisions on incoming players -
Now that would be a start , really impressive is young Mr McCann

Scheduled for 5pm , would believe this will be covered by SSN and streamed online by the BBC

We dont need a manager right now , we dont need to go up this season , we have approx 14 players out of contract and a club that needs rebuilt from the ground up , we needed breathing space and time to make the right decisions and get things right , not make the same mistakes as the past , but alas the holy grail of getting promotion before we are ready has taken hold , rank madness IMHO -

Really poor appointment IMHO , cant see this as a long term deal , infact would be hughly dissappoined if this is what we settle for -
Totally agree , I dont see anything in him that warrants us signing him , but then again maybe our standards are so low that he is the best some will accept

Spain-based Scot Ian Cathro continuing to grow admirers
rbr replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Frankie we need someone for a long term sting , say 5 years minimum , we cannot continue going year to year , we need to raise our level of ambition over beating Celtic every year , for some they still believe the earth if flat -
Que implosion over Chris grahams addition in 3,2,1 boooooommmmm

Captain Nemo couldnt get us up and I still believe another year in the championship would be the best thing all round , give a new manager and team a year to bed in , wont be popular but we need to stop looking short term
-
I'm certainly not , and you definetly don't know me or what my opinions are , however Paul Murray in my own opinion has made some clangers in the last few days , those are my opinions , hope they are ok with you
-
It is blatantly obvious we now have men in charge with our best interests at heart , but could we please keep Paul Murray away from making statements
-
Sorry Walter but to suggest that Ally didnt get a fair deal at Ibrox is mental , we were in the lowest division with a wage bill more than the next 3 leagues combined , the sooner we get away from anyone with Rangers connections as Manager the better , we need a complete fresh set of ideas
-
Hope so , but spare a thought for us far away in places where the wifi is shit , who are struggling to keep up to speed
-
But is it an ongoing ie yearly thing or is it a one off
-
The buying back of unsold stock , I understand was/is a one off due to mistakes by the club in ordering too much stock , could be wrong though
-
delighted to say that thanks to the sterling work of BigAl on RM , there is now another club1872 membership about to be taken out
-
I just cant see that happening with this squad of players and the management of the club , by the time of the EGM another 2 games will have passed and I just dont see us getting any momentum . All this talk of the new boy Vuckic , some nice touches but that apart dont see anything in him that warrants any hope to be honest
-
After tonights game , what to me is blatantly obvious is that we need a new management team in ASAP , boardroom and dugout . We need to get rid of the players that are obviously unable to cope with the demands of playing for Rangers and get younger players in that the new manager needs/wants , we also need another year in the Championship , this wont go down well with some , but the thought of trying to stabilise this club alongside trying to compete will be IMHO too much . The sooner this happens the better , we might just get our club back , the thought of losing the EGM isnt worth thinking about .

There is a similar poll on RM and there is a small percentage of our support who need medical help , 4.5% want to keep somers , 15.45 want to keep James Easdale , 34% want to keep Llambias ,and 25.9 % want to keep Leech , absolutely mental

Going down to Manchester for the UEFA final , I and some mates came straight off a night shift and headed down , highlight of the journey down was getting passed by a mini bus on the ouside lane with the side door open , now out of this door was a guys leg in a "stookey" but we couldnt see him as he had 6 cases of lager perched on his lap . Then when we reached Manchester we were heading to a car park in the deansgate area when we came round a corner to see another minibus trying to get into a bit of derelict land but being stopped by a Giant of a Black security guard , the guys on the bus proceded to do the bouncy and actually bounced the minibus round 90 degrees so it was pointing into the place they wanted to park , the big black guy just laughed and let them in , to honking of horns and much cheering from all the bears watching. Lastly on the same trip , we were picking up tickets from a friend in the Deansgate hilton , little did we realise that that was UEFA's main base , now while we were waiting I decided to see if there was any rooms left as we had no where to stay , and hey presto they had a cancellation and me and my 5 mates ended up not only staying there but having Champagne with Michael Platini and the rest of the heads of UEFA , plus the legend that is Jim White fro m SKY , absolutely brilliant .
