  1. Best referee I've seen in a long time and also linesmen who flag off-side right away ---amazing.

  2. Challenging domestically shouldn't be the chore it has become. Winning the vast majority of league games outwith the OF shouldn't be outwith our capabilities if we are coached correctly. Then the OF games take care of themselves (if we are approaching them with momentum and confidence). Currently we are struggling to beat the rest and approaching OF games with trepidation and this is showing in our performances. There have been small signs that Clement could be the person to lead us, but these have been far too fleeting and often in Europe rather than domestically. We are miles off challenging domestically and that is unacceptable.

  3. Until he changes his formation for league matches we will continue to struggle.

  4. Same under Gerrard and Gio. For a number of years. We need to find a happy medium between being competitive in Europe but not at the cost of domestic success. For years when we were strong domestically I craved European success (in terms of exceeding expectations). But now we have it, its soured greatly by our pathetic domestic record since Gerrard walked in the door.

  5. Happy enough to settle for a draw although on chances we should have have won but that's where we are right now.

  6. Definitely agree with this. He didn't fall for any of the diving about from the Greeks and gave Barjami and Cerny a couple of 'soft' ones

  7. I have to disagree. I thought the ref was decent and let play flow.

  8. Hopefully the two Edinburgh teams will remain down near the bottom after the weekend. I'd love to see both go down

  9. Proper did well last night and that will be good for his confidence . Having said that Balogun should start with Souttar. We are much better without Tav and Lawrence.

  10. Watched the JamTarts last night and was impressed with their first half performance. even still they put so much energy into the high press in the first half that they suffered for it in the second and faded badly. It will be a difficult match on Sunday.

  11. So appears Taylor is now strictly operating as CFO whilst Horsman takes on the other secretarial stuff.

  12. Could be anyone between Dio, Raskin and Barron but if I went for Nico as his stats really were very good. Amazing what you can do when you have a proper midfield coupled with athletic full backs. Just need more from our attacking three now.

  13. I thought the midfield 3 all did well as did Souttar. Raskin had a number of poor passes in the first half but he finished the game very strongly which sets him apart from the others so Raskin it is.

  14. You see the price of failure last night we earned £126,000 for a draw chicken feed in comparison to the money on offer in the champions league we really are up the Swanee without a paddle.

  15. Thought Dio had a good match and was going to go for him but in the last the last 15mins or so both Raskin and Barron crept above him. Been going for the wee man most weeks and could easily had voted for him again but gone for Raskin this time, he was solid and combative the whole 90mins and now seems to be finding good form and fitness.

  16. Its a good point and we should also get something in Nice. I just wanted to go into the Tottenham game with plenty to play for and it looks like we will certainly have that.

  17. Thursday night performance and result. Well done to the players and the manager. Another national cup final and a draw in Greece. Give the project /rebuild /downsize some breathing space. If someone deserves pressure it is those upstairs.
