I took my Nephew to Glasgow Airport late morning and because of weight of traffic on the M8, I took the Renfrew -Inchinnan - Abbotsinch road to the terminal drop-off point. Circumnavigating North and East of the runways, I received excellent views of the Borussia Dortmund Airbus. The livery is a distinctive black and gold and the tailplane has a 'BVB' roundel upon it. Suffice to say it's a BIG FOKKER. I demand the Board and Club'72 fund a BEARFORCE ONE.

What a fantastic second half, culminating in one of the best European results in our long and glorious history. A lot can happen this season but to knock out Dortmund from the Europa League really is something to savour.

Agreed mate, as I said previously I didn't fancy us last week and I didn't fancy us tonight, what do I know eh?. Absolutely brilliant result.

I never gave us a chance last week in Dortmund! the performance & result stunned me, I don't fancy our chances tonight either, I can only hope we manage to scrape through!

We didn't play well first half but that was down to the pace and quality of Dortmund, rather than us playing too deep. We just gave the ball away too often meaning we couldn't get up the pitch and cause them problems. Credit to the manager, he changed the system, allowing us more depth at the back and Dortmund ran out of ideas whilst Morelos and Kent ran them ragged on the counter. It was a real pity the third goal was disallowed with the ref not being shown the correct angle which showed there was no foul. No matter, the players showed fantastic character and belief not to let it affect them and aside from one or two last ditch tackles, we were comfortable enough as the clock ran out. Amazing!

Played better once we howked Barasic got the result and that gives us another handsome payday that's all that counts.

Bassey has made that left back spot his own. Barasic is rank rotten. His form is too poor to be an option.

I went back to the link I had used and yes, it said 2021-22 prize money in the title and then listed 2018-19 numbers underneath! That explains it. Despite the winners prize money having more than doubled since 18-19, for the rounds we are likely to make it remains almost exactly the same. Every change UEFA makes affecting finance is geared towards benefiting the bigger clubs.

This whole round needs looked at by UEFA , from the prize money to the lack of coeficient Points , though I am hopeful I’m wrong on this , all because there’s 24 teams left , it’s just stupid .

There isn’t a huge difference in the conference league prize money tbh, the winners actually get more than the Europa League winners. So it’s a big bonus for us if Celtic go out. The money really adds up when you add in the ticket money.

this for me is still a free hit. We just have a far better chance at a knock out. If we do go out people will try to make out it is some kind of disaster but that in it's self will be a measure of how good we are.
