Ever since Salmond became SNP leader 30 odd years ago he turned it into a hard left, anti-British Republican Party. The tartan Sinn Fein in other words. Few of us would want anything to do with that sort of political party.3 points

An MSP is sticking up for Rangers and all you can do is criticise. If you've got a personal problem with him then fine, but perhaps you can keep it to the lounge and not have a go at people who are standing up for our club.3 points

I think we all have, and as we get older we are able (mostly!) to suppress it but I embassassingly admit I never used to be able to hold my water when not liking what I was watching. I'm much more placid now I think!2 points

I have absolutely no doubt about that. There is no way we win every home game in the league with our home support in attendance. Just my opinion.2 points

That's often said of Spurs as well; think it goes back to the days of the double-winning team. You and Compo will probably remember when the great Greaves and co. punctured our balloon. But the main point is that no true supporters turn on their team - Tav. got pelters the other night, for instance, but I wouldn't mind betting he comes up with an assist on Tuesday.2 points

Apparently Murdo is in GB news tonight at 8PM iscussing this exact issue. Might be worth a watch.2 points

Salmond would have definately had a go at Zsa Zsa, maybe Ming too if he promised to use his death ray on England1 point

I see TNS are beating the Czech side Vitoria Plzen 4-0 at the moment. Maybe puts the yahoos result into perspective tonight.1 point

They will not be issuing new smart cards. The only question is whether they will issue QR codes for the game or activate the old smart cards...or perhaps both. There's been a suggestion that in the longer term, they will be moving towards QR codes.1 point

Get what you are saying but a full house next week should spur us on, but we must learn to be as patient as the team. If we need extra time v Malmo then fair enough. That 95 min. goal by Davis should be of huge totemic value - all the great teams have won games in the last minutes. I remember once Bill Shankly was asked about a 91st minute winner for Liverpool: the interviwer said, "Left it a bit late, didn't you?" "Not really", said Shanks, "We play for ninety one minutes."1 point

Intense loyalty and unreserved willingness to follow and fund breed a sense of entitlement among many. I’ve got a wee streak of it myself which I try to suppress. Keep us out.1 point

Humza Yousaf should be ashamed of himself. A nursery in East Kilbride has faced false accusations, threatening phone calls and abuse on social media because of him taking details of an ongoing investigation, into a small business in Broughty Ferry, to the Daily Record. It's fine promoting this stuff from Tayside, he doesn't have to live with the consequences. Coward.1 point

Jones didn't play and ultimately offer enough to be a whipping boy. Losing Jones will have no significant impact on our season.1 point

I agreed with the manager, Davis and Helander were the two best players. I thought Itten had an excellent first half, and Goldson had a total nightmare. Kent never stopped and tried hard with nothing really coming off for him, and Wright looked good for half an hour until they booted into him. Lundstrom seemed overawed by the occasion, miles off the pace at times, but with several players below par and us chasing the game it was telling that SG could only bring on 1 sub.1 point

Apparently GCC stating if we apply for full houses, we'll get full houses. No coincidence that they have 3 home games on the horizon.1 point

Fair and balanced article but Murdo could have pointed out further examples - however one assumes he had editorial limits (size) set on this article! And the answer to the question posed in the article - undoubtedly1 point

You should have said - I'll try to get to more or these over that time.1 point
