  1. He and Morelos, when Roofe plays off Moreos, are an absolute nightmare to defend against. So much fluidity.
  2. When fit and fully functioning he will be our best striker
  3. I want us to keep piling on the pressure and goals
  4. not quite as good as first though - deflection
  5. We all share similar views on Ally the manager I would suspect.
  6. I would imagine that it depends on the timing of when they received the notice that he was positive.
  7. Massive, but there were certainly extenuating circumstances too.
  8. was 21 behind in total I think - so 11 on top of the deduction.
  9. Aye, but we had McCoist in charge then, not Gerrard
  10. I know it sounds like an excuse, but I actually legitimately am happier with the draw because a proper manager in there could turn their performances and results around. I think Lennon has lost the dressing room but it will now be tough for them to get rid given they "came back" from 2 down. I think they will persevere and genuinely I think that is to our benefit. That's my excuse anyway
  11. Strange that you (by that I mean the collective "we") actually prefer a draw to a loss - but I completely agree - the longer Lennon stays the better it is for us IMHO.
  12. I am contending that it was a good thing that they came back from 2 down for a draw - now Celtic will persevere with Lennon instead of getting rid. The longer he is there the more points they will drop and the better it will be for us
  13. 3 points now ever more critical to apply even more pressure on Celtic, who are currently 2-0 down at Easter Road (please don't jinx it Craig....) - Jamie Murphy with a goal and an assist.
  14. when would you need to know Frankie ? I haven’t done a proper analysis of the financials and this would be something that deserves proper attention as it could placate or scaremonger fans, depending on what is said
  15. Something which the armageddonists completely fail to appreciate. I don’t like to compare us to them - but without the sale of Tierney, Celtic would have made a £24 million loss this year. Their model has always been based on selling a prized asset annually - but their biggest assets now are either loanees or have significant (30-40%) sell on fees (and not of profit, but the total fee. In comparison, we have rejected a £10 million bid for Kent - and that was before he started the season with goad and assists, we have rejected an offer of £16 million for Morelos, we have Jack, Kamara, Barišić, Aribo, Hagi etc - all of whom would command a fairly sizeable fee. Despite the loss, despite their balance sheet being stronger, I would contend that we are in the ascendency whilst they are on the decline.
  16. The club in their accompanying statement said that Covid will hit revenues by up to £10 million. However, the directors, Park and Bennett (I think it was Bennett) have guaranteed funding the club for the next two seasons, between informal and formal debt facilities. Given they are Rangers men we should be fine. We also could sell a player or two if needed.
  17. I’d imagine, at this point in time, seeing where we are in the league, and how much importance seems to be given to stopping 10IAR, that we would look to keep Morelos until the end of the season. Or possibly even a sale and immediate loan back. if we sold him in January it definitely weakens us - but when Roofe is fully fit and functioning I think Morelos would struggle to displace Roofe - unless SG plays both at same time - which is what I would be doing just now.
  18. I’d be astonished if that wasn’t the case. And had we sold Morelos we would have broken even this year, or very close to it.
  19. Payable. Receivable on termination of player registrations is just £1 million
  20. No, as the accounts only go through June 30th, 2020. There is a note in the financials that states we still have a payable of circa £15 million for player registrations.
