And some try and say that the SNP aren't anti-Rangers. ? A vote for the SNP is a vote against Rangers.10 points

Yesterday, on BBC Scotland's 'Daily Politics Scotland' Gordon Brewer hosted a thirty minute political debate on the up coming General Election. The panel was former long term Labour MP, Anne McGuire, Ramsay Jones, former Tory Party Adviser, Siobhan Mathers, Liberal Democrat Adviser, and Angela Haggerty, described as a Journalist. Please note, no formal SNP representation. Last Sunday was the same, three representitives from Labour, Tories, and Liberals; and Angela Haggerty the Journalist. Further, Haggerty appeared on Question Time as a supposed neutral Journalist. Again, it's BBC Producers who are facilitating this scam; however, the SNP have questions to answer too. If they decide to withdraw representation or ignore the call to provide, are they comfortable that Haggerty represents the party position? Surely, other Journalists involved must stand up for fellow Journo, Lyra McKee? Angela cannot accept Lyra was murdered by the IRA, because it's inconvenient to her preferred narrative. Time for this piece of theatre to be called out.7 points

Think the best use of Defoe is coming on later in the game when legs aren't as fresh and Alfie has already battered them from pillar to post.4 points

Clearly not. Remember that this was the guy who went unpunished for saying that tax avoidance was as bad as child molesting. How can anyone vote for a scumbag who thinks that, never mind one who says it publicly and thinks he's right?!? And that's the current state of our political class?3 points

There’s a GE in a fortnight & Mason is trying to secure the yahoo vote who no longer vote SLAB. Any Rangers supporter voting SNP should realise that they are the tartan Sinn Fein. They hate us Show me any SNP politician who supports Rangers3 points

I hope Rangers is never owned by people who are not Rangers supporters.3 points

What a bizarre motion!?! We have hundreds of issues we are facing in this country and yet this is worthy of a motion. This just shows how deep his feelings are against Rangers and I really wish others would see right through this pathetic abuse of our political system. I realise there are bigots on all sides, but we really do seem to have more than a fair share of them taking shots at our club. I'm not for or against any particular political party, but when I see the politicians we currently have I'd be happy to vote for Trump if he promised to build a wall around Holyrood, without a door to let any of them escape. These people are too stupid and too dangerous to allow them out on to our streets, never mind making laws and setting policy.3 points

It's a excellent way of proclaiming your commitment to the cause. There's little point being a bigot if no one can see you bigotry.2 points

I thought Kamara was slow in closing down the guy who put the cross in. A bit of a balls up all round.2 points

Good draw for Stranraer. I'm sure they're over the moon at the chance of a nice little earner.2 points

The problem is the loan system. Restrict the number of players that a club can loan out and then youth development would look quite different.2 points

That'll be Jim McColl. He was considering putting cash in back in 2010 but quickly backed out when his name became public. He'll not be looking to change his stance on that any time soon.1 point

There were two or three occasions when Hamilton caught us on the blind side and we were found wanting. Fortunately, Hamilton did not make the most of these chances but something SG has to sort out.1 point

You are right but it is possible to become a Rangers supporter of course. The guy from Weirs Pumps is a Rangers supporter but proffers to keep his money in his pocket.1 point

What a strike with his left foot by Kent. He's listed as right footed on transfermarkt. Really? Presumably that's a part of what £7 million get's you. And still not yet 100% fit.1 point

Oh for the day's of Peter Thompson but even he got his wings clipped by big Jock and things have never been the same .1 point

Maybe I miss something in this, but he says Rangers had HMRC problems, The (English) Times raised an issue with HMRC and HMRC has replied. What good is this repeating of known news?1 point

These motions are raised to reassert and proclaim values and loyalties. They’re a public declaration for all to see of the views of an individual and, by inference, their party. In that respect they are far from meaningless.1 point

In the words of former trainer, Jimmy Smith, “look at him, staunin’’, just staunin’”. These words were applied to a defender whose performance levels neither of the two current culprits are likely to attain.1 point

BTW ... the SNP of this day and age is seemingly a rather peculiar bunch of people, similar to those who occupy the seats in the mhedia and most football authorities. Agenda-driven and on a very small scale at that, doing the utmost to pander to their peculiar followers while making the most of antagonising the rest / opposition. But they are not alone in this on the planet right now.1 point

In many ways it is still somewaht bizarre that some people believe that "an investor" will happen by and pump money into the club, as if we were living in the "one chairman rules everything" days. The ways of "pumping money" into the club are quite restricted and we sure won't want to breach the financial regulations which are now in place.1 point

May I ask ... what is the point of this "motion"? I really can't fathom what he intents here or why it is need to raise this in parliament?1 point

One thing is certain if Defoe doesn't score he is the waste of a jersey. Morelos did more in 10 minutes than Defoe 80 minutes.1 point

A lot of people with reasonable wealth support Rangers. The problem is, there aren't many with stratospheric wealth and even if there were, Scottish football is not a good investment. I have some minimal inside info and haven't heard a thing about significant investment. I wouldn't suggest there's much to get excited about...but hope I'm wrong.1 point
