A lot of time for WBA and their (long suffering) fans. My Uncle played for them for 20 years and any time I've been to see them, most of their fans are decent and "lean" our way (despite their away top being yellow and green 😀)

Tbh they ain't stupid rules, don't get me wrong, they don't really work as designed at present, but they're designed to keep football competitive, and to potentially stop club owners doing a Barca. We may be a big fish up here compo, but if these owners were allowed carte blanch, then we'd get horsed even more than we did on the CL this season.

It's not the FA, it's the EPL who have charged them. UEFA will also be involved, and neither of those two associations are known for their integrity. The Government will rightly stay out of it, whatever way they go.

Strip the Titles - relegated to league 2 (div 3 in Scotland) and add in disrepute charges just for good measure

Due diligence? Lol. All of the big clubs are at it, and have been for years. But, and it's a very big but, fuck all will happen. The spectre of a breakaway league is very much still hanging around, its never gone away, and the EPL and UEFA know it. And as for establishment clubs, they don't exist, money and power is far more important than any made up establishment. Look what the so called establishment done for us, HMRC, and the BBC.

As stale as the performance was there were some very decent performances.... I went for Cantwell as he had drive, enthusiasm, vision, work rate and a whole lot more. Very good performances from Tillman, Borna and Davies though. Davies and Goldson have all the makings of a very solid Cb partnership - they need a better keeper behind them than the two we are presently rotating.

Conspiracy….the established clubs(Liverpool, Man Utd, Aresenal etc) don’t like upstarts such as Man City, Chelsea and maybe Newcastle now too. They like the old cartel. Man City will be a clean as a whistle once their lawyers get involved. I’m sure they’ll get the finest ones money can buy

That is the rumour - I would guess that Kent will do that whilst Morelos will leave under freedom of contract

On Kent and Morelos, I wonder if one or both are doing a Goldson and letting their contract expire before signing a new contract to escape a sell-on clause?

Milan derby last night was a bit of a let down but a good score (1-0 to the Nerazzurri). Napoli are way out ahead. Not long now until I get over there for a match (Inter v Fiorentina on 1st April). 😀

Its so bizarre how he has turned out in the media. Was a leader on the park and a brilliant player. Helped drag us almost single handidly to titles at times.
