Last night saw Dessers play his 100th game for Rangers and score his 45th goal and he's not been here for 2 full seasons. Shows a few things; 1. He is always available. 2. He scores goals both domestically and in Europe. 3. He never, ever hides despite the despicable treatment he received fron our own fans. 4. We'd be far worse without him. 5. He's the best striker we have at the club. 6. Far more pressing issues with the team / squad than "replacing" him.

He's had his head turned by the Famous.

I know it's not a fashionable opinion or the answer to our overall issues but IMO if you had that lad Murray up top and played him in a high number of SPL games, he would score a lot of goals for us. He always a pain in the ass when he plays against us. To go further, IMO he would score more than Danilo based on the same amount of games played. And he wouldn't cost 6 million.

Though thought Danilo played well when he came on.

Unfashionable, and untrue. Murray has scored 0.47 goals per 90. Danilo has scored 0.65 goals per 90. Murray is effective when he has space to run into, which he wouldn't get with us.

No striker scores every chance. If he was more prolific, he wouldn't be at Rangers and would have cost considerable more than 5 million.

Dundee must be thinking how did we lose that game we got lucky our football was dire our defenders seemed to be on holiday took big Cyriel long enough to realize he’s the striker but a lucky three points will be accepted.

As previously mentioned whoever it is Barry, Gerrard, Marco, Rafa….. They need to cut out the bad habits and not be afraid of sticking to the same formations throughout the whole game, I give Barry credit for adopting this on a few occasions and not being afraid to make subs at halftime or tell players when they are not performing or what's expectations they must uphold when they pull on the jersey. I'm actually looking forward to see who we are getting and Marco has just been added to the list of potentials. I know we've had our ups and downs, but think about this: Marco Rose. He's got that fire, that intensity we need. Rose brings that kind of energy we so desire. He's not afraid to play attacking football, get in their faces, win the ball high up the pitch. We need that bite back. He's proven he can handle big clubs, big expectations, and European nights . He's adaptable, too, which is vital in the Scottish league – you've gotta be able to switch it up. We need someone who can inject that passion back into the team, get the fans roaring again. Someone who can build a team that's not just winning, but winning with style. Rose could be that guy. He's got the experience, the tactics, and the drive. For me, he's potentially what we need to take us to the next level.

If that incident yesterday was a one off, you’d write it off due to the bounce and give him the benefit of the doubt. Problem is, he is making an error like this every few games now. It’s miles off the standard required. Especially at the moment when our winning margins are so slim. The OG at Old Trafford was just laughable. His kicking is woeful and invites pressure onto us. We need better, especially at around 30k per week. He is 31 so unlikely to improve.
