£50k a week to play at Anfield, Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge or £25k a week to play at Tannadice, Tony Macaroni Arena and the Piggery. Tough choice for the lad.5 points

I will say it again, in the English Premiership the money is utterly ridiculous. Arsenal reportedly (I dont believe it either) paid £25M for Tierney of the bheasts, who cant get into his shitty International side, when tested at European level was on the wrong end of several hidings conceding goals aplenty, is completely injury-prone, and cant defend. Any bids coming in from an EPL club that dont beat the money paid for Tierney should be refused with the above explanation. Clubs there regularly pay £15-£20M for players with no top level experience, certainly no European experience, and with really poor goal returns stats. I'm not saying Kent is a fantastic player worth huge money ( I still think we definitely overpaid for him - still no assists in about a year now for a winger), but you have to understand the values and prices being paid in the league the bidding club is working in.2 points

I'll believe there's a release clause when someone who is in a position to know comes out and says "there's a release clause in Kent's contract". Until then it's just Santa Claus.2 points

I would be unhappy if they let him go for anything less than funny money. And 14 mill doesn't amuse me. He's a crucial component we would be unlikely to be capable of replacing with equivalent quality. He's contracted till 2023, there is no urgency to cash in during this important season.2 points

That doesn’t mean there is a release clause , just an offer that matches our valuation .1 point

Too early to say. Need to let the lad get match sharp first (and stay fit) and get him used to our way of playing and the types of defences and lack of space he will find here. I remember absolutely slating Hateley for the first 6 months of his Rangers career as he was absolutely mince, but he turned out he just needed to get himself up to speed and used to the football here. He turned out all right! Roofe wont get 6 months to prove himself, but I'm happy to wait a few weeks to see how he settles in and what he brings to the team. We put our trust in the management to have done their research on who will fit into our team and acquire as required.1 point

Don't think anyone is getting carried away, you can only beat what's in front of you. Are you aware of our recent record against Killie?1 point

Agree with the comments above. Superb production from pre-match all the way through to post-match interviews. If we could only bin the overly long EA advert at HT and have more analysis or highlights it would be perfect. The addition of “The Gaffer” was fantastic. Sky started well at Dolly, but spoiled it at Livi by enforcing the utter scumbag Walker on us when not one Rangers fan wants to hear anything he has to say, He has no tactical insight and sees everything through a rabid tims angle. Compare and contrast to our own production with fantastic tactical analysis, professional and fair commentary and interviews with proper questions looking to get insight into the manager and players tactics and gameplans, to help the fans understand why things were done the way they were.1 point

As soon as I see a post on a Rangers forum about the scum drawing, I know they are going to win. Nothing surer.1 point

Possession stats and shots on target against in each game so far, Aberdeen - 60% - 0 shots on target St Mirren - 74% - 2 shots on target St Johnstone - 75% - 2 shots on target Livingstone - 79% - 1 shot on target Kilmarnock - 75% - 0 shots on target That is your clean sheets explained right there. Complete domination in possession. We were good at this last season but the early signs are that actually we’ve managed to improve further.1 point

Far too much credit given to Hollicom. Spence is more than capable of this balloonery on his own.1 point

This is what I, and most Rangers fans, are pissed off about. They got to move a fixture to try and get their fans in, never mind all the vote rigging and stealing another title!. It really gets to me the lack of noise about this, it's like pay your money sit down and shut up for Rangers fans.1 point

Do the Rangers board have an opinion on this ? what about new PR guy David Graham? Is he still there? He’s been very quiet1 point

Jum goes full Tonto! The current Rectum of Dundee University, Jum Spence has a weekly column in the Dundee Courier. It's where Jum gets to wave the Saltire whilst sitting extremely comfortably with his preferred prejudice. Jum never strays far from his provided Hollicom script during broadcast. He Tweets the benefits of denominational education, mass timings, his brother's long term love affair with ra Sellik, and why Rangers supporters are intrinsically evil. His column is used most often to reinforce his weekly tweets. Jum articulated Dundee United's ire reference proceedings at Auchenhowie three weeks past, "Justifiably raging" at the mountain being constructed out of Covid testing molehills. What happened to that Mike Mulraney demanded SFA inquiry, don't ask Jum? The Aberdeen players' night out, Bolingoli, and Griffiths girlfriend's birthday party were only mentioned when the SFA instigated another inquiry. Jum was quick with, "every first year Law student knows a retrospective law is a bad law". Remember, Jum was allowed to resign for the second and final time from PQ, after telling the listenership that Rangers should be prosecuted under the proceeds of crime law. Jum knew about this because he lectured on it. It was pointed out no crime had been committed. In the Blessed Brendan's final year of tenure at ra Stade de Gadd, Jum utilised his column to tell the world, Dundee is now a three club city. Apparently, the tanned one's team was playing such attractive football, Dundonians were wrapping themselves in ra green'n'grey to appreciate ra Sellik way in opposition to offers from Dens and Tannadice. Yesterday, Jum announced, "the most successful club in Scotland come to Tannadice". Jum pinged the number of Yahoos that had stopped him this last week, to tell how much they enjoyed visits to Dundee United. The pubs, the food(the Peh), and the welcome. Of course, when Bears engage Jum, they shout abuse at him from across the road. We know this, because Jum reported the incident to PC Murdoch. We can only assume Police inquiries are continuing five years on? I wonder if Mike Mulraney was outraged? I would like to say to Jum, I hope your team wins. However, do we really know who the Rectum of Dundee University supports?1 point

BBC Radio 5 tonight. Roddy Forsyth, long time, anytime, apologist for Pederasts 'R' Us FC, read from what can only have been a Holicom prepared script: Bolingoli is the problem: he lied to his Club, he lied to his manager, he lied to his team mates. The club like no other yet again a victim. Why am I unimpressed?1 point
