hutton had a few shaky moments at the back but he more than made up for it with his runs down the wing. Do not suggest for 1 minute that boruc felt the need to bless himself on purely religious grounds in front of the copland rd. Does he run up to the away support to bless himself at every ground? I think not. Every other player you see manages it quite well at the touch line or as they run on the park. why cant he? dont see what the problem is here. thompson and whittaker are under achieving ( in my opinion) and should be replaced. I would also like to see a more attacking formation and as you say a settled strike force. quite simple really.

good post frankie. but i believe that if critisism is due then we should be critisising. For me walter has shown far too much faith in thompson and whittaker. they dont contribute enough to merit a place in the first eleven every game. also we have to decide on our best front line. id have boyd and cousins upfront with darcheville and novo/neismith out on the flanks. given the abundance of attacking players we have im pretty miffed by the way we set our stall out. we seem to be defending on our 18 yardline no matter the opposition. we really do show teams far too much respect. theres acres of room for improvement.

totally agree mate. walters squad rotation is costing us points and will continue to do so untill he gets his best team on the park. if we are to have any consistency this season then we have to have consistency in the team selection. theres a couple of players in the first eleven who could do with a spell on the bench and theres plenty of fringe players waiting for their chance. its big decision time walter. dont leave it too late.

I really should have included thompson when i made my comments about whittaker. thompson has done a decent job since he came but like his counter part i dont believe for a minute that any of the two of them should be ahead of hemdani in the selection stakes. We seem to be building the team around the two of them when other and better players in my opinion are being over looked.

feel free to point out any contribution that whittaker has made this season that merits a start over the fans player over the year. ill stick a stamp and a felt tip pen in the post for you.

the worst of it is craig is that not only did my 11 year old nephew get kicked out along with me yesterday ill have to cancel his book if i get banned. he will be absolutely gutted if that happens. im pig sick at the thought of that.

Hemdani is a class act and should be the first name on the teram sheet, even before ferguson. I cant believe whittaker always gets a game as he constantly gives the ball away and has little or no imagination in the last third of the park. I just dont rate the guy.

whittaker, thompson and debeadsley were every bit as bad. You could have subbed anyone of them. not one of them stood up to be counted on saturday. that is why we lost.
