  1. Ideal situation.... Yilmaz comes back and performs to the end of the season, gets a place in the Turkey team and does well at the Euros, makes us some money and we replace him after the tournament

  2. I think they should abandon the game and award us a 0-3 win.

  4. Applying the Collective Yahoo Shoulder. Really, it is most impressive. It is coordinated and organised to ensure maximum leverage is continually applied. Peter expects and the PQ Gang Hut is always anxious to be seen to be in a state of complete adherence. There is a lot of competition out there; the likes of Neil Doncaster, Murdoch MacLennan and Dundee Chair, John Nelms are addicted to Peter's tangy cheese. Advertise both the content and extent of foreplay available for the desired dismembered member. Last Tuesday, the Scottish Football podcast by Beeb Scotland had Susie McCabe as a guest. Susie is now an award winning comedienne thus she is funnier than a week in Methil. Susie revealed a fascination for the Kennedys particularly Bobby, "a real civil rights guy". Apparently, the Kennedys' ancestors experienced similarly to her own, "got on a boat to escape the great famine". Old Joe Kennedy was the man, US Ambassador to the Court of St James but we were not informed that Joe was recalled by President Roosevelt because his official dispatches were pro-Nazi and he confirmed such status when he had his daughter, Rosemary lobotomised. Susie does not want to share Champions League monies with Rangers. Wednesday saw Angela Haggerty on the Kay Adams show to talk about the Hate Crime law. As usual, Angela was allowed to sit extremely comfortably with her preferred prejudice. So much so, she also appeared as Shereen Nanjiani's guest on Saturday morning. Angela called it out again, she suffers from anti-catholic sectarianism and anti-Irish racism. The cause of Angela's grief was arrested, charged, tried and, convicted; he received a custodial sentence. Angela received justice; something she is not prepared to award others. Ally McCoist was asked for his views on the Hate Crime Law and he told of his intent to attend Ibrox with 50,000 other Rangers supporters and exercise rivalry. He did NOT mention singing songs and did NOT specify how he or, the other supporters would break the law. He was jumped upon and Angela enjoyed the pile on. Steven Bonnar MP rushed to suggest, "cheeky chappie Ally" was intent on singing the Billy Boys and being up to his knees in blood. Remember Steven the SNP MP who challenged his 75 year old Rangers supporting neighbour to a 'square go'? Angela's social media history is alarming, lots of references to H-u-ns, der Klan and, like Humza wanted Rangers players prosecuted/sacked because she needed to believe in the authenticity of a, "deep fake" soundtrack spliced on to a video. The Premiership win that stopped the ten was too much for Angela. Ally's words were too much for BBC Scotland's Chief Sports Writer, Tom English. Well, not really, it was more Steven Bonnar and Angela's interpretation of those words. Once again, they including Tom needed Ally's expressed sentiment to be something else. Tom believed Ally's revised decision to forego the game was due to his inability to sing the Billy Boys and wade knee deep in blood. Ally's unlikely savious was the bellend's bellend, Michael Stewart he replied to Tom twice, "he didn't say that". The next day, Tom retracted, "I went too far" but stopped short of an apology. Tom did not want to accompany Tam and RAB on the diversity training course. The bellend's bellend made up for it on Sunday whilst doing Sportscene co-commentary. He applied both shoulders and his bellend to the wheel. Peter demands it. Why did he leave Sellik TV?

  5. BB's a shitebag and Yilmaz is marginally better. End of debate

  6. That shouldn't really matter (i know it probably does) but a good referee would always look at an incident in isolation and without bias.

  7. I think that VAR has given refs a get out clause - if even remotely unsure, they can just wait for VAR to correct them. Happens everywhere too, not just in Scotland.

  8. Maybe if he hadn't been rolling around embarrassingly previously, the ref may not have been so quick to try and get him for diving

  11. Beaton was yards away from both penalties and didn't give them. They were both given by VAR. There was a foul committed by Lawrence, it was the same type of tackle made by Johnston for our penalty. So either both or neither are fouls? It's a tough one to take, but it was a foul.

  15. Weirdly the weather forecast for Dundee is fine for today and overnight. However, heavy rain forecast to start at, ermmm 11:00AM tomorrow. Moving the game now to Tannidice is the best all-round solution, but this is Scottish Football we're talking about.

  16. Surely if it’s unplayable then it could be moved along the street to Tanadyce

  18. Anyone actually saw any foul on Silva a few mins before he got the penalty at roughly the same spot? I'm pretty sure it looked like he was bundled over (Iberian style) and waited for a replay that never came.

  19. Exactly - he missed all 3 major incidents on Sunday. Are referees now relying on VAR? Some are saying VAR are re-refereeing games, it's because they have to as on-field referees are missing the obvious. Just look at how many of our penalties have been awarded by on-field referees against how many VAR have awarded.

  20. I could see from the middle of the main stand that it was a penalty so you have to wonder how a ref standing yards away can miss it. 🤔

  21. We're not going to have another Yilmaz v Barisic debate, are we.

  22. Aye, agreed. I don't think it's just his head that's away, he looks a yard slower too, in everything, reactions, speed of thought, decision making, ground speed etc. Confidence looks shot too.

  24. The Everton run-in is interesting. They have Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal which you wouldn't expect much from, but their other games are all against teams around the relegation zone: Luton, Sheffield Utd, Forrrrrrest and Brentford. Eminently winnable, but also quite dangerous.

