  1. If no one else is wanting to do the League Cup final, I am willing to give it a dig?
  2. The club must intervene, the banner MUST NOT BE DISPLAYED TONIGHT. Failing that, Rangers supporters must not allow that banner to be displayed. Further, Rangers must act on those travelling with the banner.
  3. Local success ignored. This calendar year, Rangers Youths have been a success story. They have won the Youth League, Youth Cup, reached the semi-finals of the Tunnocks Challenge Cup, and effectively reached the last sixteen of the Youth Champions League. Young Scots doing well in Europe are akin to Hens' Teeth. I tried to find coverage in a handful of Scots based newspapers, both print and on-line, without success. I thought the Glasgow Evening Times would be the best bet, they have a specific section entitled, 'Rangers', again nothing. Recently, the Evening Times received a new Editor, Callum Baird. He held the same designation at the National. Maybe he was after greater job security, the Weirs are moving towards securing Partick Thistle's future; or after five years he has acknowledged the National peak sales remain under 7,000. I believe the Evening Times sells double that amount? The rule of thumb on local newspapers is to emphasise local success stories. Today's copy is pretty much a Stacey Mullen production. She is described as, 'Senior Multimedia Reporter'. The on line front page has five stories : 'Notre Dame High School to admit boys', 'Celtic players star in Lewis Capaldi video', 'Celtic star Scott Brown and Lisbon Lions attend Rod Stewart's opening night at the Hydro', 'Line of Duty star, Martin Compston supports SNP candidate ahead of election', and the Rangers story to prove objectivity, 'Rangers set to launch special edition BLACK SHIRTS'. Stacey covers the first four, whereas Paige Beresford does the snigger-fest Nazi/Rangers double entendre. Now, Stacey has quite a past, she used to prefer to be known as, 'Showbiz Stacey', her social media feeds back 15 years past, were full of H-u-n comments and a proclamation of never dying love for Sellik. These days, Stacey is a practitioner of careful hate, pushes her love for the green'n'grey far more than her never dying hate for Rangers. She leaves the naked hatred for her juniors. Her best buddy and she sits beside her at Sellik Park is, Jane Hamilton. Remember, she had us on the front page of the Sunday Mail after the 2016 Scottish Cup final. According to Jane Rangers supporters adopted Northern Ireland Loyalist tactics of throwing children in front of responding police vehicles. Note to Callum Baird, Slovan Bratislava Youths 1 Rangers Youths 2, aggregate 1-4, you can report of the wrong Scots too?
  4. This is a fantastic result for our Youth team. A big well done to the players and coaching staff. What direction does the competition take from now on?
  5. The Dutch are lucky barsteeds, not having to suffer those purveyors of Prawg Rawk, Pink Floyd for 31 years.
  6. Well, the above is fortuitous. I note Wrexham are playing Solihull Moors on the weekend of the League Cup final. The Green Brigade, well known for their support of northern Welsh football will be anxious to secure tickets for the Racecourse Ground. BBC Scotland's Michael Stewart has expressed political solidarity with the GB and I am sure he is filled with a sense of immense well being knowing the full cannon of IRA karaoki is taken to the land of a thousand voices. Further, I am positive he will support the tickets being transferred to Rangers supporters?
  7. Yesterday, on BBC Scotland's 'Daily Politics Scotland' Gordon Brewer hosted a thirty minute political debate on the up coming General Election. The panel was former long term Labour MP, Anne McGuire, Ramsay Jones, former Tory Party Adviser, Siobhan Mathers, Liberal Democrat Adviser, and Angela Haggerty, described as a Journalist. Please note, no formal SNP representation. Last Sunday was the same, three representitives from Labour, Tories, and Liberals; and Angela Haggerty the Journalist. Further, Haggerty appeared on Question Time as a supposed neutral Journalist. Again, it's BBC Producers who are facilitating this scam; however, the SNP have questions to answer too. If they decide to withdraw representation or ignore the call to provide, are they comfortable that Haggerty represents the party position? Surely, other Journalists involved must stand up for fellow Journo, Lyra McKee? Angela cannot accept Lyra was murdered by the IRA, because it's inconvenient to her preferred narrative. Time for this piece of theatre to be called out.
