If you think it was bad for the Rangers fans watching this think of all the puddle drinkers who were tuned in 🤣4 points

We still have more chance qualifying for the CL next season by winning the title this season than winning the EL, therefore we need to win all our league games, simples!!4 points

The first half was a hard watch and the manager had to change it at half time. Passing the ball from side to side at the back is brutal football. The midfield wasn't working and Helander was obviously not match fit. We improved in the second half and deserved the win. I am at a loss to explain why we are making such heavy weather of games like this. I think we need significant changes in the summer. Players who can't get up for winning the league can just go.3 points

That was AFTER Goldson scored. Should have seen me at half-time..😁3 points

I'll relax when we beat celtic 3 times in April, Ian!3 points

All the panty wetters can relax now!🤣................''THAT'S WHY WE'RE CHAMPIONS!!3 points

Well we got the three points--most important part of today. #BUT---too much added on time,WHY?because of our moronic fans(let this be last protest as it only messes up on-field action),McGregor was right to allegedly tell them to "F" off. Said to wife before game--"look at state of that pitch" and after watching the uneven bounce/bobbles etc. was correct. It had obviously not watered, ironically the system came on late in game.It would have been easier to play on Livies plastic crap. Was not surprised to se Tav's penalty miss go over bar as his last couple were each getting higher in their trajectory. Anyway 3 POINTS and on we go.2 points

Right none of us want this friendly, but stop the "look at us" protest2 points

The starting XI was fine but the performance has not been. We need energy and we need it quickly. Roofe and Sakala are fresh so be brought on immediately.2 points
-
Interesting team. Just go at them from the first whistle and get this done Rangers. Drop any points today and you can kiss goodbye to the league title.2 points

As much as I can see us raising our game and beating the Tims, I can also see us going away and struggling to win against diddy teams. Hmphhhh...1 point

To be honest we’re not winning the league this season with performances like that. The first hour was torture to watch. The last half hour was better once we changed things & scored but does it really need to takes us so long to get into the game? And did the introduction of Sakala (not for the first time) maybe change things ? Sakala will never be the greatest player but he has energy and runs directly at defences. Opponents don’t like that. And his pace makes defences sit deeper allowing us to pile more bodies forward. Aribo coming on also helped. He is excellent in tight situations & doesn’t usually give the ball away too easily. Two weeks today we play THEM. Nothing less than a win will suffice1 point

This break has come at the right time for us , anyone who thinks back to 2008 , should realise how tough this schedule is . We just need to keep going and hope Lady Luck shines on us .1 point

Another 7 victories like that will do nicely thanks.1 point

I'll keep saying it until we show form / performances that convince me that we can. At the moment we simply aren't at the moment. We can win it by winning every game between now and end of season, just can't see us being able to do that given the effort required and distraction of Europa League. Time will tell if my fears are legitimate. Oh I'd happily be proven incorrect...1 point

Apart from the three points the only good thing to come out of this shambles will be to make all the tims at bbc Scotland sick as the proverbial parrot. Mon the gers1 point

I have been saying for ages now we need to have Morelos & Roofe on the pitch at the same time1 point
-
3 points and the rest quickly to the record books! BTW, it shows what two or three strikers can do to a game. Roofe with 2 assists within seconds of coming on, whereas Kent and Arfield served up next to nothing. Maybe there comes a point when Gio and staff will realize what it takes to annihilate the opposition as opposed to dominating the ball possession stats.1 point

This is disastrous. The other lot would have destroyed Dundee. Come on Gers, get your fingers out.1 point

It's funny how some are questioning the starting team at half time! this team should be able to beat Dundee!.1 point

If we dont win today, the so-called important matches will become irrelevant.1 point

Don't think so but you can buy weekend passes from Now TV - not sure if that works through Virgin or you have to use your browser. (Sorry for the late reply).1 point

Agreed. We've basically thrown it away with this run of inept away day Sunday performances.1 point

No one can see a forward pass. Utter dross. Something has to change at half time or we could be in trouble.1 point

