I want to see a lot more of him playing to a high standard before I offer a deal. A few good games in among a few bang average games is not consistent enough, yet. Given his age and position, consistency is usually the last thing these guys add to their game, so the young man can have a decent future ahead of him if he keeps working on his deficiencies and shows a good attitude. When he has a good game he was been great to watch and a nightmare to our opponents, but his bang average games leave us well short in a vital area. Similar to Coulibaly, we dont need to be doing anything hasty with regards to tying these guys down, lets see at the end of their loan agreements how they have fared over a whole season.6 points

There was a really good blog from a couple of months ago that highlighted some of the issues that Morelos had with his finishing particularly. Namely that he wasn't making front post runs and that he was constantly trying to finish off his back foot, thus causing him to be off balance and snatch at chances he should have been putting away. Fast forward a couple of months and I'm seeing a much improved striker that has a greater clarity of thought process and that is breeding extra confidence in his game. His backheel flick on Sunday was simply outstanding and an example of how he is putting right the various things that I mentioned above, not withstanding his all round contribution which has remained of a high standard even when he wasn't scoring. I think he is also making improvements in relation to critics over his attitude and demeanor. This may be linked to the return to goalscoring form, but I would wager that a large part of this is due to the management team working with him and really tapping into what makes him tick in order to get the best out of him. For me he's a 8/10 striker, with a potential to be a 9 if he can squeeze a few more goals out and hit 30+ this season.2 points

I view it as very much a positive. We currently have an excellent board and while I may not agree with every single thing they do I'm comfortable that the actions they take are because they believe them to be in the best interests of the Club.2 points

I know I will get accused by some of being too reasonable but their actions also impact on opposing teams fans to. For example, Hearts have a sizeable fan base that were also denied any coverage of their team's trip to Ibrox for the match of the weekend in Scotland.1 point

Cheers Scott. They are definitely subject to FOI according to government uk website. I’m going to do it anyway. It’ll take about 3 minutes.1 point

For the record and I am sure bbc folk look at this website so you should take note; once the Scottish teams are out of Europe I will be filing an FOI request asking how much has been spent in total covering Scottish teams abroad in Europe by BBC Scotland since Europa league stages commenced nail the end of that stage. If Rangers get further than Celtic I will ask for the amount up to and including Rangers departure. If Celtic go further I will draw stumps at the final point when both were still in the competition. Expenses, non-salaried staff and salaried staff payments, operational costs. If they can’t answer it will be damning on their accounting procedures and their trustworthiness to manage spend and achieve value, if they can answer it will be damning because we will know where all the money went and at that point I would hope that statements from a selection of disadvantaged Rangers fans who can only access BBC for sports coverage can be collated by someone. We will know then in measurable financial terms how some fans are being impacted and also what the BBC are spending to pursue this agenda of disenfranchisement of licence paying Rangers fans who are dependent on responsible and reasonable coverage of their team.1 point

It's actually very common for the loaning club to insert game time clauses these days. Gerrard also didn't say that Worrall was a cover player. He say Katic was a baby and strongly suggested he'd be a rotation player when he first signed him. I think he's earned a starting place but I think Worrall is a coup and we should rotate them.1 point

Like any winger/creative player he can flit in and out of games but I'm enjoying watching him as because he seems to be two-footed he's unpredictable and tricky to defend against. If he can improve his finishing and final ball then he could be a very, very good player.1 point

I'm afraid I no longer care what they do, I fell so much disappointment in them this year ,I was 100% behind fan ownership , but after watching from close , how we the fans have been decieved and lied to I'm out .1 point

The proposal refers to "donating members". No definition given. Is this an attempt to disenfranchise the likes of Gersnet who have a life membership? "Candidates to stand as Director must be nominated by 15 donating members." - that seems excessive. Seems like an attempt to make it into an old pals club. Candidates should be based on ability and not just those who know loads of "donating members". How would anyone know who donating members are? I'm a life member and have no idea. I'm voting against based on these points.1 point