  25. At the game, I said it would be brought back when we scored. I was amazed Beaton allowed the game to continue. Celtic players in Beatons face is irrelevant, it was VAR who highlighted Beatons error.

  26. Connor Goldson-might be here in body, but he is not here in spirit. That cat is fried like a fritter. He has always been a pretty chill character but them eyes don't lie. His mistakes are growin. Next year will be worse. Davies-I would rather watch a video of Celtic goals than see that mopey assed mug one more time. Nothin worse than a mopey man. Sell to someone--SPL, England, UNICEF. Souttar-tries but he is not really at 'that' level. I like him though. Tough as old shoe leather. Solid Bench. Balogun- Kinda guy you would buy a beer. Solid team player who embraces the Rangers ethos. Extend. Tav--He was unlucky on Sunday but he is Captain Clutch when it matters. Run him till the wheels fall off. Sterling--Not sure about right back but CDM all day. Once Lundstram moves Turkey, or where ever, he could slide right in. Ridvan--I like him. Feisty little bastard with good pace and a solid work ethic. Durable enough? We need another CB and LB with BB leavin.

  27. How do you explain VAR team giving us a penalty? The foul on Silva was very similar to the foul committed by Lawrence. If ones a foul, so is the other.

  28. I've been a bit disappointed with Butland recently. Possible he is suffering from not making the England squad but he needs to do better if he wants to make that level. He did have a couple of cracking saves yesterday but was dodgy a few times. As for Tav and Goldson, I have never subscribed to the serial losers mantra but yesterday was a different level. They are the 2 guys who should have been leading the charge for the league title and they were woefully inadequate. Time for a change.

  29. I gave it to Dessers. He never gave up in that awful first half when the service to him was abysmal. He was very close to getting us all 3 points right at the death. He gave everything.

  30. Whether or not it was a foul by Lawrence on iwata I think is debatable. He cuts across the front of Lawrence & looking to go down. Beaton has a perfect view of the incident 5yards away & plays on what I would say if the same thing happened to us at Celtic park(Rangers player fouled) & one of the gang of 4 refereeing( Collum, Clancy, Robertson or Walsh) then the goal would stand

  31. I would sat, out of all the defence, Tav is last one that needs replaced. 2 x left backs are the priority, then 2 centre backs as Davies, Balogun and Goldson (in that order) need to be moved on
    1 point
  32. I'm not convinced about that. He looks far better in the midfield or even playing right wing. He can certainly cover but I wouldn't want him as our first choice right back for next season.

  33. It was a goal Var can only be used for fouls in the current phase of play. Two Celtic defenders had played the ball before Dessers scores. The ‘foul’ was committed in an earlier phase of play var can only return to previous phases for red cards, violent conduct & mistake identity I believe.

  34. Everton agreed to the punishment. Man City are opposing their case, which obviously makes the whole thing take a lot longer, particularly as Mansour will have the best legal team money can buy. As for Chelsea, I'm not aware of any breaches they've committed.

  35. These big games leave no hiding place. Yet again our defence is prone to huge lapses in concentration, mistakes and generally look awful. Goldson has long been a concern for me, and I know I am in the minority but he has had one really good season and 5/6 poor ones. What on earth was he doing at their penalty? He is a complete and total liability and is our top earner at £38K pw. He simply has to be offloaded or we will continue to struggle when attacked. We need two new left backs as Borna is done and Yilmaz is unreliable, yet another big game he isn't available for shows a brittleness we cant afford. If the rumoured fee of £6M from Saudi for Tav is correct, we have to accept this. His defending has come a long way but yet again in a big game he makes a howler that costs a goal. I am a huge fan for what he brings going forward and we will not replace him like for like but I think now would be the time for change. Butland had a great chance to prove himself on this big stage in front of the England manager and has done dreadfully for all goals. His antics at penalties is not working, stand up and wait to the striker commits, he has been beaten too often down the middle. Less said about 1st and 3rd goals the better and while generally he has done a good job but you have to do it in OF games to become a hero. That leaves one CH position which is currently Souttar, a whole-hearted proper defender but not quite the quality to be a regular starter and quite injury-prone up until recently. Alternatives are Balogun and Davies who are both not the answer. In the last 2 windows we have concentrated on the middle to front positions mainly, this summer it has to be the defence.

  36. Tom English must've been availing himself of the literary fruits of the drug addled imagination of Philip K Dick recently. Apparently, Precrime and the projection thereof, is a welcome byproduct of these hateful, orwellian times in which we live. Especially when safety in numbers can be comfortably assumed thanks to those taxpayer funded airwaves. Defaming a UK sports media heavyweight, who just happens to be Rangers all-time leading goalscorer and a former club manager, is but a mere trifle in the greater battle for civil obedience and essential mind control. Rugby loving Tom has allegedly since claimed that he 'went too far', stopping short of an actual apology. Apparently, contrition is just a ten letter word? Maybe a legal missive fired up Auntie's farter by Mr McCoist's lawyers might prompt the dismissal of PQ's Chief Sports Reporter? Over to you Ally.

  37. It has to be a clear and obvious error. Compare and contrast to the handball in the game at Parkhead. I accept that there's an argument that it was that, but it also has to be in the same phase of play, and I'm not convinced it was. I'd have thought a new phase of play starts when the first cross is blocked