It's been lethargic performances like these throughout the season that has left us behind in this title race and if we can't turn it around in the second half then that race becomes even more difficult. Kent, Arfield and Ramsey all anonymous with the midfield also absolving themselves of any responsibility with too many passes back to our centre halves. We must up the tempo after half-time and I'd certainly make a couple of changes. Amad or Sakala for Arfield or Ramsey and I'd also like to see Roofe brought in.1 point

Ramsey off, Kent off, Jack on, Sakala on. Do it at half time.1 point

Too many side and back passes. Need someone with a bit of vision in the midfield.1 point

Oh, yes, that's valid too. If there's not a pass on, I would expect them to commit a man and/or drive into space.1 point

Why do we need to keep passing the ball around in our own half so often?1 point

Given the 2 from 3 midfield platform of Jack, Sands & Lundstram has been maintained, this is a good looking starting selection.1 point

A good solid, well-balanced team with plenty of options from the bench. A similar performance and result to last week's cup match would be ideal. Play up the Rangers!1 point

Of course they can, they contact their international manager and explain that the club that pay their wages are going for 3 trophies and have a huge run of fixtures coming up. Surely any international manager would understand such a position. Or a slight niggling injury, I don’t care which! I can understand if it’s a final qualifier for World Cup but there aren’t any of those that our main players are involved in I don’t think during this break. International football should not be taking place at this time of year anyway, it cost us dearly in 2008.1 point
-
WTF! you do realise that players just can't withdraw from International football because we have a lot of important matches coming up!!1 point
-
most of our players will get a rest after this so no need to rest them here. Lets get a good win before the break.1 point

From the Tunnel of Hate to the Grassy Knoll. PQ have changed tact, from continuing as if a Scottish Club(Rangers) had not knocked out the German club(Borussia Dortmund) second in the Bundesliga in European competition to now, attempting to grab a piece of the action. BBC Scotland's preview of the Red Star Belgrade tie contained the revelation, "Red Star are privately pleased to be paired with Rangers". Their preview of last evening's game in Belgrade was Alasdair Lamont walking, "the tunnel of hate" at the Marakana stadium. Two hundred and fifty metres of graffiti is intended to be claustrophobic and intimidating, big Al' just pulled his coat and scarf closer. Game coverage was Big Dick sat in the PQ studio, with Richard Foster, Mark Hately and, Leanne Crichton. Liam McLeod commentated from the studio whilst watching the BT Sport live feed. Apparently, "Rangers have rode their luck"? we all have a view, I do not think any team can progress to the last eight of a European trophy without a bit of luck. Big Dick said it often enough to know it was his comfort blanket and he was clinging on. Anyways, Big Dick ended with, "Rangers have a maximum of fifteen games left in the season if they go all the way in each of the three competitions they are participating in". Okay, we'll keep riding the luck, Big Dick can keep riding Dolly. BBC Scotland's last news bulletin carried a twenty second clip showing all three goals, heavy emphasis on Ryan Kent's, "deflected goal". Their first morning bulletin had Al Lamont post match in the Marakana with the held in Rangers support at his back. Al' told of Ryan Kent's, "deflected goal" and the quarter final draw being held after midday. The lunch time News had Kheredine Idessane standing upon the Hinshelwood Grassy Knoll, he told of the draw, "Braga are the best Rangers could have hoped for, avoiding Barcelona, Lyon and, West Ham". Then, we had a VoxPop filmed outside the Rangers Superstore. Nothing outrageous but why can't Rangers supporters just tell BBC Scotland to fcuk off? Tomorrow, BBC Scotland's Sports Correspondent and Chief Sports writer, Chris and Tom visit Dublin for the Ireland versus Scotland Rugby Six Nations international. It will be scrum down for the Craic, slurping the broth of Bhoys, and, the luck of the Irish. I hope Chris and Tom do not take turns in the unedifying sight of riding Irish luck. Certainly, they'll have a deflected Try.1 point
