  1. I would love a retro style top. That mock up looks well smart Frankie. As for the younger fans thing, I really don't think it matters what a gers top looks like it's "mum I want one" regardless.
  2. Thanks for all your help guys. I'll call up the pubs mentioned closer to the time. Chances are i'll get to see the game as the kick off times are so far apart. Phew.
  3. So a while ago I agreed with the bird to take a trip to see her dad who lives in London on the weekend of the 23rd/24th May. Fuckin idiot I should have checked the fixture calendar..... He's a West Ham fan and we're going to watch them at home to Middlesboro. I know. Fucking fascinating eh? We kick off against Utd at 13.00, while the Hammers game doesn't start til 16.00. The bird thinks it takes around 40 mins to get to Upton Park from her old man's house so really what I'm asking is if anyone on here knows a Rangers pub in the vicinity of West Ham? My heart tells me we're going to the final day again. Fuck me I can't believe I've let this happen! HELP!
  4. Don't disagree with most of the list but I would like to see Smith given a wee bit more of a chance than 5 games. Also should be moved to LB. As for the rest of the list aye, fine, but how poor is our record of moving on the players we actually want rid of? We're terrible at it!
  5. Hibs are always a canter. Powderpuff AIDS riddled losers. Only worried about the UTD game TBH.
  6. Boogie is off. Lafferty looks a diamond to me. Boyd is off against his wishes. Pablo Escobar will stay. BF will stay. Edu is certainly not fantastic Cammy, he took a wee knock on his knee and the scum had near on 70% posession 2nd half as a result. Only signings we will make will be Ulstermen so I've heard and we already have the best two.
  7. Aye if he ever gets a game at LB. I'm ecstatic at being top, but Walter's obsession with playing guys out of position is beginning to border on the ridiculous. Ach I'm pished, but still, come on it's a fuckin joke. Daily in a Rangers shirt as well. Jeebus. Anyway fuck the beggars. Right up them. Having said that I'm shitting myself about the run in......
  8. I really want Barry back in the team for today as I have stated on numerous threads already. Bottle is just one reason. He's played in this fixture more times than the rest of the team put together and he can retain posession, unlike Edu who will IMO absolutely shite himsel if he starts today. And If Big Lee starts, god help my remote control......
  9. Wish Clement had stayed he was shit hot. Clement or Edu? Come on, Eh? Eh?:box:
  10. Gers 2 Boyd, Ferguson (heh heh not jokin) Hostel All Stars 1 McDonald.
  11. Fantastic news. Loovens can play a bit but he's no dominator, in fact I'd say he's a bit of a shitebag. I'm putting twenty sheets on Boyd to score. And with no Robson or Broon? They're fucked. It's Ibrox remember.
  12. ffs. Don't know why I looked. Morbid fascination i suppose.
  13. Heh heh, I did say Ibrox, not gersnet:)
  14. The soldiers parading on the pitch at half time was the best part of the game. I felt proud to be a bear and sick to the pit of my stomach at the thought of what the scum's reaction to such a display of gratitude would be. Well done Rangers.
  15. Now is not the time to hope for the "making of" players. Edu is too lightweight and inexperienced for the OF, end of story. He can't cope with 2 men on him where as barry can hold the ball and make a pass whether it be "creative" or not. You can't create if you don't have the bloody ball. Hope Barry plays, as does the majority of Ibrox from what I can guage.
  16. He's basically their one man team where as we could cope a couple of games without the big man. BTW, are we thinking WS will start Boyd against the scum? I think he will this time.
  17. I thought Lafferty looked dangerous when he came on at the weekend there. Would like to see him partnered with boyd as he seems to have the ability to carry the ball whilst also posibg a goal threat. Unlike Blind Alley Kenny. Yes I know he played Boyd in for the second but you know what I mean.
  18. Spot on. Which is why Walter played him LM.
  19. lol ian. Bears 2 Hertz 0 Mendes, Boyd.
  20. In Coopers in the west end with a bunch of good mates. Screaming with joy, tears in my eyes. I remember going up those spiral walkways at Eastlands (paid £400 for my final ticket btw) on the phone to my dad and he confirmed that Novo wasn't playing. Fucking Criminal Walter. After that game was the second time I've cried over a football match, the Fiorentina one being the first.
  21. what is that song in the second vid?
  22. Mikel Arteta ffs! Can't believe no one has mentioned him in this thread. I remember scouting him myself, along with the gers scouts, on the telly against PSG. He was simply teriffic in that game, easily outshining Ronaldinho and the other outstanding youngsters PSG had at the time. (and our own prodigy who was brilliant at that time) He signed for us that summer and went on to score in his first game against the scum en route to a glorious treble against st.martin's glorious losers. And look at him now. He was lighting up every Premiership game he played in this season before the Ibrox knee curse finally claimed him. Also I was excited about Boumsong. Everyone likes a big black centre back, no? Edit: I didn't include Gazza, Laudrup, Boli (that was massive at the time), Thern etc cos the thread is about the LAST player I was genuinely excited about signing, not the players that I have been excited about signing in general.
  23. Aye BD, my point is that all those on here carping on about how well we're doing without BF would in all probability (if they would swallow their internet pride) agree with us. When it comes to a tough, vital game, you'd take Barry over Edu anyday. I for one am gutted if BF is indeed out for the season as I just can't see us making it over the line with Edu wafting about the midfield for the remainder of the season. Even if he does have a good song.
