Same here. koeman was a great player but im not impressed by his managerial record. Are we taking a big chance on geo? I dont think so. As soon as i heard his name being mentioned he was my first choice. Hes got the fans backing too, something that will make gerrard a distant memory.

That has been our problem all season. Kent certainly got back to his best since he came back but we need more from others. Aribo frustrates the life out me in particular. Fantastic skill but his end product falls way short. If we got a decent bid for him id take it.

Wasnt asking for full update. By the same token we were told no contact from villa on Wednesday and he was straight out the door on Thursday.

Where did i say i was demanding information? And as fans is it to much to expect a little bit of direction from them. The statement today could have and should have been made earlier. Its great the keep the media in the dark for obvious reasons but for the amount of money and backing the board gets from the likes of us i think we deserve a little bit better.

Looking at the bigger picture i reckon gerrard knew he was going to villa long before the weekend. I dont believe for a minute that this all happened since sunday. It may even explain our form this season. The good thing is there are options out there, much better that i imagined. Gattuso vanbronchurst or even shota arveladze. Ill take any of the three.

I dont have a a problem with him leaving but the manner in which conducted himself left a bitter taste in many mouths, including mine. I found it dispicable that he didnt even tell the players face to face. His actions reek of self importance and selfishness. He enjoyed the unequivocal support from the club who took a very big chance taking him on in the first place and even more so from the fans from day one, something ill wager he wont enjoy in his lifetime again. Hell find out very quickly at villa if he doesnt turn things round very fast. The fans have every right to be angry.

theres been a negativity seeping through the team this season thats dragging everyone down. I think it stems from lack of leadership on the park. The difference kent made to the side when he came back from injury was there for all to see. He led by example. The type of thing id like to see from aribo and hagi. But unfortunately its been sadly lacking.

He can have him at a price. Aribo is a fantastic player but his end product is questionable. You wouldnt miss him if he left.

I expect patterson kent and aribo to follow him. Ill be lookin for 50mill for those 3.

The Epl is the richest league, is it the best? Im not so sure. Gerrard in my eyes is making a huge mistake and i fully expect him to end up in the second teir of English football by the end of the season. I was starting to question wether our current crop of players had run their course under Gerrard given our performances this season so it may be no bad thing he moves on. But im not happy at the lack of information coming from the club .

2am and sky now reporting that Rangers still havent had any contact from any club and that Gerrard is on the shortlist for the villa job! Maybe not as done and dusted as some are led to believe.

The club should be letting the fans know what the hell is going on. Not one shard of information. Bloody livid with them.

I would sell Kamara and one other. I think the other will be patterson. Surprised at the lack of game time hes had this season given how well hes been doing to be honest.

Mayo is back in January from partick and is apparently carving out a name for himself. I would love to see him get a chance. Could save us a few mill in the long run.

We rarely look like beating anyone these days. We dont have any leaders on the park. We some fine individuals but they no longer function as a team. Gerrard isnt getting the best out of his players and i fear that there are just too many players who have had their day at ibrox. Im grateful that the spfl is so poor. Its the real reason were top of the league. Weve rode our luck for the most part. Barasic tav davis kamara hagi and ill chuck in aribo as a luxury we can ill afford. The end product just isnt there. As much as i want us to hit form i dont see it happening.
