  1. In the same vein. Throughout October, November, and December of last year, the ever objective Andy Walker utilised both his broadcast and print media outlets to say of Dougie McDonald, 'He changed his mind and gave another decision, not the correct decision". Walker who co-commentated on the Dundee United/Sellik game for Sky, was convinced that his beloved Sellik were denied three penalties that Sunday afternoon. Further, Walker has promulgated his view these last several years that if a defender is stupid enough to make an extended leg tackle in the penalty box, then a forward is justified in ensuring the referee has a decision to make, if there is a hint of contact. We all know that Andy is a man of principle, isn't he? Walker was on Radio Snyde on Sunday last. He was unequivical about Jelavic/Rogne - NO PENALTY. He staed this immediatly in lieu of the incident and stuck to this view throughout Snde's coverage. The referee changed his mind and arrived at the correct decision. Rogne's extended leg was not stupid and Jelavic had no right to ensure the referee made a decision. Oh, and Jelavic was correctly cautioned.
  2. There is a direct corrolation between ra Sellik losing an old firm game, and ........... 1. Both broadcast and print media raising the issue of songs sung by Rangers supporters. 2. Both broadcast and print media highlighting the songs being sung by Rangers players. 3. Both broadcast and print media ignoring the issue of domestic violence.
  3. Ra Bhoy in Corduroy's catamite used to be the Guardian's Ewan Murray, however Ewan is increasingly veering off message. Reading Tony Evans' fantasy, it would appear Graham has been utilising his knee pads, again. Graham is the chutney to Tony's cheese.
  4. Once again, last evening, Paul McBride QC was on our screens demanding the police arrest cyber bigots. Again, the capacity/designation of McBride's contribution was hazy and unquatifiable. Like last season's list of complaints/incidences issued by ra Sellik without a signature block attatched. The message gets ot, the on message media types(Stephen McGowan of the Daily Mail for print and Chris McLaughlin at BBC Radio Scotland for broadcast) take it on after being briefed, and ra Sellik cannot be held accountable by the relevant authorities. Now, in last evening's latest rant from ra QC urging greater police action, I am sure he means it because he is a man of principle, isn't he? Thus, four years past when ra Lurgan Bigot abandoned his pregnant girlfriend for another pregnant girlfriend; and subsequently issued in excess of 200 threatening text messages to the former bhint. Ra QC will be demanding that anyone texting threats such as, "you will feel pain", "I will hurt you" and, "die"; should receive similar urgency from the police. To think, those on message types continually tell us that Neil is an absolute gentleman off the pitch!
  5. Reminds me of travelling to Valencia in 1978. I was sitting in a cafe enjoying a doble expresso, on the morning of the game. Doc Cruikshank walks in and I asked him to cheer me up. He told me Billy Urquart was passed fit to play. To this day, I do not know if he was ripping the pysh. Valencia had Mario Kempes, we had Billy Urquart. Still, Billy Hurdy-Gurdy might have had a better first touch than Kyle(Edvard Munch)Lafferty.
  6. Frankie, I do not know, did not hear BBC Radio Scotland last evening. Previously, in his 'quiet vindication' homily, he was introduced as, 'speaking on behalf of the Celtic Board'. At Hampden, he is Lennon's Lawyer. I note he also intervened in the Charlie Mulgrew case ie the PF asked the police to compile a report on the child being left alone in a car amid -8 degrees tempretures. After McBride's intervention, the police stated there was not enough evidence to proceed, despite there being at least two witnesses. Certainly, ra Yahoo support are getting a real hard-on for the QC, I suspect such mental imagery might keep him warm at night/
  7. Since October last, Paul McBride QC has become an increasing presence in the world of Scottish football. More specifically, he has become the Spokesman of choice for the deranged seperated brethern of ra east end. Despite having no formal links with ra Yahoos, he appeared on TV and radio articulating, "quiet vindication" at the departure of both Dougie McDonald and Hugh Dallas from their respective positions at the SFA. When Lennon appeared at Hampden reference his conduct at Tynecastle, Paul McBride was representing him; similarly, at the Appeal of the same case, McBride is making Lennon's case. Of course, the fall out from this process, and the next part of ra Sellik strategy ie isolating George Peat; is also being spearheaded by the QC. Speculating mounts that it is only a matter of time before McBride is invited on to ra Sellik Board. It will be an interesting mix, former Government Ministers, John Reid and Brian Wilson, Sellik's man at the SFA and Stewart Regan headhunter, Eric Reilly, Irish entrepreneur, Dermot Desmond, and the openly gay Queens Council who is a high heid-yin in the Scottish Conservative and Unionist party. I suspect BBC Scotland's Head of the Comedy Unit, Phil Differ could make up such a juxta-position - the QC out there in front of both print and broadcast media, defending ra Sellik's Irish republican traditions, wraps himself in the Union flag. I am sure, like that other QC in Scottish football, Donald Findlay; Phil will ensure a decade's worth of sketches on the man who took silk ............... and anyone offering facial humiliation!
