Yes you're right - just thought maybe for this play-off because I think in the World Cup loser play offs I'm sure i read they were going to count for the two losing teams (but I could just as easily be misinformed).

No I'm not; I was quite happy to let GVB and co. select the team based on what they saw in training. I don't recall expressing any dubiety when the team was actually picked.
