  1. Finished 4-0 McAusland with the 4th goal. 2nd half was very scrappy but Rangers B well deserved winners

  2. As I sit in Brommie I've received the survey from the club. Having been involved with The Blue Order I'll vote to support the UB move to centre of the stand.

  3. Yes it was reported on one of the sports channels earlier

  4. We've done this before, but once again, it's about force, which is a result of mass x acceleration. Yes, the old ball was heavier, but because of this, the velocity of the ball was much less (look at old pathe reels, wee looping crosses). Because its a lighter ball, then it can be fired in at a much higher speed, resulting in an equally high force. And factor in the players are physically far more advanced than ye olden days, and you'll realise the force is higher. I

  5. Good reason to be....you'll be aware of the rumours. 😎

  6. Heard today that Beale cancelled the behind closed door friendly for two reasons. Firstly to have more time with the players in the training pitch (fitness) and that he is travelling to World Cup as we are scouting 2 potential January signings. Don't know how true this is, just passing in what I heard 😀

  7. 3-0 Rangers B halftime. Goals from Ure, Connor Allan and Lovelace. Ure also missed a penalty. 1rst and 3rd goals really well worked and taken. Boness have had chances but Rangers B in control but maybe guilty of overplaying at times.

  8. Keown: 'The US keep trying to go through the middle. Its conjested. They need to go out wide.' [Two minutes later...] Keown: 'Weah is doing nothing out wide on the touchline. He needs to come inside, into the [conjested] middle.' [Two minutes later...] Keown: 'Weah is the one bright spark in this game.'

  9. Is that recent? I read yesterday that it was just a routine check-up.

  10. On a sad note I see that Pele has been moved to an end of life ward , a first class player if ever there was one .

  11. Some couldn't finish them because the fixtures weren't confirmed. I just pinged (mostly) everybody.

  12. Uruguay gone. They play a lot of neat football but they are consistently the meanest of the South Americans. Brazil were dull. Cameroon were wildly inefficient but quite exciting. Their ‘keeper had a butter-fingered twenty minutes in the second half but Brazil kept hitting shots high and wide. England could win this with Germany out of the way.

  16. There's no doubt Beale will know exactly how Rangers have been performing since he left. What he says in press conferences and interviews, regarding players, isn't necessarily what he thinks. You'd have to be a bit naive not to realise that.

  17. Agreed. Beale may or may not be successful, however he is a young up coming manager who is well respected in football. He knows exactly what is expected & required to be a Rangers manager, knows the league and he is ambitious. He knows what he is taking on. Every managerial appointment is a gamble, same with every player signing. Best to just get behind him and give him a chance.

  18. I wouldn't want to sit near the UB, but that's because I'm a moaning faced intolerant old arse hole. Not so old as I cannot remember what it was like to be young, enthusiastic and driven though. The UB do a fantastic job with their TIFOs and marches, they are the only source of atmosphere in our stadium. They are organised and structured, do a fantastic job of funding their projects and deserve wider backing imo.
