let’s deflect from the big story in Scottish football at the moment eh? Looks like Liewell’s minions still dutifully carrying out their tasks And another’s no-mark,pseudo-journo calling us a ‘new club’ I see.6 points

I don't really get why you would not want to support your national team to be honest. I support Scotland, not the SFA or the Tartain Army. I won't let these people take my support for my national team away. Do I agree how Scotland is run these days then the answer is no but we can't change things by running away we can only change things by being bigger and louder than the rest. If people want to support Engerland or Ireland then fine but unless you have a connection then they are the ones with the identity crisis. My support is in front of the telly of course.3 points

The board intimidated previously they would go to war. It’s time we went after everyone in the SFA and Shame FC re their cover up. We publicly challenge why that sewer of an institution is being shielded, and we have to get cross border authorities involved. If we receive chastisement in the press we challenge them to prove they are not involved? It’s time the gloves came off and we go to war with these scumbags! We have to go with the Nuclear option, these lowlife need to be held to account.3 points

So are all these Rangers fans who go to Scotland games the ones who boo the Rangers players?2 points

Do type Scotsman, Celtic, child abuse with Google and it ain't that many hits ... https://www.google.de/search?q=Scotsman+Celtic+child+abuse&client=opera&hs=w0R&ei=K0ICXeZCjt3BAtmvOQ&start=0&sa=N&ved=0ahUKEwimhJOxu-biAhWOblAKHdlXDgA4ChDy0wMIeg&biw=1543&bih=731 Counter that with Rangers and tax case ... no interruption of Scotsman articles on the first page. Or Rangers and SFA, UEFA, license ... and the 4 articles are from the Scotsman. I said it before: if I were the Rangers media and press guy, I would look at this, draw up a list of journos with agendas, add the respective links to biased articles and decline any Press Accreditation request.2 points

I am most concerned about Mike Mulraney. I live in Alloa and everyone who knows him or his brother could tell you how much their family hate anything remotely related to Rangers. It is deeply concerning that a man of his character has managed to worm his way into the SFA.2 points

There are far more Rangers fans in the country than any other. Any result other than this would have been a shock.1 point

Probably not but then Rangers have been in a bad place and we still support them.1 point

I understand that point but I still think that Rangers supporters should go and support and be louder than the people who jeer our players. I have always thought you never solve a problem by walking away.1 point

I can understand Bears supporting Scotland but the thought of providing funds to an organisation that adheres, on a consistent basis, to the wishes of their masters at the Piggery is, frankly, daft. Rangers matter. International football doesn't.1 point

celtic are very pleased with their useful idiot, Petrie and their supporter, Mulraney. Fans of other Scottish clubs couldn’t care less nor could the clubs themselves except those in lower divisions who have zero influence. The followers of other clubs have an ingrained antipathy to Rangers in much the same way as English fans have towards Manchester United. Why not if you’ve been under the cosh for decades? The signing of English players like Butcher, Woods and (ahem) Sounness plus the apparent riches of Marlborough, then Murray, and the singing of Rule Britannia raised envy to hatred and that’s never going away. Scottish fandom and football press, in my guess, are predominantly Nationalist - Jimmy Hill an’ that. Hence they accept batterings from celtic because celtic ar’nae English like sevco, ken? The solution is to gain control of the SFA by some means beyond my competence to know. Either that or join the Carlisle and District League and work our way up from there. Where would Rangers be now if that had happened in 2012 with a competent manager? Anybody answering Admin2 is a tim.1 point

Is there no way that these guys could be removed from power, the whole sfa from top to bottom needs ripped up and to start again, do fans not have a say in who runs it, there must be something that could be done. I know any suggestions would fall on deaf ears if it was coming from rangers and it would just be sevco blah blah blah and I think celtic are quite happy to have these two dobbers in place1 point

It is truly amazing that a guy earning several thousand pounds a week has an attractive partner. Has this ever happened before?1 point

I was a paperboy in the early to mid 90's it was great seeing the back pages and seeing who were getting linked to. The Daily Star always had the more incredible ones like Marco Van Basten.1 point

I have to laugh that Kent scored 1 more goal and 1 more assist than Middleton playing twice as many games. Kent is now being touted at 10 million for turning g up at 2 OF games. I'd much rather be touting our own players for 10 mill.1 point

I think Laudrup decided he was leaving before Advocaat came along. He'd decided he was leaving in July 97 whereas Advocaat wasn't announced until Feb 98. Edit - it seems that Laudrup officially announced he was joining Chelsea later than that but I recall it being a fairly open secret during that season that it was going to be his last. I recall it being known during an open day in July 97.1 point
