  1. Dude...50 Shades...all I know is, until she read it I wasn't, and now I am. Whatever's in that book, it's fine by me.
  2. It's a bit much, from our pov, to discover these wanks were plotting away a month ago. As much as I dislike admitting it, given timmy's eternal lurking presence on anything Rangers connected, I've (and, I suspect, we) have been living thru torture on a daily basis during that time. Thanks a fucking bunch, SFA.
  3. Hmpff. I don't see why I don't get asked, I'm a better writer than he is. Only joking. But not really.
  4. Never mind celtc...what about that great bastion of virtue, that moral crusader, the Iron Moustcache, Rod Petrie? 'Integrity is beyond price' I'll be really interested to see how he equates his great campaign with briefing Charles, and implementing the biased, 3-2 in fovour of bankrupt SPL teams new system. What a shitty prick. But I don't deny the pleasure of baiting Hibees with this will be immense.
  5. Still, I didn't expect to get my revenge quite this soon. Ahahahahahhahahahahahah.
  6. Call me a puff if you like, a bottle of rose and a coupla cans o'cider. I have to get up at half 5 to run the missus into work, alas.
  7. Ahahaha, we are [issed and now we are [pals again And now, IN english: Glad we sorted that out!
  8. What is being smart about apologising? Would you rather I told you to get stuffed? I've apologised twice in this thread for my OP and I'm still getting stiffed. I am pissed, I admit that, but I can't see where I'm being a smart arse. Again, for the 3rd time: I am sorry for asking the question.
  9. Didn't sound like the Great Man to me. Sometimes I love the internet, sometimes I fucking hate it. The Bundy. What a prick you'd need to be to use that as your username.
  10. I'm super relieved to hear it's from one of their blogs. 'the bundy'? Since when did we start glamourising serial killers? Fuxake.
  11. 4 pages, jeez... I'm sorry! I just thought about it while being bored this afo, I don't really care. I think it was Jason Donovan who sang 'They Can't Take That Away From Me' and that's how I feel...let them have their whiney moment, we won those titles and nothing can change that.
  12. Wish I could be as confident as you GA. We ain't short on arseholes. Pete - the hongerwinter might be more appropriate for the hard times ahead. Actually, war references aren't appropriate at all. Sorry.
  13. Know that the grave doth gape for thee thrice wide as for other men
  14. Kind of a daft question, but I was thinking that there's two aspects to this EBT situation that makes it a little less hurtful that I thought it may be even a month ago. First, is the realisation that whatever retrospective action is taken, I trooped along (bored a lot of the time, I must say) during that period and enjoyed the sensation of victory. That can't be taken away by later decisions; maybe I suffer from a lack of imagination or I'm exceptionally thick skinned but someone saying, a decade later, 'that disny count' doesn't sully my memories of that period at all. Second, given that we've seen what the SPL is and has always been all about over the last few months, is it such a big thing to give away their titles? That jaggy cup has never actually stirred much longing in me, unlike the European Cup, 'their' one win of which I freely admit to being most envious of. In another thread a few weeks back I posted that, should we ever win another SPL trophy, we ought to carry it round the trackside so we fans could poo in it...the sense that it is more of a stain on our history than an honour is something that has been increasing for me. Yes, we were part of it and yes, we may have driven it but no, I don't feel proud of it and no, I wouldn't care if these achievements were expunged from the minds of others fans. In short, it wouldn't affect my memories and in moral terms they were of low worth anyhow. Such are the thoughts of a portly lad on a Saturday afternoon.
  15. Motherwell's reasons could be many; the media hysteria of the moment, a genuine belief in 'integrity', incompetence, plain old bad decision making, undue influence from 'fans of other clubs' (I wonder who the Ayr Utd chair could have been referring to, there)...I doubt if any of it comes down to some single issue as much as all the above and probably more. We have to remember that the honours board of Good Decisions Made By Football Clubs is pretty bare.
  16. Ach relax. When Tony Blair rebranded his New Labour thing, it was flavour of the month for a coupla years but now, you'll notice, we are back to plain old Labour. These things come and go but eventually even fuds get bored. If the worst thing that happens to us as we hopefully rise again is that some people get to call us annoying names, I'll take it.
  17. You'll have to forgive my dirty, immature mind....where did he want you to stick the programme?
  18. Totally agree. Perhaps the books need re-written as time goes by, but the approach we've had has been crazy. Tho I must say, we have to take our fair share of blame for that - we wanted more money and power, so we were happy enough to create the SPL. The concentration of power in a few, not very moral, hands has hardly been a success.
  19. Apologies then, I thought you were suggesting our insufferable arrogance had blinded us to the realities of life in D3.
  20. I really cannot see some invitation to rejoin the SPL coming. Even in this saga of idiots doing idiotic things, that would be a step too far.
  21. TO be honest, he can buy what he like and play where he likes. I'll be supporting the team Ally McCoist is boss of and which plays in Glasgow.
  22. Oh well, there goes my integritah. I am looking forwrad t o a trip to Annan, never even been near it before. Is is anywhere near that booktown they have in the borders? Wigton I think?
  23. Don't get too far up yourself - as a supporter of us going to D3 I am well aware of the potential pitfalls that may await. My view is not based on arrogance or ignorance.
