  1. I posted a joke post about Scott Wright being able to pick up a league winners medal, but I've deleted it. I just can't bring myself to jinx it still... #BigJessie

  2. Kamberi will be a decent signing for Dolly, he's a better player than that big clugger they've just sold.

  3. He's one for the future, and a squad player for next season, I'd surmise. We were actually quite short in midfield with Arfield and Jack out recently. Davis and Arfield are getting on a bit too.

  4. Simpson’s a left-footed CB so presumably he’ll challenge Helander for the left-sides CB position. No easy task.

  5. Agreed. I don't care much for the way he sets up his teams, but I would give credit to McInnes in the way he has refreshed his squads over the years. Not that its won him anything.

  6. Barjonas, Barker, Jones, Middleton and Edmundson out with Simpson and Wright coming in would be a really good window in the circumstances.

  9. Derby is a good move for the big unit, get stuck in, fit, and play football, come summer we may be looking to take him back and give him another chance, he shouldn't be jettisoned for one daft mistake IMO. There's definitely a player in there.

  10. Both squad players but Barker and Jones are known entities whereas Wright possibly has more potential. I liked Edmundson to be honest and I hope he can prove himself at Derby.

  12. Personally I think the club will be doing something in the background about the seeming bias in targeting rangers players actions. I doubt we'll hear much about it until after we've clinched the league simply because the title is far more important to us now. We don't need any distractions t derail us, we don't want Gerrard to be fielding questions about statements and wars with the SFA or SPFL.

  15. Kenny Dalglish in today's Sunday Post, couldn't agree more ; "By only calling up Morelos, and not Darren McGregor for his clash with Glen Kamara, the SFA are leaving themselves wide open to accusations of having one rule for one player and a different one for another."

  16. no issue with pulling morelos up but we have all seen the assaults on rangers players that go unpunished. It's all we ask for is consistency.

  17. Got a bit of sympathy with @PoohBearhere. I wouldn't go as far as to the call the wee man names but there's absolutely nothing wrong with being p!ssed off at his stupidity. Of course Morelos (and RFC players generally it seems) are subject to one-sided action from the SFA and that's well worth highlighting but Morelos only has himself to blame on this one. The elbow the other week at Tannadice was daft enough so to follow it up just a month later with another risky move really is inexcusable. I love Morelos as much as the next bear but his manager and fellow players must be really annoyed with him letting them down. At the end of the day, this season at least, it's the wee man that's going to lose out though as he'll find it difficult to get back in the side should Roofe stay fit and the other attackers keep doing the business. And, just as he was starting to get back amongst the goals as well.

  18. It's lovely to see the vermin turn on each other. Do they not teach how to contract 'you are' in denominational schools though?

  19. When I read the title of the article I had a think as to what the key game in SG’s first season was, and for me it was definitely Ufa away , which was for me by far the most important game of the whole season, crucially for the financial windfall that none of us thought possible and would speed up our rebuilding, and also for giving us European credibility in getting through 4 rounds of unseeded qualifiers. Remembering this was hot on the heels of Progres the year before, and the calamitous reigns of Pedro & caretaker Murty. Delighted to then read that Ufa was also the writers first choice, for the same reasons. There is no denying that all the games picked by Rick & 4th official were big, crucial stepping stones on our way back to the top. I look forward to reading further instalments and hopefully watching some more potential chapters to be added before this season ends.

  20. Apparently they have a really easy game on Tuesday night and the Killie board didn't trust Dyer not to blow it.
