  1. That is unconscionable.
  2. Turn away now Rousseau...… effectively.... if we are undefeated in the remaining 2 OF games this season.... we only realistically need 2 more wins. Celtic can amass 91 points. If we draw twice in the remaining OF games they can only get to 87 points. If we draw those two games we would be on 81 points. So 6 points (given our superior goal difference) should be sufficient to win the league.....
  3. Won'tbe in the accounts mate.
  4. Have one of these - great quality !
  5. According to Heart & Hand there is no truth to the story and Ross Wilson has never had any dealings with his agent
  6. What can the club do ? They’ve already said they are appealing the ban offer. Is there a subsequent appeal they can make if the appeal is lost ? I don’t think there is, which means the club can’t do much about it.
  7. You know me mate
  8. That loss was technically last season. And we lost to St Mirren this season in the LC
  9. Scored an og He was outstanding. Only pass marks, subs aside.
  10. Only if the win is against Celtic. Right now they can get to 91 points (if they beat us twice too). We therefore, technically, need 16 points - 92 presently is the magic number. Realistically it is 91, assuming Celtic win out. I doubt we need 91 but the quicker we get there the better. Still the possibility of winning it at Parkhead too...
  11. Personally I think the league needs to BAN these plastic pitches. Amateur hour when the league allow 25% of pitches in the top flight to be artificial surface. They're brutal.
  12. Should we have won ? Yes Did we win ? No Did we deserve to win ? No Did we deserve a point ? No It is that latter one that is encouraging - we didnt even deserve a point but so very nearly took all 3. A season ago and we would have crumbled when we knew we were playing so poorly.
  13. I think there is a player in there - but today wasn't down to him, I don't think. The other two up front, Kent and Hagi, plus the 3 behind, never got close enough to him to create anything. I think it is too early to say he won't be that player in a game like this where the full team, keeper and subs aside, weren't at it.
  14. My opinion s of equal validity to yours, not less and certainly not more. And that is all it is, my opinion. It isn't personal and if others were making the same commentary about Kent I would be saying the same thing. Kent has been fine this season, but will be held to higher standards than others, probably because of how much he cost, which is natural I guess. But Kent also offers a lot more to the team, in my opinion, than what people are expecting of him. People are looking for goals and assists from him, which is fair enough. However, what they seem to ignore is that Kent creates, just by his presence, trickery, directness and pace, a ton of space for Barisic to get into, by way of overlap or even just space to control and send a cross in. Take today for example..... Kent is getting pilloried for being poor. The whole team, save McGregor, Itten and the subs were poor. But guess what.... everyone will say our goal came from a fantastic Davis pass (yes, it was), a fantastic Barisic cross (yes, it was).... but what nobody (or very few) seem to be noticing is the part that Kent played in that build up. He sucked Accies players out to him, allowing Barisic acres of space to pick out his cross after the fine pass from Davis. As you say often, it isnt "black and white" - and it certainly isnt with Kent either. What opportunities did Kent waste today ? We never tested their keeper at all, and that isnt down to Kent. Hagi was ineffective too, as was Aribo, Zungu, Kamara. I am not saying never drop Kent. But who else do we have in the team that would have dropped out for him today ? Remembering Hagi was already in the team - the only real option would have been Roofe (and SG said why he wanted to keep him in reserve) or Wright (too early to bring him in for a start).
  15. The thing is, both have been in very decent form of late. Today they were poor, it happens. You can't bemoan the manager for sticking with them when they've been playing well, as they have. And you certainly wouldn't take them both off before half-time even though it wasnt working out.
  16. I think his performance today will signal we dont make the loan permanent. Decent enough player but doesnt offer enough on either side of the ball. Shame as I had high hopes for him.
  17. Childish, but as you will
  18. Man City clearly dont practice penalty taking...
  19. Not gonna lie Ian - that brings more than just a single tear to the eye. So proud of ALL of us.
  20. I got through your first paragraph and almost gave up. Complete drivel. I couldnt care less what nationality you are. I throw Kyle Hutton your way because you absolutely lambasted him when he was at Rangers, and then act all pious and bemoan others who have a go at other players for poor performances. Nobody on here was as harsh on Hutton as you. And you are one of the major defenders against slating players - if you can't see the hypocrisy in that then I can't help you. Jones, Barker an co get it "in the neck every week" ? Last I checked neither of them had played many game minutes all season, so that can't be true, can it ? Are you now just making things up ? Oh, I read what is written alright, whilst you on the other hand see what you want to see. Yes, I find it completely acceptable for Kyle Hutton to give his all when playing against us (and he didnt play like an animal at all, again you are just making things up). That is his job as a professional footballer. He didnt behave like a nerd towards Rangers fans either - again, you are just making things up. I recall being outside Ibrox with my young kid waiting for players to sign autographs and whilst the likes of Weiss literally ran away from fans (sneakily, after seeing fans waiting at one door he snuck out another one), Hutton stood and gave autographs for ages and even spent the time talking to the same fans you say he was acting like a dick towards..... not the actions of someone who doesnt appreciate the support, is it now ? (Bougherra was the other one who would have spent all night signing autographs and chatting). Kent has been fine this season. Some of us see that his role isnt purely about scoring (which isnt even his role at all truth be told) or creating assists. His role is to cause panic in the opposition, which he does. His pace is such that it also prevents opposing fullbacks from getting forward as they know they wont get back to cover - this, in itself, means Barisic can get forward himself without worrying too much about getting caught out. You talk about "black and white" and yet, here you are, believing that Kent's role is purely that. It isnt.
  21. Friends and family rate ? lol
  22. Divorce will do that mate I would be fine buying a place in Prestwick but would need to sell my house in West Lothian to pay for it, which I dont want to do.
  23. My best mate stays in Prestwick. I have considered it for when I move back home - I like the vibe in the town. Bloody expensive to buy property there though
