I'm always the optimist but I fail to see why Keltic are so good man for man. Where they did have the upper hand is in their last minute recoveries; it's not where we start, it's where we finish. Against Hibs we showed that we might be rivalling their durability.

You're quite right; I hadn't factored in the physics. It can hurt if you're hit by a tennis ball.

Yes it's remarkable how many British names crop up in Argentina.

Confirmed: Michael Beale named Rangers manager

In what way is it rubbish? -
Could understand it more if the balls were as heavy as the old bladders in our day; they had thick laces as well and were heavy enough just kicking never mind heading.

[2022] Who should be the next Rangers manager?

If so then I would want Kevin Thomson as his assistant. From his podcast with English recently I took it to be his job application; he certainly is Rangers-minded. -

Kevin Thomson in his podcast with Tom English made a good point: he said there's a world of difference between fighting relegation battles and managing Rangers' expectations: so that rules out Dyche. Knutsen would handle Keltic all right but I wouldn't be unhappy with Beale and Thomson as his assistant. -
Match Preview [FT] Rangers 1 (Tavernier 87' pen) - 3 Ajax

Well I'm just shitting it. -
Hate to raise this but if we get rid of GVB who on earth would be available to take the job? Surely not McInnes? Sean Dyche maybe. Think the Michael Beale ship has sailed too.

It's now clear that Michael Beale was the power behind the throne. Could be our manager one day. -

Isn't that a bit like saying the Geordies are Scotsmen without their brains?🤣 -

No matter what happens on Wednesday I don't think I'll get over this defeat. even if we qualify from our CL group, if we haven't won the league next May I will feel something is missing. Unless Keltic were to turn out to be some exceptional team which I don't think they are (they were horsed by Bodo Glimt amongst others). -

Barasic? He was our one shining light; we didn't take advantage of his deliveries. -

We are being done by a team that was torn apart by...Bodo-Glimt. And probably will be done by all their Euro group rivals. -

While a Panty Clapper might be the worst of the lot..... -
That we need cover in that position to provide an alternative for him while we are patiently waiting for him to iron out his flaws. Davies might be the answer but there are rumours about his injury being serious. I would like us to sign Sands but he does seem to be a bit inconsistent - not surprising given his age.

Oh God aye - remember his hat-trick in 4 minutes v Arbroath?
