Definite plan to stick with the DOF model and take our time in recruiting a replacement6 points

The piper on the pitch at the start of the game obviously didn't get the memo about which songs aren't allowed in Ibrox ? The directors' box should be closed for the next game. ?4 points

I think I must watch different games from you guy's. I thought Aribo played quite good. It is OJO that worries me. He was invisible and what he did was mostly giving the ball away.3 points

Disappointed to hear that news. It was no coincidence we improved on & off the park after he arrived. He will be difficult to replace.3 points

Too many players thniking about Thursday night I suspect - which is exactly the kind of attitude we need to cut out if we want to keep the challenge rolling. We got away with it today. Obviously, it's good to get the win, but that was not enjoyable at all.2 points

We really should be playing him not ojo. Who is utter gash so far2 points

3-1 in the end. Great finish from Barker following an excellent break from Rangers. Tav's was straight in from a free-kick in similar fashion to the game against Celtic at Ibrox last season. Morelos' goal was a bullet header after a very good near post flick on of Tav's corner by Aribo. Missed their penalty though.2 points

Yes,I forgot OJO! What was he doing out there? I wonder if he is affecting Tav too? Either way OJO was dire as well.1 point

I'm content to get the win, but it sounded like one of those games where we've struggled to break down a stubborn defence. How did we play?1 point

I wonder if Greta is now heading over to Algeria to harangue those naughty Houthi's for blowing up two Saudi oilfields?1 point

No but I doubt he’d have hired Pedro & we’d have wasted millions on Pena & the other Mexican whose name I cannot remember.1 point

When Mark Allen arrived he had never been a director of football before. I thought he was trying to establish himself as one while aiming to do that job at another club. That is to say we are a stepping stone for him. He arrived at the club when it was wasting millions on Mexican duds. It was just about to be dumped out of Europe by a small club from Luxembourg. Since then the club's transfer dealings have improved massively. It has landed a great manager. It has also qualified for the group stages of the Europa league two years in succession. He is now in a good position to find a similar role in a club with more money to spend. Good luck to him. I think there will be a few good candidates hoping to succeed him.1 point

Do you think the DOF will now get binned and SG to directly go for players he thinks are required?1 point

Since we are speculating there were a lot of rumours that all was not great between Allen and Gerrard. It was said Gerrard was pissed off at some of the signings he made.1 point
-
Not all his signings were great, but overall this is a blow. The statement seems to confirm there are no ill wishes. Still, there was a time when managers used to sign players themselves..1 point

Yes it is his knee he injured.1 point
-
Maybe he thought if he refused to do the training, he wouldn't get picked for the national team again as the manager will see him as having a bad attitude1 point
