I was heartened to hear how well thought of our academy is, we've often lamented our failures in this department for a long time so to hear of such high praise in such a short span of time gives me hope. I was also pleased to hear that the board have installed a programme in which ones testicular fortitude is examined.

He's had some good moments and some bad, but in my opinion over all I think the #1 Jersey is too heavy for him. The amount of times he gets beaten at his near post from long range is a fatal problem for a keeper.