  8. themanthebeastscanttame has a presentation issue. The content is usually a pointer in a direction; however, rarely arrives at a conclusion. The above is a case in point, he suggests BBC Scotland long term Producer, Paul Bradley was behind the RTC Blog? I cannot confirm or deny this accusation, but Bradley was, and is a player in the game. He is a habitual facilitator in aiding the likes of Phil McFournames, Chris McLaughlin, Angela Haggerty, ............... etc. Let's go back a dozen years, an old firm game at Ibrox before the fixture split. The game ended 1-1, Hemdani volleying an injury time equaliser. The match kicked-off at noon, BBC Radio Scotland's scheduled a documentary from 11.30 until noon entitled, 'You'll Never Walk Alone'. The Producer and Presenter of the propaganda piece was Paul Bradley. Of course, 2007 was before a dozen Producer resignations from the larger BBC. Remember, it was found across the radio and TV shows that Producers were telephoning in those shows, to boost dramatic content, win the prizes, and make pertinent micro/macro political points. There were several high profile casualties, Paul Bradley was NOT one of them. You'll Never Walk Alone' was a calamity. Paul and a few of his BBC Scotland Producing pals(although they never revealed their designations during the production) told lies about it being the definitive Sellik song. Those of us old enough remember when Liverpool supporters sang the song for a decade and a half, without the bold Bhoys paying homage. The song derives from the Musical, 'Carousel', and is about suicide. Paul and pals got very emotional, ie how the song speaks to them as individuals and as a collective. Paul told of raising his scarf, closing his eyes, and thinking of his deceased Mother. The song had similar deep meanings for all Sellik supporters. Of course, BBC Scotland sport realised thirty minutes of YNWA on a loop before an Ibrox old firm game was a set-up, and promised to play Simply the Best after the game. They did, I don't know why? Sacking Paul Bradley would have been far more appropriate. Paul would go on to put Phil McFournames on the radio, standing in for a contrived absence of mid-afternoon DJ, Tom Morton. I kid you not, Phil got thirty minutes as, 'Bosco' whilst Morton was broadcasting from his home in Shetland. Today, Bradley's extra-curricula activities are all about doing football training with professional clubs in an effort to loose weight. His deceased Mother would be proud of him.
  9. Rangers Colts at Solitude would be interesting?
  10. I thought Jamie Barjonas was a standout, he dictated the tempo and scored a classy first goal. We passed and moved, Wrexham worked hard to contain us in the first half. The second saw a twenty minute spell from the Welsh, they went a bit more direct and tested our physicality. After notching the second the game returned to a pace dictated by Barjonas. The Yahoos embarrassed themselves knowing the media will ignore their obsession with the IRA, again!.
  11. Reading the above, it seems unprofessional. There's a personal/collective edge? HMRC did not miscalculate the original tax bill, the miscalculation came in the draconian and aggressive penalties triggered by EBTs. EBTs were legal. Thus, no miscalculation of figures on original tax owed; however, massive miscalculation on the law - miscalculate ANYTHING????????
  12. Today on the Media Review forty-five minutes, DrStu' ended with a critique on the BBC. He stated the part of the UK with the fewest paying the License Fee per head of population, was Scotland. Of course, DrStu' blamed the non payment on those involved in the Scottish independence movement NOT receiving the self confident BBC they deserve. RANK HYPOCRISY from the worst offender in spending a decade referring to Rangers and Rangers supporters as, 'H-u-ns' on his co-hosted show, 'Off the Ball'. What other grouping are both marginalised and demonised in such a way?
  13. BBC Scotland's TV news bulletin included an in-studio piece with Happy Hibby, Douglas Fraser. His designation is given as, Business/Economy Editor. In reality, he is just another PQ long term Rangers hater. Anyways, his two minute analysis of latest developments was an exercise in running interference. My favourite part came after he self-asked, "what effect does this have on the team currently playing at Ibrox"? Today's mantra in the PQ Gang Hut is, 'Rangers can never be wronged'.
