  1. Instead of swanning about hospitality lounges, you need to work on that garden furniture.

  2. I've been doing some major decluttering and came across this at the back of a cupboard in the garage. I used to have a club deck hospitality box in the nineties and noughts and they gave out momentos like this to box holders and guests on European nights. I've still got quite a few around the place but I have absolutely no memory of this particular game, including whether we won or lost. In any case, after the pain of the last few years, it's nice to be reminded of better times.

  4. Barton, Kranjcar and Alves were marquee signings,.......... Morelos, Kamara and Tav wren't. Barton, Kranjcar and Alves : 41 league games for Rangers between them...How much in wages ? One season of Tav and half a season of Kamara beats that number out of the park. For varying reasons, Barton, Kranjcar and Alves showed why you should be very careful when going down the expensive named veteran route.

  6. When you see the interest the Chinese have taken in Italian football and clubs like RCD Espanyol due to Chinese involvement there, it seems like a good market. Not really my cup of tea but you never know what might come of it.

  8. I don't have any confidence that a Labour government would be any more active on the subject.

  9. I agree with what many on twitter are saying. Nonce FC will not be touched until their shameless political wing are ousted from holyrood majority at the next election. The SNP will not touch them. However, it will be the responsibility of the next unionist parliament to bring those involved in this cover up to justice. That includes child abusers, the Scottish MSM, those in the SFA and Politicians!

  10. I would cut a deal for Torbet if he would come forward and name the rest of the paedophile ring and give evidence under oath in court against them .

  11. Clubs like Liverpool don't become rich / maintain finances by selling 'cheap' just because they're not in dire need of the cash... At the end of the day, they're a business and a successful business will not let assets go on the cheap unless it makes business sense to do so.

  12. Goldson was an example of a "marquee" signing of sorts. He cost real money and and we all expected that we were getting a top player who we thought would be out of our range. This is the kind of "marquee" signing I want to see again. The squad filler signings are fine but we need to improve the starting 11. Re-signing Kent doesn't get me excited because I want to see us start the season with a stronger starting 11, not the same starting 11 with a different bench which is arguably where we are so far.

  13. They're not marquee signings, but I'm pleased to get Jones and Stewart. (Has Stewart actually been confirmed?) They'll give the squad something different; added depth, a bit of creativity, and a goal-threat, especially from distance. To get, arguably, two of the best players -- at least best performers -- in the league for nothing, is great business.

  14. I just cant take to Womens football. But there seems to be this stigma that if you arent with it you are against it. The world has gone mad...Womens football just isnt good and can I say that without risking a comeback - of course I can, Its my opinion.

  15. I'd have Kelly back at Rangers has potential to be a future number 1 for us.

  16. Maybe but €10 million could potentially give us a chance of getting a decent number 10 or creative midfielder. Tav would be a miss but some decent acquisitions in those areas would make the difference IMO.