  8. Given the continual sanctimonious pysh we have all had to suffer from Spiers these last two decades, it still amazes me that he took up employment at News International. I mean, this is the company that deliberately took on, and broke the Trade Unions over the Wapping dispute. A trendy liberal like Spiers must be stamping on his Jiminey Cricket every day. Of course, News International owner is Papal Knight, Rupert Murdoch. I suspect Spiers was seduced before flopping on to his knees and consciously going for full throated consumation of the Wapping Wedge.
  9. It's pyoor sectarian an'at kno'. Roy Orbison was a Grand Cyclops in the Texan Ku Klux Klan, the BIG O being whiter than white. Further, the song is a secret homage to the SAS, written by a Yorkshireman. In SAS-speak, to kill is to slot ie killing is slotting. Your average SA Trooper is a 'slot machine'. Another subliminal message is in the middle eight of the song, that's the sound of a Jackpot on a slot machine. As for the lyric, 'bagatelle' ...............................
  10. The Glasgow PF gig is in the gift of the Glasgow Labour Party. Paul McBride QC is a leading light in the local Tory Party. I am sure Lesley eased Paul's disappointment by strapping on the wooden one, and Paul proved to be a Quite Convivable host. Paul was Quietly Content sans lubrication.
  11. I cannot see any disciplinary hearing being held in the close season. Ra Sellik have a tour of Japan ........ eh Korea .......... or is it Mexico ...................; and Paul McBride QC has an eight week residency on his knees in Provencetown, Cape Cod.
  12. I presume Walter will revert to type in our next two games against the Sporting Club of Portugal and ra Yahoos at ra Stydome. Thus, my middle three of the five is Bartley centre, with Ness to the left, and Davis to the right. Naisy wide right and Weiss wide left, making up the bookends. I doubt it will happen.
  13. Well done Jamie, much deserved. Interestingly, today's BBC Radio Scotland's coverage of Dundee United against ra Yahoos, had main commentator, David Begg stating at half time, "the scorer of Celtic's second goal, Mark Wilson; surely many folks SPL Player of the Month for February"? Aberdeen Skipper, Paul Hartley doing his impartial co-commentator agreed with his fellow happy hoopster's suggestion. I should point out that Beggsy also added, "that's for others to decide". I suspect Mark Wilson can clear a space on his mantlepiece? Considering we are NOT even half way through this month and there are 4-5 games to be played, is Beggsy being presumptuous? Or, has his BBC Scotland colleague, Chris McLaughlin told him something?
  14. It is most important to the fragile Sellik psyche, that Noel Lemmon remains firmly in the state of vicTIMhood.
  15. Wullie (wan fit, couldnae kick doors at Halloween) Mathieson.
  16. Let me extrapolate. I have watched Rangers for nearly half a century and can conclude, there is a large element of our support that enjoy eating our young. Through the seasons, Dennis Setterington, Iain MacDonald, Alex O'Hara, ................................ the latest example being Charlie Adam. There are five stages after a young player's introduction to the first team ; 1. The boay his something. 2. The boay's a future Rangers and Scotland captain. 3. The boay needs to work on a few parts of his gemme. 4. The boay is never Rangers class. 5. The boay kin getae fcuk. Kyle Lafferty does not come into the above category, he arrived for a fee in excess of £3.5million(and, I do not blame him for the price). Further, I am not suggesting he lacks talent. I am highlighting he is frustrating in his application. It's all about responsibility, can we trust in him to hold up his end? Continually losing possession to Ross Tokely is not the problem, the histrionics and abdicating responsibility ie not chasing back, are very much the problem. The Damascan road awaits, I hope he scores a hat-trick at Tynecastle(if selected), and I am desperate to review my opinion. I have never harangued a Rangers player, never will; although both Jim Denny and Ally Scott tested my resolve. This forum welcomes debate, it's a conversation among Friends of Rangers and it makes us all stronger.