  14. This Saturday at Ibrox, Rangers under 21s take on National League club, Wrexham in the quarter-finals of the Tunnock's Caramel Wafer Challenge Cup. Tickets are currently on sale, and I believe a pay at the gate option will be available on the day? Of course, the huge incentive to all attending, is a free Tunnock's Caramel Wafer at the gate. Welsh opposition for Rangers are hens' teeth, I can think of only one match against Swansea for a testimonial in my life time? Others may have keener memories, or better knowledge of the club's history? Rangers Colts have already completed four rounds of the trophy, defeating Berwick Rangers, Stranraer, Ballymena United, and Solihull Moors. It's become a cosmopolitan affair since Rangers senior team defeated Peterhead 4-zip in a sell out Hampden final in 2016. Both sides of the Irish border offer a few clubs, English National League clubs, and Cymru Premiers sides; all join Scots teams from the lower three SPFL leagues. Rangers Colts have already journeyed the British Isles, meeting two English, one Northern Irish, and a fellow Scots eleven. Wrexham are a side with a rich history, founded in 1864, eight years older than the Light Blues. They have played their entire time at the Racecourse Ground. Go back thirty years and Wrexham FC were a second tier English League Club, currently they languish fourth bottom of England's fifth tier. Their form is a long way from achieving the quarter-finals of the European Cup Winners Cup in '75-76, losing narrowly 1-2 to Anderlecht. They have lost their last three league games. The northern Welsh club have turned the corner in club ownership and administration, their owners these last three years are the Wrexham Supporters Trust. The welsh team are mainly English in their compliment of players, you have to go to their youth squad before finding a plethora of Welsh players. Included is Christian Dibble, son of Rangers nine-in-a-row Goalie, Andy 'Officer' Dibble. I noted their last round victory over St Mirren Colts, they included three/four players of their youth compliment. I do not know if that will be the case on Saturday, but you have got to think their place in the National League is the priority, they are two points above automatic relegation into the National League North. Of course, our Colts are a grouping of square jawed, chiseled cheek boned, and wizened browed fleet of foot athletes. Oh, there's also Eros Grezda. The better, or rather better known Colts are Kai Kennedy, Barjonas, Ciaran Dickson, Dapo Mebude, .... etc. Play up the Light and Speedy Blues. Really, I wish the club woulkd revert to the old name for our up and coming, 'the Swifts'. Really, a victory for the Colts would not only mean a semi-final place, but cause deep concern in the PQ Gang Hut. All the usual suspects ie DrStu', Big Dick, Tom English, Michael Stewart, Allan Preston, ..... etc have taken every opportunity to deride the competition since it became cosmopolitan. They hate the idea that a non Scots club might win the trophy. Further, they have been heavily critical of the Colts entry too, Motherwell's under 21s reached the semis last season and they ignored the achievement. The very nature of the tie, Rangers versus the last non Scots club, Wrexham - who do you think the Gang Hut are cheering on to victory? Remember, Rangers are the wrong type of Scots. Do you think the anchor(with a silent 'w'), of Sportsound, Big Dick will comment on Rangers under 21s versus Wrexham(with a silent 'w') on Sportsound? Oh, the tension!
  15. Chris McLaughlin always has his tongue on the tip of a 'cock-up'.
  16. BBC Scotland have recently moved to 'careful hate' approach on matters Rangers. The reason is they detest having to make official apologies to both club and supporters each year. PQ's own website now includes a three sentence paragraph on the proposed £50 million reduction to the tax bill. It is under the headline, 'Rumour' and includes other Scottish football rumours including John Kennedy's proposed movement to Hibs as their next manager. BBC Scotland have reported it and their perception is their sin is clean. They have NOT mentioned it on their broadcast means ie radio and TV news. Meanwhile, the item headlines newspapers and STV lunch time news(including a vox-pop) and various independent radio stations. Further, I noted a few weeks past, Ticketus lowered their claim from £33 million to £11 million. The ramifications in the long term remain unclear to me, but their appears to be a rationalisation. I suspect you would have to be a regular in the Squirrel Bar or the Admiral Bar to know why PQ are overwhelmingly ignoring an increasing change in direction?
  17. I am inconsolable with the feeling of let down, Phil McFournames should have told us all about this fcuk-up by HMRC several weeks past. Phil has contacts everywhere.
  18. These days, Bill's thoughts are full of pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.
  19. Last season, we began a domination over the Yahoos at Under 21s, youths, and younger age groups. It's good to see it continuing and I hope we get to see some scintillating highlights? Further, main stream media are behind the curve on Rangers youngsters, we have won a couple of prestigious trophies and our Colts have progressed to the quaters of the Challenge Cup. The last three years, the Daily Record website showed ra Sellik's youth CL games live. Why are our youths' progress flying under the radar? Five is emphatic.
  20. Professional. We played at our tempo, passed Livi' off the park. It was two, could have doubled that, and Greegs had one save to make. We are beginning to manage games efficiently.
  21. I suspect you continue to wear that green rag on your napper? If the above occurs, I'll wear the green rag too.
