  1. Absolutely correct. Pick a fight you can win easily.
  2. I hope Craig has already written his apology to ra Sellik?
  3. Jinty Findlay has been spouting similar pish and spitting the same venom for the last decade. Several years past, she appeared on BBC Radio Scotland and was unrepentent in her full support for PIRA. Yesterday, she stated that the term 'H__s' was acceptable, claimed that Rangers supporters referred to themselves by the term until a few years ago. I say when was that? Where are those RSCs named, 'Hamilton H__s RSC', or, 'Hillington H__s RSC', maybe, 'Haddington H__s RSC', ........ etc? They do not exist, never have existed, never will exist. Maybe Jinty is confused, suffering from a false memory. Correctly, ra Yahoos utilise the terms 'Tim' and 'F-en-ian', there's the Texas Tims CSC and based in New York the appropriately titled, 'Unrepentent Fe-nian Bastards CSC'. The term 'H__' is a sectarian term, Jinty says not. However, her fellow Yahoos employ the term when playing at Tynecastle, Dens Park, Fir Park, Rugby Park, ....etc. It's their cute generic term for Protestants. Jinty shares a sanctimonious trait with her fellow Yahoos, moral superiority. Again, several years past, then Sellik fans' chief, Eddie Toner(devout family man) left ra wife and weans for the charms of Jinty. Did Steady Eddie make such a move because sharing Chez-Jinty in Springboig was an irresitible up market move? Maybe, Eddie was driven by a compulsion to whisper 'Jinty'? Could it be Jinty was up for consensual Provo-sex(chutney sniping whilst wearing a balaclava)? Naw, Eddie was just highly impressed with the size of Jinty's cock.
  4. Given his track record over the last dozen years, inviting Spiers to speak before such a committtee; is the equivilent of asking King Herod to address the National Association of Child Minders.
  5. Three years past, in the wake of ra Sellik's penalty shoot-out win against Spartak Moscow, Peter Lawwell was quoted by the Daily Record's Keith Jackson as saying, "we rejected a £9 million offer for Scott Brown, made by a third party on behalf of a premiership club". Pot and Kettle? You decide. Further, I seem to remember a couple of months ago, Lawwell accepted an invitation extended from the SFA to join fellow Sellik Director, Eric Reilly on the newly created Professional Game Board. What do his other fellow Directors think of such utterances?
  6. I have just seen the text of a Twitter conversation between BBC Scotland's Chris McLaughlin and Phil McStupidname from Donegal reference Jelavic. Conducted within the last hour, ra Sellik's main man in broadcast media, Chris says that Rangers have told him they will only sell for silly money. Fantasy Phil opines, "and you believe them". Peter Lawwell's most trusted on-message journo replies, "you know me Phil, I don't have an opinion. Well, not publicly". McStupidname has been banging a specific drum since last evening, namely Rangers have to sell Jelavic to satisfy the demands of the Sheriff Officers. I suspect Chris McLaughlin has lost his discipline.
  7. Apparently, cash rich Leicester City have offered £6.5 million for Jelavic and Rangers have knocked it back. I am hearing an unspecified Russian club are about to table a bid of £7.5 million. Out of sorts, out of form, and I suspect soon to be out of Ibrox. I urge the club to demand £10 million.
  8. Reference the Rangers submission. Statistics have been gathered and have been utilised by the enemies of our club, they have wielded particular stats like a sword. The point made about the consistency of approach by both police and PF is well made. Anecdotal it may be, I know of two cases in the last three years whereby a couple of Yahoos were recipients of multiple charges ie assault, resisting arrest, breach, and aggravated breach(sectarian abuse). On both occasions, they were found guilty on all charges, but the aggravated breach charge was dropped by the PF. Stats can be manipulated to suit. Similarly, the police constantly attending Rangers matches to film and collate. The more information gathered will result in greater figures in pertinent columns. In this regard, an interesting case is current Dunfermline boss, Jim McIntyre. You may remember the culmination of the nine-in-a-row season, a Sunday old firm game at ra Stydome? Rangers won one-nil, a goal courtesy of Durrant/Laudrup. The Yahoos took it badly as usual and behaviour on the streets of west, central Scotland deteriated alarmingly. In Dumbarton, an attendee at the game and a professional footballer with Kilmarnock vented his frustration by shouting sectarian abuse. The police arrested him and they received similar sectarian abuse. He was up in court and pled guilty to Breach of the Peace(aggravated Breach did not exist in 1995). Jim McIntyre was fined. Now, when Dunfermline come to Ibrox, will the specific police unit continually film McIntyre? He has previous and I assume that's the police rationale for continuous observation of the Rangers support.
