Thought he had his best game last night but I wouldn’t be wanting him long term, just don’t think he offers enough. Just joined here after being banned from the shambles that is rangersmedia, hope to get to know you all 👍🏻4 points

I think what was meant was that from where Sima picked up the ball and what he had to do to score in terms of xG it was a 'low quality' chance - meaning players don't often score from there. The goal and finish itself was class.4 points

I always watch the match back, not so much when we get beat, but you do see a lot of things you miss watching it live!.3 points

The amount of pointless passing between defence and midfield was astonishing, but with the players selected, no real wonder. As I said before, those neat goals coated sugar over much toil and dire football. Our three attackers were essentially left to do much of their work alone, only the last goal late in injury time as down to some collective work. Ridvan set up Sima for the first with a long ball, Jack Ridvan and Borna Sima again - all with well-placed long balls from the back, leaving all the midfielders out of it. Between the first and second goal, the square- and back-passing got absurd again, as no-one of the CMs/DMs really filled the spaces. It should have been oh-so obvious, but MB did nothing to bring more creativity on. Maybe one has to be satisfied with getting a result these days, but despite us having seen so much dire football of this very same sad standard, shouldn't we expect more from a Rangers team? Not least if we pumped up our attackers like we did last summer? It was Livingston, at home ...3 points

Back in the day, serving soldiers wounded during service were issued with a blue tunic and trousers. This allowed the wider public to know they continued to serve whilst recovering from their wounds. I suggest the Club could pay a similar courtesy to the support. Allow Danilo, Matondo, Raskin, Roofe, Cantwell, Lawrence, Yilmaz, ........... etc to wear the above, 'the Treatment Room top'.3 points

It is midweek, it is Livi', it is live on the telly, it is the weather, it is awful viewing this current Rangers team, it is the majority of the attending support purchasing the Euro package, it is ........................ etc. We are used to 50,000 plus sell outs thus when only 35,000 plus trap, then it appears not so good. Asking a question makes me feel better and, the question is : what was the attendance last evening at Sellik's League Cup quarter-final?3 points

Thought he was better last night and from what I could see was willing to take the ball in crowded areas with players around him.3 points

We are a hard watch at the moment. I genuinely hope Aberdeen bring their shithousery A game at the weekend. This might get us playing with a bit of tempo, drive, passion, pace, ambition. Its all so bloody aimless and ponderous. Too many passes for passing sakes. Very few of our players are being brave on the ball and that for me is a very worrying sign. The only identity I can see forming with this team is basically bore the fans, opposition to death with relentless and aimless possession.3 points

I like Lammers. I'd have him up front ahead of Dessers. I think Lammers is somewhat wasted playing deeper or wide.3 points

Let the loan run and assess him come the end of the season2 points

Bucking the trend here, I think he has real talent and I hope hope we are now starting to see him adapt and grow in confidence.2 points

Finally! The club has signalled its strong support of critical gender theory.2 points

As a #9 or with a #9 right down the middle leading the line but allowing him the freedom to drop deep. He seemed to be playing right mid at times and #6 at others last night. I don't think he can hurt teams there.2 points

We played Livi at Ibrox at the same stage 2 years ago (when we were defending SPL Champions) and the crowd that night was 35 000.2 points

I suspect the inspiration is the cover of the Highway Code some forty-odd years past? If you look carefully, you will see the warning triangle for an unmanned railway crossing.2 points

I'd say that was a good attendance, considering recent performances, four home games in less than two weeks and the rubbish weather.2 points

Livvy looked a very poor side. I think Aberdeen will have a go at us on Saturday and it'll be interesting to see how we react to that.2 points

I've gone for Cifu. Like others he had a few stray passes but though overall he had a solid game.2 points

BBC and Sky Sports have given an assist to Lundstram for Ridvan's goal. How is that? The pass to Ridvan was from Jack was it not?2 points

Lammers shows effort but I think it's fair to say the lad looks substandard. He looks like a USV Hercules player to me.2 points

I didn't think it was much better. I thought it was definitely a little better. So much aimless recycling of the ball and the number of chickenshit backward passes was staggering - it's as if we only risk a forward pass if there's a recipient in fully 10 yards of space. Better but essentially the same old problems against an inferior team - including Roofe's seemingly inevitable injury. Really pleased for Yilmaz - wasn't it another great goal that finally settled Barisic back in the day? Sima has made real progress the last few games. I worry about Lammers, who seems to lack even basic technical skills, very unusual for a Dutchman.2 points

I had actually forgotten he was only here on loan. That makes me feel a very little bit better that it is another dud from the Beale '23 collection we dont need to pay off or try to find a buyer for, we can just return to sender with a note saying faulty goods. Yes a good goal last night, and easily his best performance to date, but he doesnt look anywhere near the sufficient quality to me from what he has produced so far, which has largely been absolute dross.1 point

Probably the most boring 4 - 0 win I've watched. Nice to see Sima taking his chance. Also nice to see Ridvan Yilmaz get a break with a lucky toe poke.1 point
