Dreamland in Deutschland! Had to take a few mins to compose myself (and pour another beer). Difficult to say just how incredible that performance and result is. To go to one of Germany's best teams and best them really is the stuff of our wildest dreams. From the very start we showed our intent with an ambitious line up and a press that caused some early problems. Dortmund came into it of course but we were worthy of our lead at half-time as we could easily have scored four in that opening period. The 2nd half started even better with a fantastic team goal and a top class finish from John Lundstram who was imperious alongside Ryan 'Fucking' Jack. Reaction to conceding a goal was good and it was just a pity we conceded after grabbing a 4th. But, what a lead to bring home. All in all, it was an incredible result in an amazing night in Germany. It's difficult to think of a better one in our long and successful history but there is a long, long way to go in this tie. I just suspect though that Ibrox will be bouncing this time next week. Yaaaas!7 points

I missed the game but had the Google live score on the entire way. I'm pretty sure I'm the only bear in Doncaster station doing the bouncy on platform 4. Cannot wait to get in and watch it.4 points

Sensational. Take a bow, every one of you. A ridiculous result, an unexpected cash bonus and coefficient bonus and yet another reputation boost in Europe too. Well done Gio after I had my pre-match doubts.4 points

No fear. If we get beat, we get beat but this is actually a rare and wonderful opportunity to do something really special.4 points

So many really good performances. Im absolutely blown away by that. As you guys know I was fearing the worst beforehand. Jack Lundtram Bassey Kent and Morelos were all outstanding. What astrike from Lundstram too. Ibrox will be rocking next week. Bring on Dundee Utd first3 points

On a night when Rangers traveled to Germany carrying the Scottish standard, allowing the flag to flutter in a strong compelling breeze. The hope is that the AngeBall Cavaliers can consolidate upon Rangers solid 2-4 thumping of Borussia Dortmund in the Westfalenstadion to further improve the Scottish coefficient? An expectant flag fell limp in a strident Nordic breeze at ra Stydome. A team that had not kicked a ball competitively in three months arrived from the Artic Circle. They had to fight off polar bears and minus 20 temperatures to get on board the aeroplane. We know because we are constantly told that AngeBall is irresistible. BoBo is now forty-eight years of age, his diminutive Gimp replete in his Latex splendour; could hardly be expected to withstand the white heat of ra Stade de Gadd? Thank God for the Groin Brigade, continually singing the praise of the Egyptian Sun God, Ra. Oh ah up the Ra was a welcome refrain for BoBo and his bondage costumed chum. Such a thoughtful ditty ensured no one heard the air escaping from the burst AngeBall. I believe Sellik are now condemned to the Inter-ToTo Conference YoYo Cup. Ange has it all to do next week but, he is intent on signing Edvard Munch. BoBo and his Gimp know no ine can hear you scream in the Artic Circle.2 points

It is certainly up there and must rank as one of our best ever European results. Compliments to management team and the players but need to be as good next week if we want to progress.....2 points

... well, Lundstram ain`t that far away. But all players rose to the occasion and fought like hell. We've come a long way from that game at the Scumdome, you would think.2 points

Is that a better result than Lyon away??, I think it is, brilliant2 points

The reason we play so well in Europe is we have fair unbiased refereeing and no cloggers to deal with2 points

I'll be on a train headed south by the time this game kicks off so I'm going to miss it. I hope the team pull together and win their battles and give a cracking account of themselves. Nights like this don't come round too often for the average footballer, so hopefully they have a word with themselves before kick off and leave it all on the park.2 points

What a day/night to be a Teddy Bear. This is 'wildest dream' territory. I also have a soft spot for Partizan Belgrade, who won in Prague (a black chap scored the only goal). I'm glad I have parental duties tonight because otherwise I'd be on one. 😀1 point

if you didn't have rangers to win by 2 goals or more you really need to examine your life.1 point

Can I just say I thought their two goals could've been avoided. We gave them a bit too much space in the final third at times. I thought Lundstram was terrific tonight.1 point

Reminds me of Braga at home - had to travel to Scarborough for work and was stood outside Scarborough train station awaiting my taxi when Hagi scored. Went mental and got a few strange looks from those around me 😁 Enjoy watching the game back1 point

I am still stunned. Where did that performance come from? I was filled with trepidation before the start. To be honest we have that performance in us but our players played out their skin tonight. We had some real heroes on the park but to a man everyone played their heart out. The team selection was correct and the switch to 3 at the back worked well for us.1 point

MoM 1) VAR 2) Xanagu or whatever his name is... For us Ryan Jack. Der Berliner will no doubt recall an under-rated German international called Dieter Eilts. Jack reminds me of him: interventions from deep, short passes out of defence. Truly we have no one like him.1 point

Because I had us to win two goals to one with Morelos getting the first goal1 point

When French Ref', Clement Turpin awarded that penalty, I thought he had changed his name to Dick? On seeing the VAR, a stonewaller.1 point

Could easily have been 3 too, had Barisic taken his chance.1 point

This could be a very happy day for us. It's just a shame that some reprehensible characters in the away support had to ruin it with a half and half scarf.1 point

Dortmund waking up I think.1 point

We've made quite a good st-- WHAT THE F*CK WAS THAT DEFENDING?! Leaving acres of space at the corner, but we got away with it.1 point

Sort of a midfield diamond with Lundstram in front of the defence, Aribo behind Morelos and Jack and Arfield on either side ... maybe. Dunno how Roofe could have played away in Lyon or for Jamaica in the US of A without being vaccinated. No idea about Sakala ... though in either case you would have expectded some advance info ...1 point

Yeh I do too tbh. Hopefully he learned a couple of things from the old firm. A bit of a curveball but I wonder if Sands could play as he is more of a defensive midfielder than most. You have to think about off the ball abilities for this game.1 point

Reus, Bellingham and maybe Witsel 😨 To be honest I'm not normally like this and they aren't (hopefully) that much better than some other teams we have faced lately, but that was under Gerrard who seemed to have a slightly different style to Gio. I've just got the fear as opposed to the battle fever1 point

Allocating them a dug-out is about as far as I'd go 🙂1 point
