Great to see these touch-ups going on to make our beautiful stadium look as good as it can after a decade of neglect. We cant do everything at once, but these little things make a big visible difference for supporters on matchdays and gives everyone a wee lift to see things looking better.4 points

It's all about getting as many clicks as possible - quality of story doesn't matter.4 points

I find it hilarious the way the likes of the Rhebel and the Scum get away with making up utter pish and then turning round and saying we missed out on players that only in their heads were we interested in in the first place. Day 1 - Rangers interested in signing foreign Player X Day 2 - Rangers told to improve bid/step up interest Day 3 - Looks like Rangers are going to get their man Day 4 - Rangers fail to sign their man, it was too expensive. Repeat every week with a different name. I only start getting interested in a story linking us with a player when they arrive for a medical, or when an official announcement comes from us or the selling club that talks are ongoing. All the rest is how they try to sell their rags during the close season.3 points

Over the last week the plots at Craigton received their annual clean and touch up. Our resident gardeners Jean and Les also tend to the plots regularly to ensure that they’re kept in pristine condition. From our 1877 team: Sam Ricketts Sandy Marshall James Watt Mr Struth. Peter, William, Alexander and James McNeil James Wilson James ‘’ Tuck’’ McIntyre George Nelson.2 points

I think Gilmour is being polite in this interview. When he says Scott Brown would have 'bullied' him, he actually means 'hacked'.2 points

What happens in the locker room, stays in the locker room. What happens on tour, stays on tour. What happens at Ibrox is played out, with 33 degrees of veracity, and 57 varieties of opinion, beneath the rhed, rhed tops of Rangers hating tabloids, none of which, unsurprisingly, carries one scintilla of authority. It remains unclear to me whether the players are appealing the severity of the punishment ("We did wrong, but the cash sanction is disproportionate") or are disputing the verdict of the disciplinary inquiry ("We did nothing wrong"), or are even questioning the legitimacy/objectivity of the process ("We were prejudged as guilty"); maybe they are appealing everything. Does anyone know? Whatever the facts, the case is bad publicity, worsened by the timing, with a new Manager/Coaching team trying to recruit new playing staff. In the Club's defence, it has to be said that the severity of its actions must have resulted from the seriousness of the offences, or their gravity as perceived by the coach.2 points

Sounds almost too good to be true. Here's hoping !2 points

Inept manager or not he should not have been disrespected.... I'm with the club on this one.2 points

No-one knows what did or didn't happen so it's pointless taking sides IMO. The truth probably lies somewhere in the middle but we may never know.2 points

From the details that are available, this is my understanding: - Wallace & Miller breached club/company disciplinary rules which was formally reported. - Both players suspended on full pay, pending investigation - A thorough investigation was carried & found that the players did indeed breach club rules to varying degrees - Disciplinary action was taken in accordance with club regulation, which resulted in a fine for both players - Both players disagree & are appealing the matter Based solely on the evidence available, there is nothing to indicate that the club have done wrong. IF the players are appealing the decision then the investigation will come under scrutiny. This may highlight fault within the investigation & result is either the fine being overturned, or lessened. OR it may find that the the investigation was full, thorough & without prejudice & therefore the punishment stands. With regard getting rid of Miller, his contract has expired....all they had to do was simply not renew it & from what we know, there was no intention to renew. With Wallace, it different...he still have a year left on his contract. If there was no future for him....why go through a length & time consuming disciplinary process just to get him out the door??? His decision to appeal the outcome has now essentially put him on a collision course with the club, which he will not win. Yes, he may win the appeal but he will not kick another ball until his contract has expired & he may well find his playing career effectively over. I really can't believe that folk are unhappy with the club over this matter, or questioning the clubs motives - 2 players over stepped the mark, regardless of who they are, they should be dealt with.2 points

Hopefully we can keep the better players and they are not sucked away like Gilmour. Well done to all involved with the academy, keep up the good work1 point

When did this 'old lady' thing start? I first heard it a year or two ago and thought it was a joke. Good to see the stadium upkeep continuing.1 point

I just read a NAC forum and there are a bit mixed reactions. Some say let the diver go and others say NAC should do their best to hold him. Seemingly NAC have an option to loan him for another year. They are all agreed that he dives a lot. They also said he started well but seemed to get really clumsy as the season went on.1 point

2 players reacted with passion for the club following a humiliating performance caused by an inept manager, who was subsequently removed. I'm with the players on this one.1 point

I "raise" my hopes when I see people at Ibrox or Auchenhowie, not in the papers. Wasted life energy. BTW, regarding Katic it could all be agent talk, of course, to increase his fee.1 point

I meant to add, what is Who Dares Wins and who is Ant Middleton? Why would anyone care?1 point

Some quiet whispers (!!!) that we look at Martin Björnbak, a 26-year old centre-half currently with Norwegian side Bodo Glimt. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/martin-bjornbak/profil/spieler/184794 Exactly the market we should explore ... and these chaps will be well in their pre-season if not league season by now.1 point

That's the way it should be. Once a deal has been reached then it should have it's own thread so we can discuss the pro's and cons of the signing and player.1 point

It’s not because he’s Israeli, it’s because he’s Jewish. You just have to compare the treatment of Biton and Kayal. Both Israeli, one Jewish and one Muslim. Which one got all the abuse and no abuse for the other?1 point
