  1. The fact this isn't actually a story aside if an elected MP on a charity bike ride requests to stop at Ibrox to help raise publicity for it are Rangers expected to say 'no', we don't like the party you're in? I'm fully aware of who and what Maskey is, stands for and excuses, and I doubt there's many votes in a visit to Ibrox for him. Parts of the Shankhill and the Village are in his constituency, so while he literally doesn't represent most of those people he is their MP too. To criticise the club and the board for for allowing them to visit is unfair. Raising £25k for MND research isn't to be ignored either.

  2. Good cause, board knew nothing about it going by that last image. Move on.

  5. ‘Everyone Anyone’ includes the kind of people who would put a gun to your head and pull the trigger with glee. And plant a bomb near your kids. Many cucks know this but prefer to seem progressive and think things like this are stunning and brave, and not a sign of extreme weakness.

  6. It must be hard for these boys but it might be useful in their future careers to hire a tutor in Edinburgh, or Inverness or anywhere else a more readily understandable English is spoken. Actually that’s harsh. The two best spoken chaps I knew, a brother-in-law and a business partner, were both Glaswegians. There must still be some like them somewhere in the city.

  7. 2nd legs tonight. Aston Villa v PSG - An early goal would give Villa a chance and the place will be rocking. I hope they do it. Dortmund v Barca is over, Barca were my tip at the start of the tournament and Im sticking with them.

  9. A bigger balls up will be another player running down his contract and walking away who does the Rangers contracts I think we are complete amateurs when it comes to contracts.

  10. I think that's the point. Can you imagine the negative publicity that would have been generated by the Media had RFC refused? "Anyone, everyone." As it is, it's gone under the radar as Scott 7 suggests.

  12. Talking of languages it must have been murder for the Italian players to understand Gaza when his own English team mates couldn’t make out what he was saying half the time 😆

  13. Nothing, and I mean nothing, should surprise us when it comes to the incompetence of the current incumbents. Just another example of how far removed they are from the fan base.

  14. Agreed. And I loved his comments concerning twenty five first team players and no A & B team. Any manager wants to sub players on with at least the same level of quality, and that's not the case at Ibrox right now.

  15. We have hardly seen anything of Fernandes just yet, yet, I doubt we will buying him from Lille, his contract there runs till 2028. We need to find someone who is willing to buy Pröpper, since we paid 3m for him last summer. I don't think he is that bad a defender, but we either revolve our centre-halfs like there is no tomorrow, or hardly ever. How shall Pröpper, Fernandes, Nsiala, Sterling et al create a settled defensive partnership with Souttar or Balogun, if they are constantly shifted in and out. Probably also a problem of not having a B team to create a partnership 1, 2, and 3, who can come in as a "block". Similar to changing "blocks" in ice-hockey, i.e. defensive lines and attack lines. People know one another and can cope with situations. More often than not, we throw on make-shift combinations and end up with headless moments time and again, if these chaps come under pressure. Having watched how people play, you wonder whether we can adopt this three at the back, but with someone like Sterling (if fit, but he played well there before) or Nsiala in front of them. That area is seriously lacking bodily strength and, Diomande apart, the vision to spot danger quickly enough AND react appropriately (like Lundstram, Davis, and Jack did in the past). Nsiala has the strength and pace to do this. IMHO, our current best CH partnership is Balogun and Souttar. Neither are world beaters, but they click and compliment one another better than the rest. Put someone decent (see above) in front of them as extra cover, and we could breathe a little easier in most games.

  16. Missed the game, was at 38,000ft heading towards sunny climate. Got off the plane to see a tweet with Hagi’s last minute equaliser sail into the top corner. Delightful. Sheeps season ruined. 😂😂😂

  17. All things considered I suppose a draw was the best we could have hoped for today after another first half red card. It was horrendous to watch at times as we struggled to keep possession and constantly gave the ball away.McCausland was totally unsuitable at RWB & deserved his red card. Whoever the manager is next season has his work cut out. We need two CB’s for starters and better quality in the wide areas up front, especially if we can’t keep Cerny.
