  1. I remember as a kid growing up in Renfrew when the Rangers football team trained in the open fields where the new Renfrew gym is near Paisley Road, Gazza, Laudrup, Mcoist era and Walter drove up I'm gonna say a Blue Mercedes may have been a BMW and parked up and would give me and my m8 a quid if we looked after his car, The first team on the other hand after they finished with the training they headed back onto their buses and one of the local women, banged on the bus until a few got out and signed some autographs rememberMcoist getting out 😂 needless to say I don't think they came back, That memory has stuck with me since I was a kid maybe 8/9 at the time only a small gesture but a massive part of my memory of being a youngster roaming the streets in Renfrew coming across the great Walter and the Famous Glasgow Rangers! 🔴⚪🔵

  2. Lowry wasn't good enough for Hearts, so he's definitely not good enough for Rangers. The acceptance of mediocrity amongst some of our support must make Celtc winning everything easier for them, I suppose.

  3. Disagree. Sending Lowry on loan gave us the opportunity to further review a player with great potential.

  4. If he had put as much effort into his football as his hairstyle he would have been a player.

  5. Alex Lowrey been advised to find a new club - hardly the most surprising news of this transfer window.

  6. The point is: not only did he seemingly improved that much, injury aside. But at the time, we also let Hagi go on loan, Lawrence was injured, and Maeda wrecked Cantwell in the penalty that never was, so we had de facto no prime attacking midfielder for weeks, if not months.

  7. Why do you think that? I thought it might be the making of him. He’s got plenty of talent but doesn’t seem to want to work with it.

  8. Chelsea have been contacted by Rangers over a potential move for 19-year-old academy midfielder Leo Castledine, but the London club want a straight loan while the Ibrox outfit want an option to buy, with Aberdeen also having registered an interest in the Englishman. (Football Scotland) Manchester United are only interested in a permanent transfer, not a loan, for 21-year-old midfielder Hannibal Mejbri and, at the moment, that could be quite difficult for Rangers. (Fabrizio Romano via GiveMeSport) Hannibal Mejbri says he is tired of being on the bench and wants regular first-team football as the Manchester United midfielder contemplates his future after Sevilla decided not to exercise their £14m right to buy the 21-year-old midfielder following last season's loan. (The National) Rangers have informed Alex Lowry it would be in his best interests to move away from the Ibrox club this summer and clubs have already enquired about the 21-year-old midfielder. (The Scotsman) IMHO, it was in more way than one an unwise decision to send Lowry out on loan last season.

  9. So you’re adding homes under the hammer to your TV portfolio

  10. Well this thread has gone highbrow - Eastenders AND Homes Under The Hammer.

  11. I never expect Dessers to score an easy chance. He prefers to stumble the ball into the net off a post and through a cloud of feet.

  12. With respect, EastEnders doesn't hold a candle to Homes Under the Hammer...