  9. Genuinely, feels more like the middle of Ham and Egg's tenure.
  10. I note ra Yahoos have drawn Ross County. What happened the last time these two met in cup competition, didn't sooper-dooper Keanooooh bag a double hat-trick at Hampden? Nevermind, I am sure ra Sellik have already scoured Ross County's list of registered players for anything inelegible. The appeal has been submitted already.
  11. Maybe. I was thinking when Purcell was wisked away to the Scottish Borders for addiction treatment. It was a facility near Kelso, Castle Craig that he was admitted to, then subsequently went missing from. I believe the owners of said facility are the wider McCann family. It would appear there was a determination to contain the problem(Purcell) within ra Sellik family. Now, did Dempsey provide sanctury for Purcell before or after Castle Craig? Further, was it Blessed Brian's pied a terre in the north of Glasgow, or the beach shack in the Cayman Isles? We should be told.
  12. Starter for ten : what is the connection between Steven Purcell and Gerry McCann(father of Madeleine)?
  13. I remain firmly of the opinion that Kyle Lafferty is easily the best at the club for impersonation of Edvard Munch's most famous creation(x7 most matches).
  14. I note Galloway devoted the vast majority of yesterday's Daily Record column to ra Blessed Brian. Apparently, most generous to ra church. You would think Gorgeous George would be far more concerned with the current difficulties being experienced by his other old mucker, Col' Gadaffi? Perhaps, ra Blessed Brian and Gadaffi can form a self help group, climb aboard the camel, and ride to heaven through the eye of that needle?
  15. Remember the so-called Sellik supporters' champion, Brian Dempsey? Sure you do, son of a long standing Labour MP. Made his money in the building game in the 70s, all those Labour Party controlled councils ensuring the Rate Support Grants found their way to fellow green'n'grey travellers. A bona fide Godfather of the west of Scotland Murphia. His elevation to ra Sellik Board in the late 80s was hail hailed as akin to winning the League. Both Brian and Wullie Hee-Haw(Haughey) took their places around the Parkhead formica drop leaf just long enough to realise they were rebels. Dempsey took up with Elmer Fudd and rode the wave of revolution that blew away the Kellys, Whites, and Grants. The deal was ra Bunnet chip in £9million and Dempsey/Hee-Haw £1million each. Dempsey failed to cough up, it would appear ra Rebel had choked. Now, Brian was/is devout. He never got tired of telling anyone that would listen about the vital importance of his moral compass. Thus, it was no surprise when he enlisted the aid of Record Chief Reporter, Anna Smith to spin the, 'ah've left the trouble and strife furra burd hauf her age' story. Yep, devout Brian had fcuked off to the Caymen Isles with bhint and new born daughter. What both his sons attending St Aloysius College thought of their most moral old man, well? Anyways, the good news, he declared bankrupcy today; debts of almost £11million. I am positive Phil McStupidname in Donegal will be demanding HMRC get weighed in and will be utilising his numerous contacts in the service to ensure bang up to the minute news. Personally, I hope Dempsey is reduced to selling his hairy rebel arse to maintain his hospitality package at ra Stydome.