  17. Over these last three home games, I have paid particular attention to the big man; can he squeeze his size thirteens into Kenny's size eights? Against Killie, he was a constant threat and scored a sublime goal. He should have bagged a hat-trick against the Snackies; last night he had five attempts on goal and hit the target once. A mixed bag indeed! One constant, is Kyle's demonstrative ways. The Big man is BIG on pathos, the gloved hands are cupped around his head emulating Edvard Munch's most famous creation. Kyle's range expands to standing on one leg and hopping around after any number of challenges. Occasionally, he combines the two for, 'the hopping scream'. The big man warrants an Equity Card. Increasingly, I find Lafferty can stimulate genuine anger; last night in the second half he is moved wide left and in as many minutes, he has four attempts to run past the highly mobile, Ross Tokley. He fails on every count, the fourth loss of possesion sees Inverness spring a counter, culminating with a whipped cross into our box. Big Kyle remains hopping on the half way line. Tweat me this, have Kyle and dignity ever been introduced? I am not demanding they be strange bedfellows, I am not asking he sails up the west coast, visiting villages and towns, and I am not requesting he submits to formal decorum. Please, please me, find some self esteem and put in an honest shift.
  18. If Noel Lemmon loses his head through depression, then I suggest another pearl of wisdom from Nursie in Blackadder 2 : "Ointment, that's what you need when you lose your head. That's what I gave your sister Mary when they done her, 'there, there I said, you'll soon grow a new one". Put Noel's napper upon a spike on the Squinty Bridge. We can see it every evening over Jackie Bird's left shoulder as she reads the news.
  19. Noel Lemmon is a depressive tease. It's like Blackadder 3, the French Revolution is in full flow and the Scarlet Pimpernel is rushing around in a tizzy, rescuing French Aristos from Madame Guillotine. The symtoms of death by depression are described by Comte de Frou Frou, 'forgetfulness, elation, melancholy, jump into a corner, and die'. I propose that Gersnetters chip in to provide Noel with a perennial corner. He should NEVER be denied an opportunity. Do I have a witness?
  20. Exactly, it's why I keep putting this stuff out. Remember, the penalty Rangers received at ra Stydome in October, was our first this century. Eleven and a half years, 23 games, no award. Yet, ra Sellik continually complain about decisions at Ibrox, where they are averaging a penalty every 6-7 games.
  21. Since before WW2, ra Sellik have been drawn twice(now on 3 occasions) away to Rangers at Ibrox; thus in 70-odd years, the Establishment has worked for us and in 1953(58 years ago) and 1964(47 years ago). Of course, if you subscribe to ra Sellik being ra Establishment club, then it's a better match. As stated, in the same period we have visited ra Piggery/Stydome on 7 occasions on Scottish Cup duty against ra Yahoos.
  22. I expect my fellow Bears to know the time before '64, was '53.
  23. Ra Sellik have been drawn away to Rangers in the Scottish Cup for the first time since 1964. Noel Lemmon is outraged that the intervening run of Rangers visiting ra Stydome on 6 occasions has come to an end, "that's twice in the last 58 years we've been forced to play Rangers at Ibrox on Scottish Cup duty, everybody knows Biffy Clyro is a Masonic term". See the Establishment.
  24. I am NOT a member of any social network site. McLeod's brother's social network pages made the national newspapers several years ago. Similarly, Diamond,Paton, McGuire, .. et als' comments about hoping the pope-mobile would go out of control and run over a few prods, also were reported in the nationals. Both cases included screengrabs of the various comments.
  25. I was putting out some information on the subject, not making claims. However, further I do remember that Liam had added comments to threads on the social network page that had, 'who's that lying on the stairway' pysh. I should point out, he was NOT echoing such sentiments; but was comfortable to post comments on threads containing such vile. The sheepies at BBC Scotland have NEVER missed an opportunity to exploit and comment on troubles at Rangers. Rheinhart Gordon, Liam McLeod, Jonathon Sutherland, ...... etc are comfortable in their condemnation of Rangers and their perception of sectarianism. A few months ago, Diamond, Paton, McGuire, and a couple of youth players had pages of sectarianism on Twitter/Facebook/Bebo, the BBC Scotland woolybacks said ......................................................... you'll find the answer at the centre of a doughnut.