  16. McCoist did the right thing subbing Naismith, ensuring Rangers had every opportunity of finishing the match with a full compliment of players. McCoist got it wrong, badly wrong putting on Lafferty. The player who is in a perma-state of homage to Edvard Munch was lacking both match fitness and sharpness. Incredibly, he was pitched in as central support to Jelavic just in front of a midfield four. He should have been slotted wide left in the functioning midfield five. Our midfield got sucked forward, providing little or no protection for our defence and they played in behind. While I am on this rant, why did we allow the game to begin to lengthen immediately after half time? Surely, that is reserved for the last ten minutes? Our goal is a direct result of width, we spend the rest of the evening ensuring we do not replicate the phenomenon. Oh, and Jelavic has missed a lot of chances, I am consoled that he continues to get into the positions to miss them.
  17. My old man always left games five minutes before time, we walked to the far end of Kinning Park before getting in the car for our return to deepest, darkest Lanarkshire. The 2nd of January'71 was no different. We walked down the blackened railway sleeper lined Stairway 13 three-four minutes before the Disaster ensued. We heard the windows rattle in Ibroxholm Oval as the roar of the crowd lifted at both goals. We had no idea who scored, or for that matter, the score. Later that evening as reports filtered through, we became aware of the very real tragedy that had visited the Stairwat minutes after our desent. Pictures of tangled metal, pictures of emergency service folks, pictures of white faces officials, pictures of ....... still persist to this day. As a 13 year old, the picture I have etched into my mind's eye, is the hundreds of shoes left lying on the Stairway. Shoes that had lost feet, shoes that had lost owners, shoes that had lost lives. Those shoes remained anchored as folks were swept away on a human tide. Those unfeeling sick bastards should all be sent a shoe to concentrate their vile minds.
  18. If it's a phony war, does that mean we get to invade Poland on the 3rd of September? From now until September 2nd at Murray Park, it should be all Vorsprung Durk Technik.
  19. I arrended today's game, sat beside a long term mate who was in constant Blackberry contact with his brother and another mutual friend. Walker's statement about Rangers officials putting so much pressure on to the referee at half time to ensure sympathetic decisions was relayed almost instantaneously. The consensus around us, Walker was being subjective. Interestingly, Walker has submitted an essay to Joe Bradley's second tome of the trilogy of, 'Celtic Minded'. Self confessed Sellik Minded passes for objective on Radio Snyde and Sky.
  20. It is my belief that Civil Servants continue to sign the Official Secrets Act before their employment can begin.
  21. I believe Martin is currently indulged in his favourite past time of Munro Bagging, attempting to reinvent himself as windswept and interesting. It's a life of Bothy Ballads and sniffing the mountain air for lingering traces of Tom Weir's farts. Alternatively, Martin could return to his salad days profession of modelling pyjamas for catalogues. What is Irene Munro doing these days?
  22. Apparently, Leggo has sustained a serious shoulder injury and is currently unable to type. I believe a loss of balance ensued after a refreshment or two had been taken.
  23. A Jim Torbet from Sighthill wants to know if your green'n'grey boxers are edible?
  24. This time last year, I was seated in the Mzouda Cafe, Elderslie Street, Glasgow. In walked Bougherra with a mate and sat at a table opposite. He ordered Moroccan Hummus. I cannot blame the chap, the Moroccan stuff contains both onion and cumin, truly wonderful accompanied with a glass(or two) of Cellier Meknes riad Jamil Ben M'Tir. Now, I believe Algerian Hummus contains crushed sesame seeds, basically ersatz Italian Hummus with it's crushed pine nuts. Oh, and Algerian wine is true gutrot, high alcohol and flavours of over ripe fruit. Truly, on this basis, I believe Madjid to be a Moroccan.
  25. I have follow followed the Bears in Europe for over 40 years. I realised a long time ago that we may take a comparitively large travelling support wherever we go; however, that is rarely reciprocated by the local opposition support. In short, Rangers are NOT a BIG draw. There's an interesting aspect to this for the big 3 Italian clubs. AC, Inter, and Juve often play in half empty stadiums in the home legs of CL matches. When any of these three roll into Buckfcuk, Bulgaria, Finland, Lithuania, ... etc; those grounds are groaning at the seams. They are a big draw, as well as Barca, Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Bayern.
